We are very happy be selected the Seashore Hotel as our stay for two weeks of vacation . We had an absoltely good time staying at the Seashore Hotel one of the best Hotel in - - Great value -Very clean place -Luxurious room -Great view -Just 100m from the beach -Delicious breakfast -Swimming pool on the top floor adds charm and it was very clean -Top floor given you a nice view to the city of Da Nang and the beach -The staff is very helpful and friendly like family ** Special thanks to Thien My (General Manager) with her team Vi , Giang , Mai , Thao , Duy and other staffs ** Highly recommend for a perfect blend of comfort. We will comming back for futur trip.

The property is right on the beach front and we had a beach facing room which was great! It is right opposite a cute beach bar. The room was very clean, came with everything we needed. The staff were the absolute stand out for this stay, they went above and beyond to welcome us and make sure we were comfortable. They helped us book and organise Ba Na Hills and the car there and back. Shout outs to, they went above and beyond to make our stay: Mr.Chau Giang Yen Mai, Vi

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like, the only comment I would make for people booking is that the hotel is further out from central, it is about an hours walk to My Khe Beach, probably an hour an 20 to the dragon bridge. We rented a scooter one day and took a couple of grabs, so very manageable but just a point to flag if people do want to be really central.

Very friendly staff and great to be right by the beach. Room was spacious and cleaned daily, with water provided daily as well. Breakfast was a good selection of buffet food, with an egg station to choose how you wanted them. A few Bars and restaurants opposite/near by

Purposely booked the room with the kitchen area, as I thought that would be useful for my stay. However, when I arrived there was no cooking equipment or plates etc. When I asked why, they said I had to pay more for the use of this equipment. I think that should be made more clear when booking, as I wouldn't have gone for that room if I had known that was the case! Little bit away from the main area, I didn't mind as I liked the walk, but it is about 30 mins walk to the busier section of the beach.

We had a beautiful ocean view, fun to watch the fishing activity. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast had a nice variety to choose from, with eggs fixed as you desire. Nice roof top pool.

We are walkers, so distance for restaurants wasn't an issue during the day, but a little far to most restaurants and activities at night. However, the staff made it easy with ordering a taxi..as well as any tour you wish

We can not express how impressed we were with the entire experience. We traveled the world 6 months out of the year, and the staff here was the best that we have seen almost anywhere. From the door man/bellman to the restaurant staff, to the front desk. ALL OUTSTANDING!!! One young man really stood out. Minh Chau!!! This man was a true gentleman and was so overly helpful.All the time. He offered his local expertise on everything, and we really valued his help. It was his, and really everyones nature or training to instinctively do anything and everything in their power to make our stay a great one. We've never had such incredibly prompt service for every need. The breakfast was outstanding and changed every day. Except for the omelet bar, which was the outstanding and the same custom-made eggs every day exactly the way I liked them. All in all, it was a great stay.

The only complaint i had was the gym. Which really wasn't a gym. Just a corner of the rooftop cordoned off by some plants. And all there was was an old bench, a treadmill, and a very old elliptical. No dumbbells and very little weight. Especially for a bigger guy like me to work out with.

First off, the staff deserves a special shoutout – they're incredibly friendly and always quick to help with any request. Waking up to that stunning ocean view from our balcony was unforgettable. Breakfasts were consistently good, and we enjoyed several lunches at the hotel restaurant – the portions were generous and everything tasted great. While the hotel's location away from the busy boardwalk means quiet, it has a downside: there aren't many shops or dining options within walking distance. You'll mainly find similar seafood spots nearby, but we had no trouble getting food delivered through Grab when we wanted variety.

rooms are good but the way they represent in the booking site is quite misleading. the pics and descriptions show a room with part of seaside view. but it's just a small ventilation window and not as per the descriptions.

The staff is very well behaved but lack good knowledge of english. It was very difficult to explain our issues and most of the time wrong information is provided. not because the staff does not know but more because they simply did not understand. For example we had an issue with the mobile and asked them where we can find the mobile repair but they provided use to shops where we can buy mobile.

Staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. The hotel was at the My Khe beach and had a nice rooftop pool with a great view of the beach and Da Nang city. The hotel had room service and you could easily order cocktails and snacks to the rooftop when sunbathing; prices were super affordable and no extra service fees. We used the laundry service which was quick (24h) and affordable, sadly one sock went missing but that's a small loss. Breakfast was nice with beverages (coffee, tea, juice), some fruits, bread and toppings, and they had eggs-to-order and some soup. The hotel also had a small small gym with a treadmill, cross trainer and bench + weight bar with small weights (5 and 10 kgs). Gym is located on the same floor as the pool so you can have a dip in the pool after a workout. The hotel is about 4-5 km from city centre and we used Grab which was around 3-5 euros per way depending on traffic. We were in Da Nang during têt so not much tourists and we got Grab rides easily in Da Nang and to and from Hoi An, which is a 40-50 minutes drive away.

We had a double room with a view of the city and the bathroom was a bit odd. There was a vent above the toilet but not above the shower. The toilet and shower were divided by a space with the sink but no door/wall blocking from the rest of the room, i.e. the room got pretty humid after taking a shower.

The hotel is situated opposite the beach. We had a panoramic view of the ocean every morning.The breakfast is very good and varied. The staff were wonderful and were really helpful. A special mention for Receptionist Uyen. The airline had lost a lot of luggage from our flight and we had a horrible time along with many others having to wait in line for hours to report the luggage missing. Uyen phoned the airport the next morning and negotiated with the airport crew until our luggage was found. She then organized for a driver to take us to the airport to retrieve it. Very helpful and appreciated.

The 'rules' & in particular the detailed itinerary of the cost of every single item in the room (even the coat hangars) & the 'inspection' of the room before we checked out. I was served an inedible steak for dinner. On complaining, I was told initially that I should understand that 'our beef is chewy'. After demonstrating to the waiter that I literally could not cut through it, i was told that I would not be charged for the meal. This was impossible to check though, due to the way the bill was laid out
