This hotel is incredibly new, boasting fantastic facilities like a Jacuzzi and a steam/sauna, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The location is unbeatable, with breathtaking views of the sea and a rooftop bar that offers a vibrant atmosphere and stunning sunsets. The rooftop bar had a great vibe, making it a fantastic spot to enjoy drinks with friends while taking in the scenery.

It was disappointing that the swimming pool was under maintenance during my stay. The busy road separating the hotel from the sea made it a bit inconvenient and slightly dangerous to access the beach.

If you have a room with city view so be ready for a strong howling noice (can’t sleep) during the windy day. We could not sleep and request a room change. So I recommend only sea view rooms.

Initially didn't like it but it was because I had a room I didn't like. The staff were very accommodating in helping switch rooms - afrer this I quickly fell in love with the place and extended my stay. - Gym facilities are excellent - small but fully equpped Breakfast is a 10/10 daily and made fresh with gluten free cakes, eggs, meats, vegetable dishes, cheeses, real fresh juices (not processed garbage) and very high quality coffee - Staff here are extremely well put together - And the view? Wow. Ocean view is the best I have ever seen, it won't disappoint. You can leave your door open and get the fresh ocean breeze daily. - In room dining is also 10/10

Negatives: - Air con in the room a bit weak, got hot some nights - Sometimes the staff didn't understand what I was saying when ordering food - Rooms on the smaller side - Room cleaning was hit and miss, sometime had to ask them for things like hoovering which should be mandatory. Also had one experience where they didn't clean the sink after coming to clean 1 time. Not major issues but I expect 10/10 cleaning If those negatives were not there, I'd have given this 10/10 for sure Thanks 👍

Property is clean and comfortable set in a quieter part of the beach front it has a really nice pool and rooftop bar breakfast was nice with plenty of choice rooms were cleaned every day and the sea front view from the balcony was amazing

There isn’t much not to like abt the property the one thing that annoyed me was that we broke a glass in the room which they never replaced and then when we checked out the charged me 80.000 dong for a glass that was abt 1.000 dong for them to buy don’t mind paying for things I broke but don’t rip me off also shower gel was empty for last three days I booked it for the quietness which had its downfalls not a lot of restaurants or bars in walking distance and absolutely nothing on the beach in front of hotels nearest activities and sun beds a good walk up the beach

Amazing service, anything we asked was provided immediately. Breathtaking ocean view from a 23rd floor. The room was well equipped, seems like they use Creed Aventus for a hand wash

1. At the first day we’ve got 2 bathrobes, but next day they disappeared after a cleaning and weren’t returned back until we asked for it. But they return only one bathrobe and next day they took it again. Really strange 2. I asked to refill a hand wash gel, they did but not a full bottle, just a little 3. No coffee machine and microwave at the room 4. Location is quite and peaceful, but keep in mind that the hotel is quite far away from the center with restaurants, shops and beaches Overall it was a really nice experience for a 4 star hotel (for a 5 star we expected some more)

Nice location with the amazing sea view. Comfortable swimming pool and friendly staff. The location is around 10 mins drive away from the busy area, keep it a bit quieter. a small supermarket nearby, can get souvenirs and daily necessities there. Can reach the beach just cross the street.

The sound isolation is not very good, although stayed in the high floor, still hear the noise from the street. The housekeeping is ok but not very complete. The breakfast is very normal, suggest to go the cafes nearby.

Breakfast was very good. Location is very convenient. Most of the staff was great. However, my sister had an issue with a staff member who wanted to double charge her for the breakfasts she already paid in advance. When she showed that staff member the receipt she got at the time she paid for her breakfast by cash, the staff gave my sister a very non sense reason. We suspect there may be some bad staff members who were trying to over charge guests. Lots of guests may not have paid attention to the final charge and the overcharge transactions may have gone through successfully.

The bathroom mirror has no light. The lighting in general is a little dark in some locations. It’was hard for us to do makeup.

We went there for honeymoon we had 3 days stay in danang but we decided to stay 5 days and we choose this hotel and we just went by motor bike to hoi an for a day . The staff are very well educated and they are young ,hotel is quite new and everywhere smell good , our room was sea view and it was right in front the sea there breakfast was good . They treat us very well, and they give us welcome cake with happy honeymoon on it . I recommend renting a motorbike ,this city is not busy at all and you can visit lots of places with motorbikes . I recommend this hotel. Thanks for your hospitality.

The hotel does have its own style. It's new and cool.

1) Sometimes the food in the buffet was not so well, especially the main courses. (but Pho Bo is quite good, no doubts about it). 2) There is no drying rack on the balcony. Guys, what do you think people come to Danang for? Of course, for swimming in the sea. But where should they dry their swimming linen? We used to live in Voco Ma Belle (2 minutes from Radisson Red), and they have a drying rack on the balcony, it's very comfortable.
