The service was exceptional - the staff were happy to help me with everything. From booking a taxi and ordering me food to renting a vehicle, excursions, they let me borrow a charger plug and even got me a whole cake on my birthday. I couldn't have asked for more and I could not have expected such kindness from the staff. The rooms were also really clean and well-kept, the sheets and towels changed every day and some complimentary small water bottles provided (as you cant drink the tap water) as well as some more bottles in the mini fridge that are not free. The view was beautiful, although I would've preferred a view right over the beach but I didn't care enough to ask because of the hassle of changing room - and the view was still beautiful as shown in the picture. Breakfast was nice, although not all menu items are created equal. I recommend the chicken Pho. The location is great for going to the beach and going to the Lady Buddha, there are some restaurants nearby. Far from the main city though, and from shopping centres and supermarkets. But, with the Grab app you can get supermarket items delivered to you for pretty cheap, so it's not very inconvenient. I recommend renting a motorbike or moped as the prices are very reasonable. All in all, I was very happy with the place

I wish there was a supermarket nearby, that would be my only complaint. Not the hotel's fault though, with a vehicle it's fine.

Our room was very spacious, clean with a large balcony and a sea view. My wife loves the plants at the entrance. The entire property is well maintained, and the service was good. It is in a quiet neighborhood if that's what you want.

The breakfast options were very limited. You must place your order the night before from a menu of about 6 items that you choose from. There are no fruits, and you would have to pay for a second cup of coffee. In our room was a kettle but no tea or coffee. There was a counter with a sink and stovetop, but no cutlery or dishes. The entire bathroom gets wet when taking a shower. We weren't told about the bottle water in the fridge and were charged. It was only one, though!

The room has a balcony with an amazing sea view. The sea itself is across the road in ~50 meters. It feels like you are at the beach without leaving the apartment. The room is quite spacious and has a working place. You can rent a bike for 150k per day right at the hotel. The staff is super friendly, helpful, and speaks English very well.

There's a kitchenette but there is no tableware. You will need to rent it separately. Mine was free because I had a long stay but this is something to keep in mind. The road between the hotel and the sea is quite noisy so that amazing view comes at a price, unfortunately.

Great stay at this hotel. We stayed 1 night during our motorbike trip South to North Vietnam and it was perfect. Lovely location with walking distance to town, with nice views of the ocean. Breakfast was delicious (Omelette and Coffee) which was included, customer service was fantastic. Room was great, light, modern and clean. Comfy bed and great shower! We asked for a kettle upon arrival and had a small problem with the hot water, but it was sorted straight away, (Thanks Link)! The staff could not do enough. We were lucky enough to meet the owner and her son in the morning, who were lovely. Overall a great stay. Thanks

Very quiet beach, brilliant and helpful staff, the best pho gá i had in Da Nang (for breakfast). There was a bath and a shower at the room, bed was comfy, room very spacious. The beach in front says no swimming, be confident to ignore that if you are water safe. The sign is there only because there are no lifeguards like in My Khe beach. Here you see the fisherman in the morning and are very near the Lady Budha, Son Tra Mountain, sharing at the beach end of day with the locals. no tourist crowd. perfect.

The hotel is right in front of the beach and a little away from the city center, so you get an empty beach and view no bustling of tourists. It's a perfect spot to stay if you are on a relaxing tour . Hanh & team were really helpful and she helped with all our queries going above and beyond. Breakfast was really yummy especially the vegan breakfast. My husband liked only one non bread item in our whole trip which was vegan noodles prepared especially for him by the cook.

Very clean and comfortable and quiet Tram the lady on the desk was very helpful and friendly. You was also able to choose your breakfast the night before which gave a nice personal touch then just having the normal buffet breakfast. The bed was so comfortable I slept so well and the curtains are blackout so you don’t get disturbed by the light in the morning. The hotel is right on the beach and you get to watch the ocean at breakfast from the terrace. It is in a good location only about 15mins from anywhere in town I walked a lot the beach is a great place to walk you can walk safely all the way into town following the beach. This hotel is great value for money and for solo travellers I’m female and I felt safe the staff are so helpful. I would like to thank them again for this stay and Tram for always letting me use her phone charger. Made my first time in Vietnam very welcoming.

Did not like is the wrong choice of wording. I am a breakfast person, so that is my main meal. The hotel offers six menu choices, all of which I tried and all of which were very nice but not substantial. For anyone who eats two or three meals a day it would be an ideal start to the day.

The location is amazing. The beach is right across the road. The terrace access makes it even better.

I stayed for around 10 days. The cleaning person would barge in the room without asking if she could clean. For 3-4 days, no one came to clean and no one came to inform me that the cleaner was on holiday. Also, cooking utensils were given after asking 3-4 times. I would definitely stay again but with low expectations.

The view was incredible, that makes the whole stay worth it all. The staff were great, treated me like I was part of the family. The staff tried to compensate for it not being disabled friendly. The nighttime sitting on the balcony listening to the surf was time well spent.
