The staff were wonderful - my young daughter loved them! The property itself is lovely - we loved our little balcony and especially the rooftop at sunset time for dinner. We would get take away and eat on the roof. Also loved the separate living room/bedroom spaces. Comfy beds and great shower! My daughter loved walking around the local streets and ordering juice from the little shops on the way. Short walk to the beach, but we would use grab and go a little bit further to a beach we loved.

The booking said breakfast was included but it wasn’t, so we just ordered a grab and went out for breakfast.

Great location near beach and not far from main bars and restaurants, but away from noise and traffic ... very friendly and helpful ladies on reception ... lift available, but only 4 floors ... nice size apartment with big bedrooms and living area ... a bit more £ than other nearby places, but felt we got good value for our money ... daily cleaning service, clean towels and water provided everyday if required.

Not big issues ... but pool was very narrow and always in the shade, plus people below were smokers and it came into our room on occasions.

The penthouse apartment was beautiful and functional. Bedrooms had small balconies with a view to the ocean and sunrise. The terrace between the bedroom and kitchen-living room area was serene and relatively quiet. The beach can be walked to, the nearest part of the beach is free and without chairs and services. The distances in Da Nang are big. The apartment is not in the center of everything but there are restaurants nearby.

The living room-kitchen area had serious mold issues and could not be used. The wifi did not reach well to the second bedroom.

Everything! The room was lovely, with a nice design and outside light coming in from the internal courtyard giving us a view of the pool. The bed and pillows were super comfortable.The balcony was also great and the shower large and luxurious. The common areas were very nice, filled with plants and beautiful decor. The staff were super helpful, and they allowed me to book us an extra night with a discount on a larger room which was very appreciated! Last but not least - the location. The studios are located in a quiet gem of an area , filled with great options for cheap and more expensive food, less touristy than other parts of Da Nang beach. This was our best stay in Vietnam so far and it was sooo luxurious for its price. Quite honestly, I'd say it's underpriced. We'll come back!

We are family of 3 and staying Da Nang for 6days, so took 2 bed villa and it was the best decision. It’s located in not the most central of Da Nang but that makes it much better for family , and everything is close, walking distance anyway. In the morning Mama and baba wake up and walk to get yummy coffee, have a swim in their beautiful pool and chill out in the comfortable, friendly environment. We extended the stay here instead of going back to Ho Chi Minh. Had to move the room to VIP room because they didn’t have the family room available ( which was AU$150/night instead of $105🤷🏻‍♀️) OMG WHY We didn’t book VIP room from beginning 😭💖This is so comforting and beautiful and spacious. Don’t want to go out again ❣️ Anyway, all the staff are so attentive and very polite, friendly and absolutely amazing. I am definitely coming back here. THANK YOU 🙏

My family and I stayed in three of the villas, all the staff were so friendly and helpful with everything we needed ( airport transport, food recommendations, money exchange places ). the villas were spacious and very clean, great for couples or family stay. Location was easy to find and super close walk to the main Da Nang beach front. I could not recommend this place more !

I liked the location which is a bit far from the noise of the touristy area in da nang but just a short walk. And also the staff helped me when I got a problem from my grab delivery.

Noise from the construction next door. Sound proofing in the hotel is a bit bad. You can hear someone walking and talking from upstairs. Rooms and furniture is a bit rundown with some marks on the wall.

Our host Chloe and the staff gave us a warm welcome and from the moment we checked-in till check-out, we had a wonderful time and stay at Sanayen Villa & Residences. The rooms are in good state and clean. All the amenities you require are present and having a swimming pool was very nice to dive into after a hot day of sightseeing. Since it is a small boutique hotel, they'll close the gates after late hours and the security was good and friendly. Always greeted us with a big smile. The same for the staff who served us breakfast and cleaned up our room. I would definitely recommend any groups of 15-30 pax to book this whole Villa and have it for yourself. This was really the best option for our group and very good located near the beach (5min walk) and city center (5-10min car). At the same time, it's situated at a quiet area so not much noise from the clubs and so on. Our whole group loved it!! Only thing I received that we missed out during our stay at the villa: some prefer a clock or something to tell what time it is in the rooms. Because we just enjoyed and had so much fun at Sanayen Villa & Residences that we forget about the time many times hahaha!! But will definitely book them again when coming with a large group. Place was clean, the microwave and fridge is highly appreciated for a single traveller (packing unfinished food and heating it up later on), balcony is super nice to chill in the morning and evening. Ms Tam was a lovely help, lovely lady with a sunshine smile. Laundry was done nice, super nice smell. Rooftop chill out place is interesting feature too.

Tv volume is too soft though, even at full volume. Bicycle is not in working condition.
