The location is very convenient. Short walk to the beach. We're both vegetarians and really appreciated the vegan option for breakfast. You have to order the day before from the menu. We loved our stay at the villa and Nha was a wonderful host. The small courtyard in front of the villa is a nice place to have a breakfast or just chill out. The place is more like a homestay than a hotel or villa.

The premises are a little run down and would be good if the photographs on the website were more representative to manage expectations. In the rooftop room you can hear the noise of a water pump but the room was large and in good order. The lovely atmosphere created by the staff more than made up for any small shortcomings. We would love to come back!

We have stayed in a few places in Da Nang and this one was by far the most peaceful and relaxing. Away from the traffic, our room was always quiet and peaceful. We ended up staying here longer than planned because we felt so comfortable - Da Nang is a busy city so finding somewhere you could have a peaceful breakfast, nap, beer in the garden - is exactly what we needed. The staff were incredibly kind and generous and we had everything we needed. We loved our breakfasts in the garden area. Best omelette in town!

There was nothing we didn’t like. Yes it’s not one of the flashy or fancy places to stay, but we felt at home and comfortable.

Thi Boutique Villa is a small unique establishment. The small staff are kind people willing to make sure your stay is what you like.. This is not a New modern 20 story tower of white boxes. For the traveler looking for a relaxed, authentic retreat from the norm this is such a place. This is a family owned, run establishment, Nha is such a nice thoughtful person and as is the rest of the small staff. They are truly nice people. I stayed for 14 days and it was a very enjoyable stay. It is on a quiet side street but very close to the beach and hundreds of restaurants, coffee shops, spas with plenty of activity close by. Totally a walkable situation. They offer a nice breakfast with Vietnamese or Western style dishes, coffee and tea daily. Clean comfortable bed with good A/C and plenty of Hot water in the shower. Each room is different as the Villa is a large house with about 8 guest rooms. I did have some interesting conversation with some of the other guest and with Nha. The Villa is a very nice spot for the traveler looking for more than most.

I honestly can not think of any negatives for my stay. I really can't.

Mr Nha Thi is the manager of the property and he allocated a bigger room with a large balcony. The property is very beautiful and the facilities are up to the mark. Mr Nha had picked up our luggage to the first floor and also brought it to the cab while leaving. He helped us with local attractions and Grab app installation, which helped our communication inside Da Nang. We stayed for 3 nights, there was heavy rain but we still enjoyed it. The location of the property is awesome, just a few steps away from the main road and a few hundred metres from the My Khe beach. There were plenty of restaurants on the main road. We really loved our stay and will come back.

The breakfast could be a little more in quantity though it was adequate and the choices could be a little wide for vegetarians. However we didn't mind it but it is worth mentioning.

This place is a little Gem in Da Nang. From the moment we walked in, through the end of our stay, the owners of this hotel were amazing. Very friendly, always smiling, and helpful. The hotel was very clean, as was our spacious room. It really felt like it was a home away from home. The breakfast was very good, and we ate ours out in the lovely courtyard which is full of trees and plants. The hotel is situated on a very quiet street, but still close enough to many restaurants, and also the beach. Our stay was for nine nights, and we enjoyed everyone of them. You will not be disappointed if you choose this hotel for your stay in Da Nang.

Anh Nha and his team were super attentive and flexible to our needs, especially since we were staying for >10 days. Our room was well cared for and spacious for the 4 of us. The breakfast was delicious! Our first morning, we had My Quang - first time for me, and honestly, none of the other food we had in Vietnam compared. It was a nice temporary home away from home!

While our room had space for all of us, when we were hanging out, it didn't feel that there was enough seating (there was only a bench for 2). The internet was spotty, but we would watch TV instead.

Located on a side street with little traffic, we chose this place to have a more traditional feeling than the very modern high-rises you find in the city. It’s an easy walk to the beach and the promenade. The room was spacious with a nice balcony, breakfast was good with a choice of noodle soup or eggs, it’s served in the front courtyard. The owner was nice and helped with the bags.

There is a lounge nearby that can be noisy when people leave in the early hours ( Earplugs work well). A bit more maintenance in the room and attention to details would give it more a boutique feeling. A drying rack for swimwear on the balcony would be useful

The staff were incredibly enthusiastic and helpful throughout my visit. Hot water was available 24/7, which was a big plus. The hotel is tucked away on a secluded part of the beach, offering a peaceful escape from the crowds and noise. Despite the quiet location, the beach and many dining options are just a short walk away. Also, the breakfast is exceedingly good, offering a wide variety of options that combine Western and Vietnamese cuisines. It even caters to guests’ vitamin needs by providing a selection of watermelon and other fruits.

The AC is a bit off — not cooling enough and a little noisy — it’s still manageable

Cannot recommend highly enough for an exceptionally clean, boutique, serene and very affordable stay with very friendly hosts in a great location. Five minute walk from the beach and 25 min walk from the main night markets. Mr Nhā was incredibly helpful and friendly. I stayed for three nights in the economy room 102 Saigon and it was very comfy and plenty of room for two (I was solo). The garden courtyard is lovely and calm, breakfast was included with a rotating option of four things - I tried three and all were great (omelette, brisket noodles and banh mi) plus fruit plus toast and coffee / tea. 10 mins by Grab bike to Lady Buddha and 20 mins to Marble Mountain, there’s a shuttle bus (130,000 dong) to Hoi An a four minute walk away. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you

The accommodation has echoes of an 18th or 19th French building. It's beautiful and the owners are fantastic, as helpful as could be. Thank you. The room we had was lovely with a big balcony a big bed and lovely clean bathroom. Breakfast wise if you want to order eggs or a bahn mi then you have to order the night or day before. Not staying it's often a problem just so you know. Location wise it's 5 mins to the beach and there's a myriad of bars restaurants and of course as it's vietnams about 573 coffee shops. It's about 30 mins to the dragon bridge or about £2 in a grab I would have no hesitation in recommending this Villa.
