The room we moved to was good. Comfortable, roomy enough, clean and open, with balcony.

Allocated room was at the back with a VERY close up view of the back wall and aircon units of a hotel. We moved to the front at, what I thought was quite a large price increase.I enquired the price for a monthly stay. It was too much as similar apartments are available in the area at much lower prices, easily found by just strolling around and enquiring.

Nice, clean apartment with the basic essentials provided. Big spacious room with a comfortable bed. Air conditioning worked well and was great after being in the Da Nang heat. They have a lift to go go up and down which works well and the pool on the top level was nice and provides a good view of the surrounding area.

I spend really good days here ! The photos were very acurate. You have everything by 10mn walk and the hotel is nearby the beach. Cleanliness is a 10, cleaning staff can come everyday if you want. And this was the best bed I had in Vietnam so far, very comfy with a lot of pillows. The view from the pool is exceptional and there is always someone at the reception if you need.

The water from the shower drains off really slowly, there will be water all around the bathroom if you don't pay attention, it needs to be redone. And you will have 5mn of hot water maximum per day, but it seems like a south-east Asia problem. The reception staff has a really poor english, I couldn't be able to be told the basic hotel informations. Maybe add a second knife in the kitchen ?

The layout of the room was great. The curtains for the balcony were blackout curtains and overlapped each other. The television was really excellent, the picture quality was amazing and it had access to YouTube, Netflix, and Apple TV (if you have a subscription to those services it is quite easy to log on). The wifi was good enough to handle watching things in HD without lag. The value for money is very high here.

The cleanliness could have been a bit better, nothing was very dirty, just little things could have been cleaner. The side windows curtain was broken and could not be raised, at least it was broken down and not unable to close. The pool needs more water, an infinity pool is supposed to be overflowing all the time. My complaints are far outweighed by the high quality of the room for the price. It's unlikely you will regret staying here unless in the future they really let things go.

This hotel was such great value! Everything still feels relatively new at this time (July ‘23). The layout of the room is great, we didn’t use the second bed but chose this room for the balcony and view. The kitchen is actually stocked with things you need to eat which is rare in hotel rooms with a “kitchen”. The rooftop pool has a great view of the area, even a bit of the beach. The neighborhood was quiet. Almost nothing to complain about here, it was a really nice hotel. I started my trip here, and booked my last night after staying in Hoi An a few days, here again. If I return to Danang in the future I would stay here again for sure!

They could be a bit more detail oriented in their cleaning.

I found the location good. Near the sea, however it is not for swimming rather for surfing suitable. There are a few small shops nearby. But no karaoke bar to hear! The room is as on the pictures. The hotel is cute.

My room had not much view. I found facing another hotel wall and windows to near. The minibar is too small to be able to store enough ingredients in it for cooking. For me the pool on the 8th floor was too windy.

Very cool sky-level pool, and a large, clean and up-to-date apartment.

Reception was at times difficult to communicate with. They also had a very clever system of light fixtures that would indicate whether we wanted cleaning or not. These, however, would lose power when we took the key on our way out of the apartment, rendering the system useless.

This place was like brand new. Nicest hotel I've stayed at in 7 mths. Bed was comfy, room clean and quiet, rainfall shower with big tv and ducted aircon. Pool on rooftop is incredible too. It was so cosy some days I would get up so late :) Beach and gym is a few mins walk away. Motorbike rental just around the corner

The beds were very comfortable and the furnishings were new and well-appointed.

The bathroom and toilet had no hooks or bars to hang clothes or towels. The glass doors on both cubicles did not provide adequate privacy. The daily cleaning service was not thorough.
