From the welcome drink to the quick check-in, everything felt smooth and well-organized. The in-room amenities were excellent, including a strong hairdryer, minibar, and large working desk. Location-wise, it’s just a short walk to the beach but also close to local restaurants.

The reception staff are very helpful at all times. The hotel's location is ideal to most attractions like dragon bridge, Han river, My khe beach and Son Tra night market. The Wi-Fi is very strong. I thank the management for making guests comfortable, especially the reception staff. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

The issue was the swimming pool is located within the all corridors at floor 7 and opened to all floors where the swimmers noise all over the rooms. Also, the breakfast is not suitable for all customers.

The staff were enthusiastic and always ready to help whenever I needed anything. The lobby area is beautifully designed and gives off a classy, upscale feel from the moment you walk in. Rooms are spacious, clean, and well-ventilated, with daily housekeeping that keeps everything fresh and tidy.

It not luxury more like ageing 4 star hotel . For the money great value location good 10 min walk to beach but much cheaper then hotels on beach staff good.. We had 3 room apartment . Very big very comfy with full sea view 2 bathrooms we enjoyed very mich from the room . and the stay but see the negative

room nice but see aging signs aircon filters dirty as for years was not cleaned .Pool aging allot of small coacroches not always have towel . But children enjoy as it inside so no direct sun. Breakfast many choises change many things daily but all food tastless . This the only hotel in vietnam we didnt enjoy breakfast only drink cofee and omlete

There was a delicious welcome drink. The staff at the reception were really friendly and helped us book a taxi for the day (on NYE). The view from the room was great and the wifi was good.

The breakfast was quite limited and not good taste. Though it is a good hotel, we had to request to have two keys but this isn't specific to this hotel only. I'm unsure why hotels assume two people traveling together (regardless of their relationship) do not need two keys as they will be together throughout 🤷🏻‍♀️

The view from my room was absolutely stunning – overlooking both the river and the sea. The hotel was very quiet and clean. I appreciated the 24/7 front desk, especially when I needed help with transport early in the morning. They arranged everything for me with a smile.

I stayed during the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival, and the rooftop view was amazing. We watched the fireworks clearly from above—spacious, comfortable, and not crowded. The staff were helpful and made the experience even more enjoyable. Truly unforgettable!

Quiet rooms, fast internet, good breakfast and meeting space. What impressed me the most was the staff’s attention to detail and professionalism. They helped arrange airport pickup and gave great dining recommendations nearby.

The room has a beautiful view of My Khe beach and spacious 2 bedrooms for family of five. They serve good breakfast and provide daily cleaning. It was a great value.

The pool wasn’t heated. Kids complained super cold. The set up of one of the bathroom was weird and the draining of the other bathroom isn’t flowing properly.
