I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel—it was truly the best in Sa Nang! The experience exceeded all my expectations, and I will definitely be coming back. The hotel is located very close to the beach, which is peaceful and not too crowded.

the rooms offer a sea view, BUT please note that only the balcony rooms provide a full, front-facing view of the beach. If you book a sea view room without a balcony, the view is from the side, not directly facing the beach. I recommend future guests confirm this detail while booking if they specifically want a front-facing beach view from their room.

After a lifetime of global travel for the oil industry the Nguyen Gia was simply one of the most impressive hotels I have ever stayed in. It is not flash and makes no pretence of being a Ritz, but whoever planned it clearly knew their business, their target market and economy range. As a four star hotel they have absolutely nailed it, it excels, the pool, the views and rooms, of varying size to suit most budgets have been very well thought out, offer every amenity you might hope for, and are made of quality fittings and workmanship. The cleanliness and eagerness to please by one and all was overwhelming, wherein lies the real reason I so enjoyed this hotel - the staff. They are genuinely a delight to know and (I am old and on crutches) keen to do everything possible to make my stay enjoyable and I was actually sad to leave such nice people I had grown fond of. One possible drawback, located across from the beach at one end of the strip the neighbouring plot of land is yet to be developed, so scruffy, which was a bit off-putting on first arrival, before I knew I was in fact entering such a good hotel. No doubt that land, being in a prime Da Nang location, is ripe for development soon I hope but, meantime, perhaps a little landscaping or development as a beer garden etc would help the optics. But do not let that deter you from enjoying a quite exceptional hotel.

The room was clean. The view was breathtaking. Breakfast was delicious and had a wide spread.Overall, it was good.

Location is far away from the beach restaurants. Not much food options available around the hotel.

The hotel was excellent! The room was spacious, comfortable and clean with a great view onto the seafront! The staff were super friendly and the breakfast buffet was great. I would definitely stay here again if I get the chance. They even gave me a small birthday present of a fruit platter! Very professional and great attention to detail.

The only things that weren't perfect is the location and the fact the TV turned on with music playing every time I went into my room and had to turn it off every time. The shower also leaked a bit into the toilet which was a little inconvenient.

Breakfast was good different choices every day. The peaceful location. The staff are all friendly and go the extra mile to help

Only dislike there is no gym . If it had a gym I give the hotel 11/10

We stayed for 6 days and had a family room and a double room. The sea view with balcony room offered the best view. All the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. There was a minor issue in our room, and we requested the reception to check it for us. They promptly addressed the problem and provided us with a new room. The hotel rooms were pleasant and clean. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I would highly recommend the hotel.

The breakfast area was a bit crowded, but the food was good, although it was the same every day. There weren't many drink options.

We recommend being careful before choosing your hotel in Vietnam. Many hotels have high ratings, but unfortunately, they often turn out to be fake or forced reviews and completely inaccurate, as they don’t reflect the reality. Initially, we had a reservation at another hotel, which sadly was one of these cases. However, we would like to express our sincere gratitude to Nguyen Gia Hotel Da Nang, as they are honest, and the hotel is exactly as advertised. The room was very spacious, with an excellent balcony overlooking the beach. The staff very friendly and courteous.

One area for improvement would be the breakfast options. It would be great to have more variety for guests who may not enjoy the typical Asian-style breakfast. Adding more continental options like cheese, boiled eggs, pastries, and different bread/bun/croissant options would make it even better.

Uncountable reasons to stay in this hotel: 1) Price is very affordable, I have taken sea facing double deluxe room, if I have to get such view rooms in such hotel in India, it would cost me 3-4 times minimum, so guys blindly book this hotel and trust me you will amazed by the view. 2) Location is so so quite, just cross the road and access the very famous My Khe beach 3) Neat and super clean hotel 4) House keeping happens everyday, beyond our expectation. As we were going to sight seeing everyday, when we came back, we see that our room is neat and clean every day though we messed up before going to sightseeing. 5) Receptionist is very helpful, always greeting with smiling face, very polite in speaking and very humble 6) The serving people in kitchen and dining, they are the most humble, polite, loveable people and also the chef. One lady named Nhung was very good in english so she was always listening to us whatever we were ordering, also gave us complementary fruit baskets, plate of fruits, some authentic vietnamese sweet dish (curd plus passionfruit). It is beyond my expectations. 7) View is mesmerising, have you seen a sunrise behind an ocean from your bed? Visit this hotel guys❤️ 8) We asked for scooty rental, they gave us the best scooty they had and also it was 80% full of petrol tank, i went to fill up petrol/gas, I was able to fill up 1.5 Ltrs only and in that only we visited Hoi An two times, Lady Budha (monkey mountain), dragon bridge and other places 9) Food quality : I have had many foods in many places in Da nang, but the quality food this hotel maintains, its absolutely delicious, not stinky at all, its always so fresh, the presentation is impeccable. Its just amazing guys 10) my list will not end up if i write, guys plz do visit this hotel in Da nang, trust me you all will thank me later.

Not a single reason i have found, not a single one.

The Nguyen was a modern hotel with reasonably small but very tidy rooms, excellent bathrooms, good air-conditioning and television with fantastic views over Danang beach front. The upstairs pool was extremely nice and had amazing views of the beach, city and Lady Buddha statue on the hill. It was quieter to get across to the beach at that end of the road and was a close taxi ride to see the lady Buddha statue and gardens which were simply amazing and well worth the effort to see. The beach at that end of town didn’t have the facilities that the centre of town had and we had to get in a taxi to go out for meals or to visit the mini mart. Over all the Hotel provides value for money as a place to stay if you don’t mind catching taxis to get out and about.

As a family we felt that the Hotel was a bit too isolated from the main hub of Danang and its restaurants. The breakfast provided was also very sub par.If you didn’t get down to breakfast early it would all be eaten and not re-stocked. The staff were friendly but didn’t seem to understand our request for eggs. Mine didn’t arrive at the table and all and since there was only cold coffee and a few cold vegetables left to eat, I caught a taxi up the road to Highland Coffee for breakfast. I think the Hotel service over all just maybe needs a bit more training in tourism and possibly could look at their breakfast options and try to simplify them with less options but better quality of what they do provide and so that it isn’t overwhelming for their staff to provide at a good quality level.
