It's a real boutique place with intimate feelings. Perfect! Perfect room high quality pool. High maintenance of the hotel. Wide room with shower and bath. We spend 13 nights of magic. Breakfast was good and full. Perfect for couple for romantic time. 1 min to craftburger 10 min walk easy to center. As u check in the reception gave all the important info u need. The staff was more than excellent Ann and Yim.

We had little bit of construction and the hotel find a compensation for us. Bike was in high price, usually it's free. Laundry and motorbike is way more high price than street. Although all above It's the best place to stay in Hanoi !

Check-in host was very nice, giving us many info about the city. We got the rooms 1h earlier, which was appreciated. The pool is small but looked nice and clean. The room is very spacious and the double bed was huge. The Bathtub was quite big. The location is ok, just 5-7 min walk to the start of the old town. It was quiet and easy to get some rest. The staff seemed very welcoming.

It's ok for the price, but nothing fancy. The furniture is bit old school, tho in good shape. We only had a problem with one of the wall plugs that was broken and after i put my charger in it got stuck there. The property sent someone to "fix" the issue, but ended up breaking the charger to pieces and i didn't get any compensation for that. The brakfast is nothing much. Slices of tomatoes and some veggies, egg and some soup. Really nothing much to choose from even tho i'm not picky. But as it's included in the price that's not something i can complain about.

What i like: location is at the edge of Old Quarters so a comfortable walking distance to Night Market and Old Quarters attractions. Comfortable room for two, with a bath tub (if that's your cup of tea), and a shower. Breakfast is more western inclined, with a traditional soup from time to time. The swimming pool provides a pleasant area, surrounded by well cared for pot plants and trees. Staff at reception is very helpful and attentive. Any issues are resolved quickly, such as changing tickets to a show, arranging delivery of laundry outside normal schedule. Staff in the kitchen is friendly and accommodating. What can make the stay more pleasant: the shower recess in my room has no screen nor curtain, hence water will splash onto the toilet seat if the bathroom door is closed. We solved the problem by leaving the door open, which may not suit others. The property has no lift, but luggages are carried upstairs by staff, which is a big help.

Love the cosy vibe for a small villa. Pool and pool chairs were sufficient for all the guests. Clean and well maintained. Simple breakfast but great effort with the daily variety and the service :D the rooms were well designed and kept cool throughout the day. The beds and pillows were fluffed and great to sleep on. I believe they did upgrades despite it being more than ten years old 👍🏼

No bugs at the pool despite the greenery, but there were bugs which seemed to have flown in while the cleaning ladies left the balcony door open. The rooms were not soundproof so we woke before 7am because that seemed to be the daily time that other guests woke up at. Chairs scrapping the floor were my biggest hangup. Be warned during the holiday season: it was difficult for us to get Grab during the evenings, we had to wait up to half an hour. But that's a holiday thing and unrelated to the villa.

Incredible stay! The hotel and its swimming pool are super nice and enjoyable, with a large room, quality bed and bath. It was a great pleasure to stay there. The staff is especially helpful and kind. They provided useful tips for visiting Hoi An city, and sites of interest nearby. They also rent bikes, which is efficient, a nice plus. The hotel is slightly outside of Hoi An old quarter, so you have a 5mns walk to get in. However, it's a small city, so this "distance" can also be seen as an advantage, as the hotel is in a quiet environment, far from the old quarter which is crowded in daytime, and also far from some bars that close later at night (around 10-11PM) in the southern part of the old quarter. Highly recommend!

One of the three nights was quite noisy, we assume it was the night guardian who was sick and loudly coughing / hawking as the sound isolation was light. However, it was a single night and arguably an exception, which earbuds could easily overcome.

Our stay at TNT Villa was great, the staff were very lovely and helpful and honest in every way possible from giving us suggestions on activities, list of local places to eat, giving us honest feed back on thing we were thinking of doing and also giving us warning about people that will try to take advantage of tourist and as well as they way those individuals would carry out their approach. The morning breakfast provided by the hotel was very nice giving you plenty of options but also the kitchen staff were very nice and would cook you something fresh every morning from the selected items provided and always tried to have a little chat which I personally thought was very cool. Overall I would highly recommend the TNT establishment as a place to stay in Hoi An.

Outstanding Hotel. The best one in my trip to Vietnam ( I stayed in 5 hotels in this trip) Staff very helpful and polite. When we arrived, the staff gave all information about the city and the tours. Helped a lot and we closed 2 tours in the hotel. Very good tours mainly the bike tours from Heaven and Earth Bicycle Tours. Room is very spacious, bed super comfortable, bathroom very good. Very clean, great job from the staff. Breakfast excellent, many options to Western people at least 4 fruits, pancake, omelette, juice, cake … Very beautiful place , a lot of flowers, lanterns and a beautiful swimming pool in the middle of the garden Excellent location, near the old center ( 5 min walking)

Great location, excellent service, nice room and swimming pool. I travel often and rarely ever leave reviews. The customer service here was so above and beyond that I felt the need to provide a review. I spent two nights in Da Nang and two here in Hoi An. I wanted a private driver for each day to provide custom trips for me. I contacted my Da Nang hotel several times and they were no help at all and would not assist me with setting up a driver. I asked T&T Villa if they could assist. They set up a driver and custom trips for me during all four days including pick up and drop off from my Da Nang hotel as well. One of my trips was Ba Na Hills and after seeing many pictures of very foggy days they monitored the weather for me and were willing to rearrange all of my trips to ensure I visited Ba Na Hills on the day with the best weather. I just checked out and they assisted me with yet another custom tour with private driver while I await for my trip to the airport. Highly recommend staying here. Besides the amazing service, my room was very clean and quite large. Breakfast was good and the swimming pool was great.

We loved our 4 nights here. It was very clean and the staff are so friendly and always happy to help and recommend places to eat, activities etc. Really nice to stay somewhere smaller than big hotel. On Xmas day, one staff member dressed up as Santa giving out gifts to everyone at breakfast, such a sweet gesture. Despite the 5 days of rain, we still managed to do lots of activities and they provided us with umbrellas that was really useful. Only 5 mins walk to Japanese bridge and the spa opposite was great. Really recommend anyone looking for a smaller and friendly place to stay that is nearby. Enjoyed the breakfast as well!

Nothing, it was all great!

From the moment we arrived everything was fantastic. The staff were so kind and welcoming and had lots of recommendations of places to visit and eat at. The rooms were comfortable and the hotel was so clean, especially the pool area. Very peaceful and quiet to stay at. Breakfast each day was great with lots of choice available. Only a 5 minute walk to ATMs, the old town and so many places to eat and drink. There is also a very good spa opposite the hotel.
