I loved my stay at Cani Beach House. The customer service was excellent. All of the staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was fantastic and more than I expected, it had a full kitchen (not that I used it) and a really nice bathtub. It also had a smart TV which was nice when it was raining one nice. For breakfast you could order one food and one drink item in advance and have it either delivered to your room, to.the lobby or have it on the 4th floor looking at the ocean.

The only minor downside was that it wasn't located on My Khe beach like I thought. It was directly across the road from a quieter beach which was nice for swimming and relaxing but at night I drove 6 - 8 mins on my scooter to the more lively areas

The staff was very friendly. The lobby was cool decorated. The apartment was good. I very like that there was a small kitchen. Rooftop was awesome. Swimming pool looks clean. If you stay for vacation it's good.

The cleaning was not good, I would like to walk on clean floors, but there was some home slippers. and it would be cool to replace the towels, they had permanent stains on them. Also, the mattress was broken, it was uncomfortable to sleep, there was a feeling that you were lying in a pit, but it was only on one side of the bed.

Cani Beach made everything possible for us to have a comfortable stay for two weeks. The room was perfect for a couple. The hotel offered laundry, scooter rental, breakfast and pick up from airport. The rooftop is lovely and the pool is inviting. Will miss having breakfast with a view. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank you!!

Location right in front of the beach, but away from the main area. Surroundings are not great, but there is a nice little massage/spa place called Yenvy that I do recommend! If you have a scooter or catch a grab, you will have no issues.

Best place I’ve stayed on my 6 month trip through Asia. Apartment was spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff were amazing, so kind. Breakfast took service was awesome. Rooftop pool was heated for those windy days and it was so relaxing up there. I love the pond in reception with the fish. Next to the beach, at the quiet end, but taking a walk was just as nice. I had rented a moped, so location for me wasn’t an issue, I was walking distance from the beach.

Nothing, this place was amazing.

1)The 2 young lady staff at the front desk are superb. they speak fair amount of English, always wearing a smiling face, very helpful to provide information, such as recommended Be Man seafood restaurant which is about 350 meters from the hotel for seafood dinner. We had 2 dinners there. 2)The breakfast is the result of personalized service from the front desk staff and her assistance. 3)The room I booked has 40 sq meter, quite spacious. 4) This is a boutique hotel with a total of 9 room only.

1) there is not much of the sea view, unless you go up to the 4th floor or the 5th floor(the swimming pool)

We absolutely love this place! We have stayed here 3 times in 3 weeks and we can't fault a thing. Beautiful pool, beautiful rooms, beautiful decor through the hotel. If you can, book the junior suite room which has the sea view. The balcony and sea views are so nice! The staff are amazing, all so kind and welcoming. Value for money is great. After spending many months in Vietnam over the last decade, this is by far our favorite hotel in Vietnam. The area of Da Nang beach is a bit more quiet so if you are not going to be motorbiking around it is a fair walk to the busier more western tourist orientated area. There are plenty of Grabs available though so it's a quick car ride.

The breakfast selection is excellent, and you can enjoy it either in your room or on the 4th floor with a breathtaking sea view. Fast internet, impeccably clean bedding, an in-room bathtub, and a smart TV made my stay incredibly comfortable. The surrounding area is peaceful and quiet, and right across the street, you’ll find what might be the best massage spot in Da Nang. As a picky traveler, I can confidently say that Cani Beach House exceeded all my expectations. Highly recommended — this is not just a hotel, but truly a home by the sea!

The photos on Booking.com did not match the room I initially booked. I wanted a sea view but got a room with no view and no natural light. The staff moved me to a nicer room on my second night.

The location is tucked away in a peaceful location, this charming stay offers a serene atmosphere where you can truly unwind. The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly, going out of their way to make us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Their warmth and attentiveness added a personal touch that made our stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights was the delicious breakfast served each morning. Fresh, beautifully prepared, and full of flavor — the perfect way to start the day.

Lovely apartment with nice furnishings and designed with comfort in mind! Lovely rooftop pool and communal outside area on the 4th floor with views of the sea. Staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Rebecca the receptionist who speaks very good English which is a big plus! There are only 9 apartments in the whole building and it has a lift which is very convenient. Downstairs reception area is nicely decorated with lovely koi fish in water areas. We liked the fact that it was not a sterile hotel but a nice family run small establishment.

There was a very noisy restaurant just opposite but hopefully it was just a random party the first night we stayed. The bathroom could benefit from an extractor fan.
