location to beach was excellent. liked the included breakfast. lots of options. pool has great view. staff responsive to request to replace bedding. on-site laundry a plus

Room decor looked like picture but was definitely older than what was represented in picture.First day I requested bedding be changed as felt as if hadn’t been done. Pillows are a bit older smelling. mold in bathroom around sink and ceiling. we were only there 3 nights. i did request upgrade to newer room but didn’t hear back.

It was good for 2 days.

The hot water always took around 15mins for it to be felt. We were on the 8th floor and I kept thinking but we must be near the tank like it shouldn't be too long but when it comes it's a decent shower.

Nice room, good location, nearby the surf beach and monkeymountain. The hotel is literally at the beach.

Staff was unfriendly. By checking in, the woman asked for our passports, of course we will give you to check if it is actually me checking in. En then she said; if you do not pay now, you cannot get your passport back. Uhh.. what? We luckily had it cash but it is just illegal. And the staff was just not polite at other moments as well.

Property was good value for money. Nice roof top pool.

Was a long was from the city action. You could only buy seafood from restaurants along the strip. Staff couldn’t speak any english at all. We were trying to get information out of them impossible. Also, the hotel would only except cash, no travel card or visa ONLY CASH for everything. Which we didn’t find out till we arrived at hotel.

Excellent hotel and location. Just next to the beach. I liked it, invluded breakfast is also fantastic. It is price worthy, rather quite cheaoer tjan the facility it offered.

Keeping passport of guests as security for the bill may not be done, rathe they should have asked to pay first or pay during check out.

The staff were friendly Front desk Restaurant Housekeeping Doorman The location is great for families as it’s just a little way Roth of central da nang tourist central. Quiet beach, nice beach front coffee shop about 100 meters north of hotel, excellent restaurant on the street 100 meters south and in the street behind the main road which is affordable

Breakfast was fine but the same every day No westerners preference eg no bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs. Was nice but I think could be changed and modernised.

It was nice having a view of the ocean.

I booked the larger room but found it still very small with an extra bed we didn't need. The roof top pool was nice, it was a pity there were not cushions for the wooden deck chairs.

The location and view from hotel and magnificent, im choose room with sea view. the sea view have a sunrice facing direct to the hotel which add up to the best view. We dont use air cond as the wheather in Da Nang is cold already. We just open the window let the wind in and the sound of the beach splash is really meditating. Love it.

We need to pay in cash to the hotel, even tho we already lock our credit card to the booking system. not sure if the payment is charge twice at card and by cash. we were not inform properly by the hotel and booking.com. This is really ruin our mood as the we did not prepare cash budget for hotel payment. Aside to that, this hotel is not serve Halal food, therefore its not Muslim friendly hotel.

Breakfast Buffet repetitive: My suggestion to make it more appealing for Western guests ( booking.com) , vegetarians and diabetic guests: *Add more fruits in the buffet *Add cheese

This hotel is exceptional value for money! We can't believe how nice the rooms were and it was across the road from the beach! I can't believe that breakfast is included for this price. We also loved the location! We enjoyed being out of the city and staying at the beach. It was so lovely swimming in the pool and looking out at the ocean.

It's only little things, but there weren't any pool towels. I was told to use the towels in the room. The hot water took a while to come on and it went against all my instincts (being from Aus) but if I left it running for a bit it would heat up. But for the price per night these definitely weren't a big deal! We can't wait to come back!
