Rooms are clean and with magnificent view of an opposite beach. Staff are friendly and helpful especially Ms Uyen from receptionist - she was so kind and help me to navigate some nails salons and also help to book a taxi.

Breakfast is very Asian/Korean style, with less option for Western. Waiters are not well trained, took wrong order while my parents in law had dinner at restaurant. Dinner was not good, i have ordered a Vietnamese fish dish called Ca Kho but the food was like a soup with lots of water and fish wasn’t well cook.

Breakfast was good and diverse.The fruits were good. The vietnamese disses were tasty but lacks athenticity -herbs and sides. The Western dishes awerage. The juices were fresh and diverse. The afternoon tea was dissapointing. The food was dry. The fruits were good, though. The pool was clean. One toilet and one shower for the pool and small gym though. The room for executive level was spacious and clean. The fridge was not cold. I miss the icecubes machine. The staff were very friendly and serviceminded.

The location is far from central from Danang. Grab was easy to use and realiable. The stores at the hotel by were pricy. No towels for the beach.

All the staff i met during the stay was polite and helpful, in the restaurant the service was top level, I had to complement their service. I will be back and I do recommend to stay here. I read the bad reviews also and trust me, those who wrote them must be special😆 The afternoon tea was more like a lunch, so much to choose from... The poolbar has mocktails if you like alcohol free drinks. Room service perfect for a pizza snack if your lazy.

Good view and clean room

The top floor (Lvl28) has no lift. We have to climb up the staircase, and it is not friendly to senior and disability person

Breakfast was lovely and our room gave us access to the afternoon tea which was also very nice. The staff were all extremely lovely and very helpful. Location was good too, far from the "main" part of Danang, but it was nice and quiet.

Not enough sunbeds by the pool, and the pool itself was pretty small. There are also not enough lifts to service the amount of floors/people in the hotel, so getting to breakfast/reception would sometimes take 10-15mins. So we had to walk. Not an issue for us but if someone was less able, this would be a big problem in my eyes. I'm not sure I would call it 5 star but it is definitely a very nice hotel.

It was clean, room had a decent size, and the price was ok.

Staff was friendly, but so slow in accommodating requests, including arranging a car for a day trip to Ba Na Hills.

We traveled with a small child. The airport transfer was ok, maybe a bit more expensive than taking a cab or a grab, but it was still ok. Check-in was fast, staff friendly. We had room 509, it was beautiful and spacious. Room service was fast. Gym was great, the guy was always there if somebody needed help. Playroom for children was also fine. Restaurant was great, we liked breakfast too and the sevice as well. If we fly to Da Nang again, we are going to book Peninsula Hotel again. We recommend it.

The windows were a bit dirty on the outside and the weather was not so fine, but it is not the hotel’s fault.

We booked two rooms - one deluxe ocean double view and one executive ocean twin room which was upgraded to an executive family suite with two bedrooms and a living room, that was a bonus and the staff named Van at the front desk was very friendly and explained everything well. The hotel is clean and nice, breakfast was very good, especially the one at the executive floor with the beautiful sea view to enjoy the breakfast. The location is a bit further from the busiest session of the Danang beach but going to town or airport by grab is still very near and convenient. Very good value for money even if we had not had the upgrade.

Very good property and the staff was very nice. Overall the furnishing and amenities in the room and bathroom are very modern and good. This is a 5 star property with almost all facilities possible. It is definitely very good value for money too. Special mention to Ms Anh, Ms Ly & Tho from the housekeeping staff who helped us so much with a sick baby. Breakfast and afternoon tea were quite impressive too, with lots of options. We would stay here again definitely.

Rooms are a little bit small as compared to what they appear in the photos on Booking.com. But this is only an issue if you are with kids.
