Rooms are clean and with magnificent view of an opposite beach. Staff are friendly and helpful especially Ms Uyen from receptionist - she was so kind and help me to navigate some nails salons and also help to book a taxi.

Breakfast is very Asian/Korean style, with less option for Western. Waiters are not well trained, took wrong order while my parents in law had dinner at restaurant. Dinner was not good, i have ordered a Vietnamese fish dish called Ca Kho but the food was like a soup with lots of water and fish wasn’t well cook.

The top floor (Lvl28) has no lift. We have to climb up the staircase, and it is not friendly to senior and disability person

It was clean, room had a decent size, and the price was ok.

Staff was friendly, but so slow in accommodating requests, including arranging a car for a day trip to Ba Na Hills.

Very good property and the staff was very nice. Overall the furnishing and amenities in the room and bathroom are very modern and good. This is a 5 star property with almost all facilities possible. It is definitely very good value for money too. Special mention to Ms Anh, Ms Ly & Tho from the housekeeping staff who helped us so much with a sick baby. Breakfast and afternoon tea were quite impressive too, with lots of options. We would stay here again definitely.

Rooms are a little bit small as compared to what they appear in the photos on Booking.com. But this is only an issue if you are with kids.

Peninsula Hotel was awesome from when I got there to when I left. The check in process was quick and I was greeted with free juice. The room was super clean and the view of the ocean was great. The smart TV allowed me to log into my Netflix and Spotify. The staff were super friendly and service was 100% over the top. I went to walk across the street and the doorman came out with a red flag and stopped traffic for me. The hotel provided breakfast buffet was huge and had a large variety foods. The hotel also provided after tea/snacks at 2pm which was great just before a dip in the pool on the 27th floor. The hotel is just minutes drive from a number of attractions and local nightlife. I would stay here again.

I would have liked the pool to be around 5-10 degrees warmer but it didn’t stop me from swimming.

Great hotel with superb sea views. Room is clean and quite large. The stay also comes with a free foot spa / sauna, which we tried and is really great! Location is near the beach with some eateries nearby. Included breakfast and high tea is also great. Nothing much I can complain about.

Any requested late checkouts at the hotel (even 1 hour) is subject to charge. Many hotels will grant this free if there are vacancies. Internet connection can also be unstable at times, sometimes even affecting the hotel’s IPTV. Also would be great if the hotel power sockets are universal.

I chose this hotel out of many along the beach and wasn't disappointed. The rooftop pool area is a highlight, it's great to chill out and there is a bar. The breakfast is also at the rooftop, as is the afternoon tea, and it met my expectations. The room was better than expected. However, the best part of the hotel by far, is the staff who are always friendly and will help you with anything. I was only disappointed that I only had three nights to stay here.

There are some supermarkets and seafood restaurants within walking distance, but otherwise you need a Grab ride. However Grab is easy to get, and when you have one, you can get to the city center in a few minutes.

Room size was comfortable for two people even stay for several days. Big windows, panorama ocean view, east-facing, watch the sun rise at room, very nice. Room was new, neat and tidy. Sufficient lighting in room during night time. LED TV was good size among other hotels. I love their tile floors, no carpet at all. All staff were in good manners, including the bell boys, front desk, house-keepers, restaurants staffs etc. The Vietnam coffee provided in the buffet breakfast was nice, don’t miss it. Tried their free tea buffet once and it’s nice too. Tried their body massage, professional. The pool was not big but the view was very good. A convenient store located 5 mins walk at the RHS of the hotel. The beautiful beach just crosses the road.

Working desk was too small, as the room has lot of space left. The fridge was a joke. After we told the house-keeping that our fridge was not cool enough, they sent a technical man very quickly for investigation. The technical man used a thermometer to test the temperature of the fridge. Then told us the temperature was normal, no problem. We said no, our beverage and fruits put inside were totally not cold enough. He said because it was not a “fridge”, it’s a “cooler”. He just tested it’s temperature was between 10-15C, so it’s in normal operation. As he was in good manner; we didn’t want to blame him. Just could not imagine the days we stayed there was around 33-34C in the day time, but the hotel is not providing a fridge but just a “cooler”.

Everything is beautiful, well look after, comfortable. The bed and pillow are the best in all the places I have been. Lovely, variety options for breakfast. The staffs are so helpful , make we feel welcome . Specially quyen

The swimming pool quite cold, I guess some like it, in the summer time might be great, if it was an option with a small pool with warmer would be amazing, specially when the weather not great and you can't go out or do anything, you still can staying and enjoy something in the hotel.

The Hotel was nicely located next to the beach with excellent views overlooking the whole of the Danang beach. The hotel gave me a free upgrade and the room view was amazing! The hotel staff were all so friendly and helpful. A special thankyou to Hanh and Ngoc who worked in the Spa who were especially helpful. I also had a massage at the spa, thank you Ms Yee who did a great Job. The staff at the restraunt were always happy to help and were very welcoming at all times. The room was very clean and fresh and the furnishings were to a very high standard. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and always looked forward coming back to the hotel to relax! I would highly recommend this Hotel! I would definitely be going back again!
