I cannot fault anything about my stay here, this is a truly exceptional hotel. My room was clean, spacious and comfortable - complete with high quality essential facilities. The view of the courtyard overlooking a koi pond was breathtaking, creating a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The staff here were incredibly helpful and friendly, making sure I had all my needs met. Rachel was exceptional at checking in on the quality of my stay, and being kind enough to recommend some fantastic local restaurants. She even went above and beyond by recommending me activities and restaurants for other cities I’ll be staying in Vietnam. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and had a range of options to cater to all palettes, including traditional Vietnamese options. Finally, I would definitely recommend checking out the rooftop pool for a calming and relaxing break from the chaos of travelling! If I’m ever in Da Nang again I will definitely be back!

10/10 Stars for Minh Boutique in Da Nang! Minh Boutique exceeded all expectations! The service was absolutely excellent, with staff going above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect stay. The breakfast was a highlight each morning – delicious, fresh, and with plenty of options to suit everyone. The rooms were incredibly cool, modern, and well-designed, making it a pleasure to relax after exploring Da Nang. The beds were so comfortable that we had some of the best sleep ever! And the pool? Simply stunning – clean, inviting, and the perfect place to unwind. Minh Boutique truly ticks all the boxes for a relaxing and luxurious stay. Highly recommended – we’ll definitely be back!

Absolutely nothing

The hotel has a very nice vibe. There is a beautiful Koi fish pond in reception. The breakfast was nice although simple yet filling. The room is cute and large range of TV channel options which was nice for evening. Rooftop pool is nice but not enough places to sit. The room is nice and comfortable but some design flaws (such as the blinds block the bathroom door from opening properly).

The reception was friendly and helpful but perhaps a bit invasive. They regularly sent whats app messages to ask if I needed recommendation. Although some might appreciate this, if I need recommendations, I will ask myself at the reception desk. I would advise reception to avoid this approach or at least ask customers if they would like to have this service when they arrive. For me, I found it a bit much as I had already done my research. I also feel that asking for a 10 star review from customers (which we experienced a lot in Vietnam) is not a great approach. Rather, simply ask customers to review their experience. Getting honest feedback is how we continually get better.

Stayed in top floor Penthouse. The idea of outdoor bathroom was nice but was hot and noisy. Also there were a few gaps between bamboo sticks wall so didn't feel completely private. Inside the room there was a hob and big dining table, would have preferred it to be a relaxing area with sofa and coffee table. Not sure how useful hob and cooking area is, given that most tourists would probably eat out.

From the moment I arrived, the service was thoughtful and personal. Evie messaged me throughout my stay to check in, offer help, and make sure I was comfortable. She was so sweet and genuine, even reminding me to rest and stay out of the sun. I felt truly cared for. The hotel itself is peaceful and beautifully kept. The pool is amazing — clean, relaxing, and the perfect place to unwind. My room was spotless and cozy, with everything I needed. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. They arranged my airport pickup, and when I forgot my charger, they helped me charge my phone and other devices. They also stored my belongings safely in a locker without me having to ask, which gave me real peace of mind. Even when there was a small issue with my key card, it was already taken care of before it could become a problem. Everything felt easy, calm, and welcoming thanks to the amazing team. Special thanks to Evie for her kindness, care, and attention to every detail. I left feeling rested, recharged, and genuinely looked after. Happy 7th birthday to Minh Boutique. I can’t wait to come back.

The place and staff were very nice and we liked the hotel design very much.

The breakfast buffet wasn't amazing, our room 'view' was non-existent and it was a bit gloomy inside. Overall, it seemed a bit expensive compare to other places we stayed at in Vietnam in terms of the 'value' provided - perhaps it is just that we had very high expectations based on the other guests reviews. It is a great place to stay but not as amazing as we thought it would be :)

We had a truly wonderful stay! Young was incredibly kind and thoughtful – she even contacted us before our arrival to answer all our questions and make sure we felt fully prepared for our holiday. Her communication was always fast, friendly, and helpful. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. We had everything we needed for a relaxed and enjoyable stay. The location is fantastic – just a 5-minute walk to the beach, and in a quiet and safe area. There are free bicycles available, which was a great bonus, and renting a motorbike was super easy and affordable. It really made getting around very convenient. The pool was absolutely great – very clean and well maintained, perfect for cooling off and relaxing after a day in the sun. You can truly feel that Young puts a lot of care into making her guests feel welcome. We felt completely at ease and very well looked after. Thank you again for your amazing hospitality – we’d love to come back and can absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. 10/10!

Hotel has a nice koi pond and ambient plant wall, setting a leisure vibe. Serves buffet breakfast along side a la carte noodle dishes and egg, we got to taste different noodles and they're all very yum. Location is superb, 5 min walk to the beach but away from the loud clubs that are right by the beach. Staffs are nice and helpful, recommended restaurants and cafes in the area.

There's unfortunately no power outlet near the bed except one that's at the back of the wall? Could be difficult to charge If the cord isn't long enough (1.5m barely works)

Young and the team gave us exceptional service from before we even arrived. The local knowledge was fantastic and helped us find some great restaurants and coffee shops. Young really helped in booking local attractions and working out what was worth prioritising. The whole crew made us feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was great with something for everyone and we loved the rooftop pool. Rooms were good, with firm but comfy beds. Its only 5-10mins walk to the beach and in a nice quiet street. We would definitely come back!

My room was immaculate. Clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was not only delicious, but, also offered a variety of dietary requirements. I was extremely impressed with the service. I plan to be back again, to experience more.
