We were only there overnight. The hotel was easy to get to, was close to the beach and was within walking distance of the Dragon Bridge and the night (food) market. There were several nearby restaurants. The hotel staff was pleasant and helped us to get a taxi in the morning.

The breakfast did not start until 0630 and we had to leave at 0700 so we were a little rushed. In comparison to other hotels the breakfast buffet was very basic. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the food, but choices were limited. This may have been because we were there when it first opened

The staff were phenomenal. From the moment I stepped foot into the hotel, I was made to feel welcomed and very much seen. I was very spoiled by Sun, Ellie and Jeannie who never failed to check in with me, ask me how things were or help me figure things out. They were also very accomodating. It also didn't hurt that the hotel had a clean spa downstairs. The best foot massage I had of the trip was done in house. The hotel was a massive bang for buck - it came with lots of bottled water, a delicious breakfast and decent wifi.

The hotel is not the newest, clearly many renovations were made but I think it looked newer in the photo. It was such a small thing though, as that was quickly eclipsed by comfortable furniture and incredible service.

The staff is AMAZINGING! Always eager to help and assist, warm and welcoming. The restaurant has various options of food items to choose from. The location is central, close to the beach, restaurants and shops. The rooms are great, clean, furnished tastefully (I extended my stay and stayed in two different rooms). I also visited the spa a few times, had wonderful experiences there as well. Shout out to Harry, Brian, Joyce, Sunny, Annie, and Ellie who had taken good care of me while I was there. Thank you!

The only issue I had was with WiFi connectivity which was unstable on my phone for most of my stay. When it was on, it was very weak.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made my stay even more enjoyable. My room was spacious, well-maintained, and cleaned daily, with fresh towels provided every day. The breakfast selection was simple yet delicious, and it was included with the room. The breakfast lounge staff were always attentive, and the reception team went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. They were more than happy to provide suggestions on things to do, places to visit, and great spots to eat nearby. During my trip to Sapa, I lost my glasses, and Bryan, the receptionist, was exceptionally helpful. He suggested where I could purchase a new pair and guided me to a store where I was able to get them in under an hour. He even offered to book a Grab for me, but since the location was close by, I preferred to walk. As a nice gesture, Bryan gave me some "thank you cookies," which I truly appreciated. When I checked out, Ellie and Annie, the two receptionists on duty, also offered their assistance by helping me book a taxi. The hotel is just 5-7 minutes from My Khe Beach, and there are plenty of restaurants in the area, making everything easily accessible. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I will certainly stay here again during my next visit.

I had a great time! The staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived before check-in time, and the administrator, Bryam, saved our contact information to let us know if the room became available earlier. He also sent us recommendations for a laundry service upon our request, which we used and absolutely loved. The room was very beautiful—not just plain white walls and beds. I really liked the interior design. Breakfasts came with a city view, but it’s important to note that they are not continental. This isn’t a downside, just something that might matter to some guests. I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back!

The shower drain couldn’t handle the water pressure, and I ended up flooding the floor.

Friendly staff. Annie the receptionist made sure all my needs were covered. You get a discount on spa services for being a guest. The foot + leg massage was great and relaxing. The room was big and comfortable. Plus you can make yourself a hot or cold bath in the tub quickly. Breakfast had a good selection. Close to a wide selection of delicious seafood restaurants.

Gym equipment was minimal and can use a bit of an upgrade. Coffee ran out at breakfast, though I was there towards the end. Even though I was on the 25th floor, there was still a bit of noise from the street. Consider offering ear plugs.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were incredibly comfortable and felt brand new. Being on the 7th floor, I enjoyed a lovely city view, which added to the experience. The staff was amazing—receptionists like Ellie and Annie were very friendly and made it a point to check in with me regarding my room during my stay. Although I can’t recall the names of the two receptionists (a lady and a gentleman) who helped me during check-in on the afternoon of September 21st, they were very professional. They took the time to thoroughly explain the hotel facilities, which I appreciated. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its service and comfort.

One suggestion for improvement would be to offer more vegetarian options, especially in the hot food section.

The breakfast had so many options and it just felt so fancy eating at the highest floor. The pool was nice - not many people go there because the beach is right next to the hotel but it was nice to have the option of indoor swimming. there was also a small gym next to the pool. They offer massages in the hotel too, we had a full body one and it was ok - not the best though. Rooms were clean and modern, the bathroom was clean and had a bidet.

They did not rent motorbikes to people without a vietnamese licence - understandable though since there were tourist accidents in the past. The laundry was very expensive - they didn't tell us the price beforehand - it was only in the menu book you can find in the room. It's better to do your laundry somewhere outside the hotel - we saw so many services just for 20k Dongs.

I like many things about my stay at White Sands Boutique Hotel. I can say wholeheartedly that from the beginning to the end my stay was excellent, first class!

I have no negative comments, as we we’re very well cared for and looked after through out our stay at White Sands Hotel! Place is excellent and staff are wonderful and take excellent to make the experience enjoyable and something special to remember! I specifically want to thank Bryan and Saunay for taking great care of us, and making our time at White Sands Hotel very special! ❤️

The staff was outstanding. I enjoyed my daily breakfast omelet served promptly by the waiting staff while enjoying the view from the 14th floor where the breakfast room is located. The cleaning ladies did a good job and the receptionists (Sunny, Bryan and others) helped us book tickets and gave valuable information for our excursions. We hired Tom as a driver for all of our trips as he was always polite and a safe driver. The beach is great and just a short walk from the hotel. There are also plenty of restaurants in the area.
