I cannot say nothing else than PERFECT ! cleaning service was amazing , breakfast also great , staff was friendly and helpful , maybe could be helpful better English speaking person , but basic was good :)

Sauna was out of order , and whirlpool also ...

We had and incredible stay which started with friendly, welcoming personal (Ms Phuong and her collegue) who showed us the room and we saw how clean and nice everything was. We have enjoyed a lot swimming in the pool and incredibly good buffet breakfast. We even have prolonged our stay for 2 more nights. Sauna is not working at the moment but otherwise everything is top. And cleaning personal is doing great job as well, changing everything everyday. Thank you!

I liked the location (not in the middle of someone's constant party), not far from everything. Also employees at the hotel were very nice, always smiling and provided good service.

The hot water: I would wait for 20 minutes until it became warm which was pretty unpleasent during the rainy season. Also cockroaches visited my room several times, but it was my fault I guess. I shouldn't bring any sweet food with me. Aaaand the AC was too noisy. Room 501, pls check the AC guys.

Nice clean room at an affordable price for the night. Breakfast was good. Pool area good

Pool closed most of the day for maintenance. Poor communication between hotel and myself. Tried arranging a pick up through the hotel. Done it myself in the end.

Nice beds and shower. Staff was nice too, they collected my order. From the beach is quite far, but not bad at all. Breakfast was alright, nothing special, but they could have more varieties and stay open a bit longer

The gym is not actual gym there are 2 machines and the bar on the top is not working

Clean rooms. Reception staff 3 girls, they were amazing and so helpful. Arranged all our activities and changed our room.

Jacuzzi did not work. Sauna did not work.

Breakfast was good.

The place was a little tight for 3 people, otherwise ok. Construction work starts at 7 during the 2 days we stayed there. Wakes us up too early.

The most comfy beds in Vietnam!!and a great shower. Really lovely modern hotel. Good breakfast...mostly Asian but bread and eggs etc available. Pool was nice. Bar on rooftop is closed. A bit of a walk to the beach.

Not many cheap eats around the hotel itself.

Staff were friendly and motel was happy to help in any way they could.

Gym was only a few odd dumbbells a tread mill and exercise bike but still better then nothing.
