Staff is polite and friendly. Room is spacious and bright, it has balcony and nice city view. Beds are comfortable. The hotel is clean. We stayed in Da nang in 3 different hotels and this one had the best breakfast. Location of the hotel is great as well, very central easy to reach the dragon bridge, beach is approximately 1 km away. Pool could be deeper than 1.2 m, but it’s clean and nice to swim there anyway. Free wi-fi worked good. There is a small shop next to the hotel works in the night.

It would be great to have bathrobes in the room and single use slippers would be more hygienic.

This hotel was so good. On arrival my bags were brought in from the Grab taxi, easy check in & awesome staff. The room was spacious and the bathroom shower was huge. Thew view was amazing from my room. windows open and close. Everything i could have asked for. The breakfast was exceptional. They had a wide range of different cuisines; sweet & savoury. I ate about 3 plates and 3-4 coffees haha. Great way to begin the day, especially if its your first time. Pool & Pool view was something else. SO COOOL haha better than the pictures. Make sure to go at night. Location is great (13 min walk to beach). As an Aussie, highly recommend Special mention to the Receptionist Kha (the lady at front desk). She welcomed me & gave me lots of information about Da Nang for my stay. She also gave me food recommendations. She made my stay very pleasant so thank you Kha. Brandon

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay fun and comfortable. We received free waters daily, the cleaning team was excellent, and the front desk team offered great support as we planned our activities for our trip. It's also a good location between the beach and downtown - about a 10 minute walk in either direction. The buffet breakfast was also a great variety of foods. The rooftop pool was shallow but clean and provided a fun view of the city. We will definitely stay again!

No major or really any minor concerns.

Big wide beds, very comfortable mattress. 4 pillows Staff clean the rooms well. Rooftop pool/bar is nice, good view and clean. Staff immediately helped/fixed when there were issues. No nearby houses that do loud karaoke which happens now and then in Da Nang.

Gym isn't much of a gym. There are better locations if you like to be in the "centre" of all restaurants and bars. But on the other hand, the location is also good if you want to be nearby "everything", Son Tra market 10 minutes away, beach 20 minutes away, bar/restaurants on the other side of the river 20 minutes away, bar/restaurant area at beach 20 minutes away.

The hotel is modern, with extremely respectful and welcoming employees. The room offers an extremely comfortable bed and a beautiful view of the city. The breakfast is varied, delicious, and includes Vietnamese influences.

The hotel is a 30-minute walk from the beach and approximately 15 minutes from the night market. If you prefer a location closer to the beach, I recommend another accommodation. The room lacks sufficient shelving for clothes, offering only three hangers, which is inadequate for travelers. Additionally, the balcony is tiny, making it difficult to sit and admire the city. It would be an improvement to serve real coffee instead of instant coffee for breakfast.

The hotel had ultra modern rooms but we were very dissappointed that the pool bar and restaurant we no longer operating. We felt the photos were misleading as this is one of the reasons why we booked here. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

The property was only 20 minutes from the airport and the hotel itself is only a 10 minute walk from the Dragon Bridge (what a super tourist attraction). However, getting there and crossing the roads especially the 4 lane highway is not for the feint hearted there is a constant steam of scooters and cars all aiming directly at you! The property has a reasonable sized infinity pool, loungers and a bar on the 17 floor. The problem though at the time we were there was the water was cold. Quite a shock coming from Thailand where it was approximately 12-14 degrees C warmer. It’s also very near to the beach one way and Da Nang old town the other. As for the staff, everyone was exceptionally helpful and friendly; with a special thanks to Linh and Tri in the dining room and Kha and Vy in reception. There is a fantastic and very reasonably priced Indian restaurant, called Indian Curry diagonally across from the hotel. (Just ask reception to point you in the right direction, you won’t be disappointed)

Nothing really except maybe the breakfasts, understandingly catering mainly for an Asian clientele. Don’t get me wrong, plenty to eat just not what we might be used to. But great Vietnamese coffee.

I feel very great at San Marino Boutique Danang. My family told me every staff very kindly and helpful. I booked 27 Feb 2024-1 Mar 2024 (3Nights). Frist day we meet staff name's HA and man stuff(i don't know his name sry) help me booked Banahill 5 tickles and get us bags to us rooms. Every morning breakfast time every staffs at restaurant very kindly and helpful too. At one night my shampoo run out. HA and man stuff same shift(sry i really don't know his name but he very helpful) get new one to my room within 5 minutes. Check out day staff name's KHA+TUAN very kindly and helpful. They take care us bags after check out and we go to shopping at Han Market with kindly. Us good experience 1.Every staffs very kindly smiling and helpful. 2.You can booking Banahill E-ticket with staff at lobby. 3.Shampoo+Conditioner+Toothbrush+Toothpaste already in bathroom. 4.you can adjust hot water as you want(can adjust to be very hot) 5.International breakfast have everything include many vietnam food. Thank you every staffs to make us experience great. We feel very happy to stay in this hotel.

San Marino hotel is located on one of tje main streets in Da Nang so it makes both the dragon bridge amd beach quickly accessible by walk or by taxi. The rooms provided included a high quality shower, good bed, and furniture all cleaned to a high standard. The sky bar is open from 7 until 10pm and has a swimming pool on the roof. The prices for food and drink are very reasonable considering. The service was quick, friendly and delightful. The hotel offers breakfast in their restaraunt until 9;30 which is of a good quality and includes pastries, western food, fresh eggs and Asian food. I would recommend this hotel to anybody wanting to stay in Da Nang a little way away from the beach or the noise of the bar areas.

I would have liked if I could have got some other type of coffee during breakfast other than the instant coffee.

The staff were nice and helpful. The receptionist (Sarah) helped me book a car and tickets to Bana Hills. The room was clean and bright. I really like that they have connecting rooms. It’s within walking distance to the beach and the night market. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

I wish they could provide iron in the room.
