Pros: Great location – Close to everything, making it convenient for exploring. Spacious room – Comfortable size for two people. Balcony – A nice addition for fresh air and relaxation.

Cons: Cleaning needs improvement – Found hair on the floor, in the bathroom, and even in the bedsheets. Dusty surfaces – Dust on the picture frame, bedside table, and phone. The fan is extremely dirty, making it unusable. Mold issues – Not just in the bathroom, but even on the glass of the picture on the wall. The shower door clearly hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. If the hotel improves its cleaning standards, it could be a great place to stay. For now, it's suitable for a short stay but not ideal for longer visits.

It was only a few minutes walk from the beach, and there was a shop next door. There is an elevator, a TV, a wardrobe and some toiletries. For the cost of the hotel, I was happy with it. There was no stated closing or opening time. I had to wake up the worker to leave at 2am for the marathon as the doors were locked. The window in the bathroom didn’t lock. The shower head was grimy and the shower head holder was unstable. Overall, it was a good hotel considering how much it cost.

Excellent location if you want to use the quieter part of the beach, literally 200m away. The balcony is good for hanging out, and the room was large and spacious and very clean. Front desk were always friendly day and night, and arranging laundry with them was simple and fast (25k per kilo). All in all, fantastic value (if you get the reduced room rates) for staying in this part of Danang.

The only two things to comment on negatively are the wall sockets (most of which won't accept standard Vietnamese plugs very easily) and the unprotected open WiFi used throughout the hotel and into the street outside. Sensitive people may get bothered by the traffic on the nearby intersection, which can be loud (as is usual in Vietnam).

A lovely spacious room. The bed was rock solid but we actually had some of the best nights sleep here. Hot water, very clean bathroom. Lovely stay here. It’s very close to the beach and a wide variety of restaurants close by.

We had a non-smoking room which had no signs of people smoking in it, but the room next to us had an adjoining balcony so when they smoked, it filtered into our room and smelled.

the hotel was close to the beach and the section of beach it was near was nice and clean room had a nice clean kettle and a good shower also had a fridge which is very handy

the hall ways were very echoey and the rooms wasn’t very soundproof this was a problem for us as the family next door had there kids playing out in the hallway and there door open with a crying baby well past 23:00 which made it difficult to sleep and they was up very early shouting in the hall ways would be nice for the hotel to enforce some quiet hours later on although this is very circumstantial it’s our only negative really

Spacious room with high celing, great location just steps from the beach, bars and restaurants.

No mat in the bathroom, no cups for making coffee. The snacks and drinks provided are charged extra.

Location is very great. It spend 1 minutes to walk the beach. The staffs are friendly and kind, they help me book a daily tour to visit Banahill, book grab car and anything what I need to help. I will comeback Danang in the next month and I still stay this hotel.

Lovelely staff, clean rooms. Will live there agin when I visit Vietnam.

Quite far from good food places by foot. Wasn’t accommodating, as they said they would be on messages beforehand, when we arrived early morning after a sleeper bus.
