We had a truly wonderful experience at White Sand Boutique Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and well cared for. The reception team, Ellie, Sun, and Bryan, were exceptional: warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. They worked tirelessly to ensure our comfort and made sure we were well looked after throughout our stay. The kitchen staff who prepared the buffet breakfast were fantastic. The food was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented every morning – the perfect start to each day. Even the security team were always friendly and attentive, which added to the overall comfort of our stay. It’s rare to find a hotel where the entire team goes above and beyond, but here it’s clear that everyone takes great pride in what they do. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. I recently stayed at the White Sand Boutique Hotel in Da Nang, and while the hotel itself was lovely and comfortable, what truly made my stay exceptional was the outstanding service from Bryan, one of the staff members. From the moment I arrived, Bryan went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome and taken care of. He was always friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive to every detail — from helping with local recommendations to making sure all my requests were handled quickly and with a smile. His warm attitude and willingness to assist really made a difference and left a lasting impression. It’s rare to meet someone who takes such pride in their work and treats guests with such sincerity. Thank you, Bryan, for your kindness and excellent hospitality — you truly made my stay memorable. I truly enjoyed my stay at White Sand Boutique Hotel. The location is fantastic — just a short walk to the beach, and it’s also very easy to get around to other popular attractions in the area. The hotel has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and all the staff were incredibly friendly. I especially want to mention Duong and Nhanh at the front desk, who were both exceptionally kind, pleasant, and helpful throughout my stay. They always greeted me with a smile and were quick to assist with any questions or requests. Overall, this is a comfortable and well-located hotel with excellent service, and I would be happy to recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

During my stay, there was some exterior maintenance work being done. One morning, I woke up to find a worker suspended outside my 15th-floor window, which was a bit unexpected. I had booked a balcony room, but unfortunately, I couldn’t use it because it was frequently dirty due to the ongoing repairs, with water and debris falling outside. The housekeeping staff cleaned it every day, but it became dirty again soon after. This was a minor inconvenience for me since the overall experience, location, and excellent staff service more than made up for it — and I simply chose not to use the balcony. Overall, this is a comfortable hotel in a great location with wonderful staff, and I would still recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We were only there overnight. The hotel was easy to get to, was close to the beach and was within walking distance of the Dragon Bridge and the night (food) market. There were several nearby restaurants. The hotel staff was pleasant and helped us to get a taxi in the morning.

The breakfast did not start until 0630 and we had to leave at 0700 so we were a little rushed. In comparison to other hotels the breakfast buffet was very basic. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the food, but choices were limited. This may have been because we were there when it first opened

We arrived at the reception earlier than the agreed-upon check-in time, and we were prepared to leave our luggage at the reception, pending a check-in later that day, because we wanted to complete our Ba Na Hills visit on that same day, after our noon arrival with Vietjet from SGN. Yet we were pleasantly surprised with the immediate assignment of a Suite on the 15th top floor---#1501---with beautiful views towards Da Nang Beach which is just about a 400 m walk away from the hotel. The reception staff was extremely friendly and helpful, as they even booked our train tickets for the Hue visit, scheduled for the following day. We are expressing our extreme gratitude, including to reception staff members Cara, Ellie, and Bryan. I should also mention that the breakfast buffet served at this boutique hotel was the most complete buffet breakfast of our Vietnam hotels so far. We love the city of Da Nang with its world famous My Khe Beach, and appreciate the more laid- back attitude of the people there, when compared to the hectic hustle and bustle of HCMC. Assistence was also given to us when selecting specialty stores in the city center of Da Nang, and programming that taxi call through the grab app, for the installation of which we brought a separate mobile phone with a 4G SIM card of a local mobile service provider.

I cannot think of any counter points of critique, as we were extremely pleased with the overall service package.

Friendly hotel staffs - Sunny, Bryan & Cara. Helpful, good location - walkable to My Khe beach. Variety to choose from for breakfast at L14. You can also walk to Bep Cuon, Cua Ngo cafe and Moc Quan seafood restaurant. Winmart is around the corner. Sleep is ok. Big room and bathroom. Nice view of the city and the sea from 8th floor. There is an indoor swimming pool called 4 seasons at L2. There is a lift til basement if you have luggage with you but need to be permitted by the hotel reception.

Thin walls, lack of pillows per bed, steep stairs to the hotel lobby.

Our stay in Da Nang was truly an amazing experience. We visited as a couple on our honeymoon, and the hotel thoughtfully prepared a special welcome for us. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with excellent facilities, including a beautiful city view and a large bathtub. The staff were exceptionally kind, friendly, and demonstrated outstanding hospitality. They remembered every detail about us, which we greatly appreciated. Big thanks for Mr.Bryan, Ms. Jammie and Ms. Ellie We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and look forward to returning in the near future.

We stayed in the Suite with Balcony on level 15. Loved the bath tub and the balcony which had magnificent views of both city and ocean. The LCD lighting around the tv was a bonus adding extra ambience to the room. Breakfast buffet was good however variety was limited. It was enough though offering both basic Asian and continental selections including freshly cooked eggs. Great location, just a stone throw away from beach.

Due to the design of the bathroom and size of tub with no shower screen, water goes everywhere while showering. The blinds as a result of this has rusted and mould also visible on ceiling above the tub. One side of AC ventilation was also not working and hotel staff offered quickly to have technician out. The other vent together with fixed ceiling fan was enough to keep cool. These were small items and was not a big deal given the rest of the experience was so amazing.

The staff were phenomenal. From the moment I stepped foot into the hotel, I was made to feel welcomed and very much seen. I was very spoiled by Sun, Ellie and Jeannie who never failed to check in with me, ask me how things were or help me figure things out. They were also very accomodating. It also didn't hurt that the hotel had a clean spa downstairs. The best foot massage I had of the trip was done in house. The hotel was a massive bang for buck - it came with lots of bottled water, a delicious breakfast and decent wifi.

The hotel is not the newest, clearly many renovations were made but I think it looked newer in the photo. It was such a small thing though, as that was quickly eclipsed by comfortable furniture and incredible service.

Had a very pleasant stay at White Sand Hotel. The room was cozy, clean, and well-maintained. The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to My Khe Beach and within walking distance to the Cầu Rồng. A big shoutout to the staff — especially Cường, Nhanh, and Lệ, for their exceptional service. They went out of their way to assist us during our stay, from helping us plan a one-day trip to keeping us well informed throughout and even offered to take care of my bag, which had arrived a day earlier, so I didn’t have to worry about it. The other staff is nice and helpful as well including the staff at the breakfast buffet to our hotel driver - Dũng. Their support truly made our visit smoother and more memorable. Would happily recommend this place to others.
