Everything was PERFECT! The location is very close the the beach, the room is clean, cosy and modern, the breakfast is really good. But the staff is really what makes the difference. In months of traveling, this is by far the best staff I've seen, thank you so much to the whole team :)

Great location, a short walk to the beach and many other locations such as restaurants. The breakfast was good. Staff is exceptional. Loved the place so much booked another month.

Staff were wonderful- Always very welcoming and greeted me daily to check in on maintaining the room / supplies, the rooms were really nice and great value for money.

I think the only disappointment was the location of this hotel - unless you like seafood, there is not a great deal in walking distance. However, if you are happy to walk 45-1hr i did stumble across some really great places. I used grab a few times for the convenience of food delivery or to catch a grab into more central Danang where you can just about find anything to eat. It all depends on what your willing to do - but I'd definitely stay here again, the pool was great and laundry prices were very reasonable.

A lovely 2 night stay in the Dolphin Hotel. Really friendly and helpful staff, happy to help and answer any questions. Our room was as described, clean, spacious and comfortable. Looks like the kitchen was well equipped but we didn't need to use it. Breakfast was plentiful with a good choice of either western or Asian food. It's very close to the beach, but a bit further away from the main town. However, a cheap 10-minute Grab taxi gets you to most places. We would book again.

I stayed here for 1 month and had a great experience. The hotel is on a peaceful back street so there is no problem with noise on an evening and the beds are extremely comfortable. The lobby and rooftop pool area are clean, modern and well maintained. The apartments are exactly as advertised on booking.com and include a good daily breakfast plus housekeeping if required. However the most significant element of this hotel are undoubtedly the staff. They provide a genuinely friendly and relaxed environment for everyone to enjoy with welcoming smiles and courteous conduct every day.

The location of the Hotel is very close to the beach, away a bit from the main road, so is quite and not disturbed by traffic noise. The Hotel is clean and adaquate for a comfortable stay, the breakfast is very basic. The best thing about the Hotel is the staff, Rose, May and Sunny, they are the only names I can remember, but all the staff were very polite and helpful, they do washing cloths there and if you hand them in before 12am, they are ready on the same day.

The breakfast , not enough choice especially for people from the West.

Lovely clean, large and well-equipped modern room. Great shower. Plenty of light with sea view (from our room). Very convenient for the beach. Lovely welcoming staff who always appeared interested in asking how our day / evening had been. Would definitely return. Great value for money.

The breakfast was a little limited, with occasional waits for drinks and other items to be refilled. Poor ergonomics in breakfast area for when restaurant was busy, i.e. all food and drinks were crammed into a small area resulting in queuing to reach coffee or breakfast items. Plenty of extra wall space available if they were to choose to redesign this area.

I had a studio apartment with the view of the beach. It was a lovely hotel with swimming pool in the roof. The staffs in front desk helped me with planning my tours and activities. They also warned me about flood areas in nearby cities during my stay. The breakfast was good. I would specially mention the front desk staff Yenh who was very helpful. They allowed early check-in also.

This was my first time visiting Vietnam. The hotel decor was modern and the facility, including the room was super clean. The bed was comfortable and loved the pulsating high-flow shower. There was also a nice kitchen with stove, microwave, and large fridge, and faux leather sofa. This is a super nice hotel and the price was certainly right. The service and wifi were great. The Dolphin hotel typically stays fully booked. I highly recommend it and would most certainly go back.

There were just a couple items that kept me from giving the facility a 10: AC was weak and could barely keep up. One thing that attracted me to the hotel was that the breakfast was advertised as 'excellent'. However, it was closer to that of a basic 'continental. The noodle soup was just a scaled down and unimpressive version of pho.

It feels like home staying at this apartment. The room is spotless, and the staff is super friendly. When we arrived, we found a broken cabinet in the kitchen. We informed the reception and she attended to it immediately. The next day the cabinet was fixed! The breakfast was excellent too. Every morning they served different types of Vietnamese dishes and they always asked us what we wanted to have. I'm a vegetarian and they served yummy vegetarian fried rice and omelet! A bonus for our stay is we get our 1 night refunded when we had to leave 1 day earlier. We didn't expect that, so we were impressed by their hospitality and service.

It would be better if they did regular spraying for insects on the stairs and near the pool. I have a phobia of cockroaches and when going down from the pool I encountered 3 big cockroaches on the stairs. It was scary to me.
