The room was amazing. Best bed we had in Vietnam. The hotel had a parking lot full of space.

They said we had early check in in the reservation but it was only 30 min before the website hour. That's not an early check in for me. The breakfast was really bad with few variety of food and it was finished before the hour they stablished. I payed for a scrub massage in the spa and it was horrible. First it wasn't scrub, it was just oil passing in my body with no technic.

I absolutely love this hotel, I booked for two days and stayed for nearly 3 weeks, I am a woman on my own with my son, its very safe, its really clean with fresh towels, the beds are really comfy and always clean and made up, housekeeping everyday, Dieu the lady on the desk has been amazing and helped us whenever she can, the door guy always greets my son with a fist pump and a smile, I will always come back here such a great experience thanks so much

Very nice rooms and bed, good shower, pool area was nice and also very quiet so we had it to ourselves for a while. Good location to everything

WiFi didn’t really work, housekeeping came very early in the morning. They knocked on even though we had a do not disturb sign at 08:40.

I loved my stay! I stayed for 30 days, and the value for the money is just mind blowing! They have daily cleaning with free daily water, tea, coffee. The gym was really good, most days I was there on my own and gym also has free drinking water. The staff was really friendly and always open to assist. The rooms are soo big! Biggest ones I've had during my travels in Asia, I could not recommend it more!

The only thing, and it's not really the hotels fault, but I feel I need to mention that, was the loudness. Not from the outside, but from the other guests. There were mostly Koreans staying in this hotel, and they all had this very strange need to open their doors and talk to each other from across the hall. So I had to ask them a lot to close the doors and be more quiet...

The room was the same as the pictures and facilities were good. The location was close to the Danang beach (walking distance) and also pretty close to the Dragon bridge. The staff (especially Sophie) were very helpful in organising tours and transport to Hue and Hoi An even at the last minute.

The breakfast buffet seems to run out by 8:30am. So need to be up there early if you want to have more options to choose from. When I first booked, I did get a scam message on booking.com with a link to pay on a random website. But I received another email from the hotel a bit later asking not to click on any links. So have to be careful about links, payment is made at the hotel on arrival. So no need to pay in advance.

I really enjoyed my stay, it was definitely worth the money. The location is all right, 15 minutes away from the beach. There are variety of different cafes and convenient stores in the neighbourhood. The room was spacious, clean, and had a pleasant smell. There were nice extras in the room, including a minibar, cups, spoons, free coffee and tea, several bottles of water every day, and toiletries and robes in the bathroom as well.

The Wi-Fi connection was always unbearably weak. The towels were clean, but a bit old and worn.

Clean, incredible value for money, and lovely staff. I was sceptical when I booked, but I ended up extending my stay (4 weeks total). I worried about location but it’s an easy walk to the beach, and a walk/quick grab anywhere else. Lots of food options nearby. But really the room is where it’s at. Mine had a big bathroom, huge bed and smart tv. When anything went wrong (e.g. air con leaking) it was fixed immediately. Receptionists - Quincy and team - were so nice. The cleaners were stellar too. For the price, in all my travels, you can’t really beat it.

Guests can get a little spirited on weekends, and smoke (even though it’s no smoking). As with all hotels, rooms vary in quality. The first one given to me smelled of cigarettes so they kindly moved me to another one (with a view).

Big spacious room and comfortable bed & clean linens. Staff were mostly cheerful and enthusiastic. Breakfast spread was ok. Location was good close to beach and is on a quieter area which we preferred than other areas in Danang. Lots of restaurants and massage shops in this area. Have to use Grab to go everywhere but it is convenient and costs about 4-5 dollars

Incredibly lovely and helpful staff, good area with tons of restaurants and cafés around. The beach is just a 10 minutes walk from the hotel. My room was very comfortable and cozy, the wifi managable enough to work on remotely (and the upload was surprisingly good as well, as I was sending big chunks of data to my cloud storage). Breakfast was very nice, with fried eggs on demand or hot bowl of pho/bun if you fancy Vietnamese food as well. And the rooftop pool is something I can't complain about really, almost nobody was there the majority of the day (to my advantage). The price is just superb for what you get.

Sometimes the wifi disconnected in evenings, but just a couple of times. Other than that, no cons! :)
