Hotel was very chill. Near the beach. The staff were spectacular. Big round of applause to Huy who was so helpful and kind. He gave really wonderful restaurant recommendations and was up for a chat. I learned so much about the area of Da Nang and hue where he is from and all the delish food in this region. Huy is a credit to Dana Marina. He deserves a raise. The bath was super clean and good to relax after long adventure days. Great stay.

Limited choice for breakfast, but I think it commensurate with the price we paid for the room. Don't expect much for breakfast.

It's a perfect place for resting and going to the beach. The beach is literally meters away. They offer a buffet breakfast (sometimes it may be included or not, depending on your booking; but, if it's not included, you can pay at the 2nd floor and eat there). Our room had a fridge and a kettle so you can buy your own food. The aircon worked very well. It was very clean and they came to organize our room every morning. They allow late check-ins! Our flight was delayed and we ended up arriving after 1:30 AM to the hotel, but one kind man was working the desk even at that time. He was very nice and did our check-in with no problems!

Nothing! Just a PSA, the 2 small water bottles on the fridge aren't free. We weren't aware of this, so we drank them, and when we did check-out, they charged us for them. But it was a miscommunication when we checked in, so it's understandable.

While the hotel has some appealing features, there are a few areas that could be improved. The pool area lacks any sunshade, which makes it uncomfortable to relax there during hotter parts of the day. The breakfast options are heavily tailored toward Asian tastes, so Western guests might find the selection quite limited. Additionally, the windows in the room were noticeably dirty both inside and out, which affected the overall impression of cleanliness and the view. A bit more attention to these details would really enhance the guest experience.

- Location - Friendly staff - Clean, spacious and luxurious room with huge windows and a great view - Big bathtub and no worries, there are window blinds - Comfortable bed - Towels smell good after after usage and not misty like in some other hotels - Internet was very fast

- The Breakfast was a big disappointment for a 4-star hotel. Buffet doesnt look like the picture on booking and was maybe just half full. Coffee is disgusting. The service was horrible - something was constantly missing (e.g. glasses, spoons, bread, water etc). After the first two days we had breakfast at the Sense Coffee & Craft Beer - We could sense some unpleasant smell from the canal in the bathroom - There were some minor things that need to be repaired or replaced (e.g. some of the furnitures, the bum gun etc..) - “Fitness” consists of only 3 pieces of equipment

The location of Dana Marina was perfect as it was only a 2 minute walk to My Khe beach on the main road and a 15 minute walk to the Dragon Bridge in the opposite direction. The spacious room had floor to ceiling windows which offered great views of the beach and city, while the bathroom was proportionately large and had a tub. The rooftop pool was also large, though I never used it because the beach was so close. The hotel offers a breakfast buffet for a price but I did not eat there and complimentary Wi-Fi was easily accessed from the room.

I was upgraded a got a room with an great view from the 12th floor. They moved my rented motor cycle into he garage at night and pulled it out when I need it in the morning. Room was nicely decorated. Breakfast choices varied depending on number of guest in the hotel but always consistent with good pho, egg and fruit and pastries.

Pool seemed ignored. No furniture were put out. Glass railing dirty. Work out area somewhat a idea but not executed. Tread mill not functional. Close to the beach. Room very quiet.

Rooms. Nicely design. Just like the photo One wall of room all glass with view of sea and city. Rooms very quiet Nice ensuite bath with tub. Nice breakfast staff. Off season and not many people in the dining room. But felt very welcome. Location central but not in the middle of anyone neighborhood. Actually good Hotel staff would move your motor in the garage at night. Access to swimming pool late at night felt very personal. Daily housekeeping staff do an excellent job making the room very nice to return to every day

Internet drop periodically Pool and workout needs attention. But did enjoy the pool. Problem with the outlet either not being able to plug chargers in or plug pushing chargers out Not a fan of the large window bathroom into the bedroom. Felt inappropriate. Roll down shade worked to make it feel ok.
