It was an amazing stay, the hotel really deserves its name.

😬The staff in the dining area🥶 They gave us the eerie vibe of Squid Game employees—no hello, no goodbye, no smile. Just pure, silent judgment. The only time they show a spark of life is precisely at 9:30, when they move in perfect sync to clear the buffet. Their black-and-white uniforms only make the whole thing feel like a scene from a dystopian movie. Honestly, it’s the only hotel in Da Nang where the dining staff made us question whether we had accidentally offended them in a past life...

It felt like i was at home during my stay. The staff was easy to talk to and friendly. Overall, the stay was perfect.

The location wasnt bad but i had to take a good walk to get to the beach.

For the price and the quality of the rooms. This is amazing value and a really good 4 star hotel. Big comfy beds. Nice rooftop pool and bar. A good breakfast. The staff are very friendly. I had an issue with my security box and they solved it quickly. Not too far to walk to the beach. Quite a few restaurants, shop and spa nearby. Would stay again

We had the most wonderful stay at this hotel, and we couldn't be happier with the experience! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the cleanliness of the place. The hotel went above and beyond by upgrading our room, which was a fantastic surprise. The staff truly made our stay memorable with their warm and friendly demeanor. They were always attentive and quick to respond to any concerns we had, ensuring that we felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our visit. The atmosphere was incredibly calm, making it the perfect place to unwind and relax. We particularly enjoyed the billiards and swimming pool, which were both accessible and complimentary. It was such a great way to spend some leisure time. The SPA service was a delightful addition to our stay. The reasonable prices made it even more enjoyable, and the staff at the SPA were excellent at accommodating our preferences, making our experience truly pleasant. And let's not forget the breakfast! It was an absolute feast with a wide variety of local and continental options. The pastries, noodles, rice, fried spring rolls, coffee, tea, fruit juice, and more made for a delicious and satisfying start to each day. The location of the hotel couldn't have been better. With restaurants all around, we had plenty of choices for dining. And the beautiful nearby beaches were a real highlight. All in all, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way possible. The cleanliness, friendly staff, calm atmosphere, and fantastic amenities made our stay truly memorable. Simply just not applicable.

We liked your spacious grand suite with bathtub. Our view of the mountains was lovely. We appreciate the design of all the facilities. The roof top Skye bar has spectacular views with pool table to enjoy and comfortable tables, chairs and couches. The pool and facilities are beautiful, clean and again lovely design.

I didn't like the increase in price for our third stay coming up. I would like to see protein dishes included for vegans as well as fruits and vegetables in the breakfast buffet.

The infinity pool was great, the staff very friendly and eager to help, the facilities clean and the location ideal! The fact that extra towels were provided for the pool was perfect!! Not far from the sea and in walking distance to the city center, so we were really happy with the location.

The quality of the breakfast could have been a little better. It would have been nice to have chicken or pork pho some days for those that cannot eat beef, the pastries were a little stale. Otherwise the buffet had lots of choices.

The hotel is located nearby the beach and it is easy to commute from the airport or to other landmarks. The service was excellent. The staff is very kind, professional and cheerful (receptionists and housekeepers). Big thanks to Ms Duong and Ms Tuyet for their care and assistance until the end of our stay. They were of great help, as the rest of the staff.

Everything was nice but if I could recommend, it would be great to rethink the bath/shower isolation. There was a lot of water leaking so we had to use our remaining towels to clean.

Clean, comfortable and good value for the money. One of the best bed I have had in a very long time in Southeast Asia 😁.

Location is close to the beach. however it’s not where all the activity occurs on the beach. It’s a little bit removed (located too far north). I found the staff to be a little indifferent. They were nice and polite, however just going through the motions.
