Very satisfied of big room and bathroom,bed very comfortable very happy of big shower.Room service cleaning room every morning and bring more water, coffee and tea.Sauna,steam room and swimming pool ready to use whatever we like too and high standard.Staff very kind and helpful.Highly recommended.

Nagila hotel was a fabulous place to spend a holiday, location was good, close to beach and a stroll into the town. Roof top pool was fantastic and extremely clean. Good choice of breakfast and a lovely happy waiter who greeted us each morning. Room was lovely and cleaned every day. All staff we met during our stay were very kind and helpful to us. We spent 10 very happy days there.

We personally liked everything, nothing not to like.

Staff was very accommodating, the room and the bathroom were just perfect. There's no real city center in Da Nang, but the hotel is located pretty much close to everything you may need: ATMs, convenience stores, beach, riverside, plenty of restaurants. Breakfast was also delicious with plenty of choice. Room service was done daily and our towels were replaced.

We had to do a laundry but it wasn't very clear how we would be charged. Upon our inquiry, we were shown a form that made us assume the total cost for the service would be calculated by summing the prices for the individual clothing items, although the reception staff told us that the cost would be determined by kilos. In the end we were charged almost the same price we paid for a single night (which sounded a bit too much, we were expecting a much cheaper price for a ~2kg laundry). I used already a laundry service in another hotel during my trip in Vietnam and I paid considerably less money.

Staff were great, friendly and helpful. The location was excellent - easy access to shopping, the dragon bridge and the gorgeous beach. Breakfast buffet was great and overall it was a very good stay and super affordable hotel.

Took a little while after showering for the water to drain so bathroom floor would get very wet as it would spill over, but we didn't even mention it to front desk staff as it was easy to deal with by just putting an extra towel on the floor. We wondered if that was the case with all the rooms.

A good location to the beach and river. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They allowed us to check in early and to leave our bags after check out. The bed was massive and very comfortable. Our room faced a wall and was very dark which made sleeping in the evening easy. The rooftop pool was awesome with a lovely view. Although the water didn't look all that clean.

The gym is a lot smaller than the photos show and basically unusable. If you are booking this with the intention of using the gym, maybe find a gym to attend instead. The air conditioning was weak. The towels were quite old and rough.

Nice rooms and comfortable beds. Clean and decent size. Good location on a scooter.

The gym is just some machines by the pool. The pool also has quite a bit of dust etc from the roads on the surface and had no shade so we don’t use it. However, the hotel is close enough to the beach to make up for it.

Room was spacious and the bathroom was lovely with a nice deep bath. The pool on the top floor was very nice with views over Da Nang. The hotel is in a good location to walk to the Dragon Bridge and the beach. There are two lifts so we never had to wait, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Comfiest bed we have had in a while!

Our room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke every time we walked in which was strange as it's a no smoking room. The hotel doesn't appear on Google Maps which caused a few issues with taxi pickups. Be prepared if you book a room with a bath that the shower is not overhead and you have to hold it if you want a stand up shower.

Beautiful rooftop pool and lounge area. Rooms were well equipped and clean. Strong WiFi.

The rooftop bar was only open at select times and the spa wasn't open. The gym was a treadmill which didn't work even when plugged in and a rusty spin bike which had rusted through one of the bolts used to secure it in place meaning the whole bike felt like it was going to fall to the side when sat on. The location is walking distance to the dragon Bridge and the beach but Danang overall isn't really worth a visit as a tourist.

Very clean hotel.

I stayed 3 nights and had breakfast at hotel every morning, however my final morning they had limited food options. Possible reason for less food options may have been because they had less staff at restaurant that morning. I also booked a massage at the hotel spa and I asked if I pay masseuse directly and person at desk said yes (possible language barrier). I paid masseuse directly, but when I went to check out of hotel they said I owed money for the spa. It turns out the masseuse never turned in my money to the hotel. It took about 5 minutes of phone calls to confirm that I had paid. Other than those few hiccups my stay was fine.

Pool was excellent and quiet with nice outdoor seating. The rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable, complimentary water was a great help and the view was great

Our air con was broken the first night so they rebooked us into a nearby hotel, this hotel was good but not as nice as Nagila. Appreciate them rehousing us but to a lesser accommodation
