Hotel was convenient located near the beach and 7 mins from center of Da Nang city. The rooms are new and the view of the beach was spectacular especially during sun rise and evening. There are breakfast buffet, a gym, swimming pool and cocktail bar available. I recommend it.

the shampoo and body wash soap are stored in little clay jars that can be easily slipped off when your hand is wet and break. If you break it. The facility has listed as 79000 or about $3 USD to replace it. Seem like a bit of money making gimmick. I suggest the facility use plastic bottles instead of clay jar for soap.

This will be a very big review. I spent here a month and I have a lot to tell about "The Code Hotel&Spa". I've been to many hotels in this world, including very prestige ones like Intercontinental, Radisson, Lotte. And I was veeery gladly surprised by the level of the service and staff in "The Code" - it fully corresponds to the level of those ones. The price is a bit more expensive than an average seaside hotel in Da Nang, but way cheaper than such hotels in other places in the world. And it really costed all those money. - Excellent food for breakfast. - Gorgeous views from my room. (Can you imagine a room with a bathtub on the balcony with sea 40-50 meters from you?! Having a bath and listening to the waves...) - Stylish design. All the details are in one, very fancy style (even the lamps by the bed are designed in the same style with interior/exterior/hotel logo etc.). - Nice beachfront district. It's a bit on the edge of the city which makes this place pretty quiet. But a 5-10 minute ride can take you to the center of all of the parties and events. - Staff was aways SO helpful! Especially I want to say "thank you" to Tony (Ton) from the reception. He was my ultimate problem-solver! Anything happens - he was ready to solve my problem even when he was out from his hotel. I really apprecaite it! What's more I am extremely grateful to all the restautant staff. Especially, I remember the names of (I hope I spell them correctly) of Nhi, Xuan and Phuong Hang. :) I remember that Nhi even learned some words in Russian specially for me! That was very sweet. She always gave some small surprises - a bottle of vitamined water, some tangerines etc. That was very sweet of her. What's more the restaurant staff already learned what I usually take for breakfast and when I arrive (2 minutes before it ends), so by the time I entered the restaurant in the morning all the food was already served waiting for me!

Unfortunately this serious disadvantage cannot be fixed due to laws of Da Nang. There is a road between the hotel and the beach - sometimes it can be noisy. I suppose it's the only serious disadvantage here. - Thing that could really be improved - gym could be better equipped. Not many Okay, one more. When you enter the room, TV automatically turns on playing the hotel's promo video, ha-ha. :D

The staff was amazing, but special thanks to Henry (Hoan). He was extraordinary. I lost my wallet in the hotel while I was already in Nha Trang (9 hours away from Da Nang). He sent the wallet to me without any problems. This shows how loyal and how good you can trust them. The staff was so nice and helpful. It took a lot of effort to sent it to Nha Trang but he decided to help me in his free time. I've traveled through whole Vietnam but this staff was on a different level. Besides that, the hotel itself is amazing. Beautiful pool with a nice view. Highly recommend this place

Some rooms have lovely views of the ocean. Modern amenities. Breakfast was great. Staff very nice.

I was put in the wrong room for my first night. They said that was the only room available. But online it stated otherwise. I had to show them and have a little back and forth, although they were nice about, I didn’t understand the confusion. Finally I got my ocean view. And since I was sick, that’s what I was paying for because I didn’t leave the hotel. They say at the front desk there is a discount for the spa but then when I tried booking they said no discount. I wanted to extend but the said my room type was not available although online it clear;y stated it was. Rooms are run down although modern. Right next to a dog kennel, so there’s moments of loud barking.

Big, comfortable room, right by the beach. Rooftop pool and bar was nice….salted coffees were awesome! Great being able to hire scooters from the hotel, also booking activities. Breakfast selection was good and breakfast staff were lovely!

Room service meals weren’t very nice…cold and not what we expected based on the menu. Reception. didn’t follow through with some requests (extra towels etc). Not easy location to get to any shops for water, supplies etc

I loved the location, the decor, the staff were outstanding, friendly, helpful, communicative, peaceful, respectful and supportive. The roof top swimming pool was one of our highlights and the mango smoothies! Big bonus…..being able to continue with my usual gym routine at the hotel gym.

The breakfast could have had more fruit and a better toaster machine, English Breakfast tea. The lowest dumb bell was 7.5kg.

Staff Super. I really liked the staff at the time of booking, the staff helped me very much in answering all my questions. The room was clean. If we wanted us to get out of the room enough to hang a sign.

The only minus is a balcony overlooking the wall of the adjacent building, but it did not spoil the impression.
