Excellent for gluten free food. Staff were very professional and helpful. Breakfast at the premier lounge was excellent as was the afternoon tea. Great cocktails and food in the 360° restaurant on an evening. Big thank you to supervisor Then and reception lady, Phuong, who went above and beyond during our stay.

Breakfast was good, it had a wide variety and was above average. The location was very good, walking distance to the beach and many massage places within 1min of the hotel, there's also a convenience store beside. The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly.

For the price paid, there wasn't anything in particular that I would complain about.

Everything was perfect! Our Junior Deluxe Suite was spotlessly clean, well appointed, services daily and views of the sea. I got sick a couple of days in (tummy upset - eating away from the hotel, was just bad luck) the staff of the Sala Danang fussed over me, sending special tea with ginger to our room, making me toasted cheese sandwiches which was all I could stomach for a day. The oldest son flew in from Shanghai to meet up for his birthday and the staff heard and set up a special dinner table on the rooftop for a celebration dinner. We were greeted at their magnificent buffet breakfast each morning by name - this is a big hotel for hundreds of guests and they make everyone feel so welcome. The selection covered every possible taste and cultural desires, with eggs and pho cooked to order as well. We booked an extra night before having to head south basically because we just didn't want to leave. There were hugs when we left with vows to return. When I booked this hotel through Booking.com I noticed it has a high rating of 9.3. We stayed for 5 nights and the experience was really beyond the ordinary. We enjoyed every moment of our stay from check-in, dining, spa, high-tea, breakfast, pool and check-out. My wife and I have been traveling all over Asia, Europe and America since my retirement in 2017 and I would rate Sala Danang Beach Hotel at the very top of the list of hotels we stayed at so far. The receptionist, Ms. Huyen who received us was very courteous, pleasant and friendly. She patiently explained to us all the services and facilitates available to us. We were very happy with the room on the 17th Floor which has a great view of both the beach and city. It was spacious, clean, comfortable and safe. The location of the hotel is very strategic, within walking distance to the beach front and the many seafood restaurants. We also tried their special spa package with included full body massage,suana and jacuzzi as well as high-tea for 2 pax. Mr. Tu, the manager was very friendly and helpful in arranging our special spa package and my masseur, Ms. Phuong was excellent. The spa package was definitely value for money. Our room comes with a daily breakfast, which was fantastic with a wide range of choices of local and international cuisines. The F&B Team at the breakfast restaurant on the 3rd Floor, led by Mr. Khoa was awesome. We never have such a wonderful breakfast experience throughout our many travels all over the world. Ms. Nhan, Mr. Duong, Mr. Quoc Anh and the many others made us feel very special even though we are just ordinary guests. The Customer Relations Team led by Ms. Tram was also fantastic. She was very courteous, pleasant and helpful to ensure we are comfortable with our stay. She personally ensures her team members are well-trained to handle a wide variety of customers' needs.

What a treat of a hotel! We broke up our 3 week trip around Vietnam, staying mostly in homestays, with the Sala. We had a 'family suite with panoramic view' - please be aware the family rooms are all on levels 6, 7 and 8, so you will not be on a high floor. The views are still lovely, but not as epic as they are from the higher floors. Rooms and bathrooms super clean and beds SUPER COMFY!!! Fabulous rooftop pool with epic views, fabulous breakfast, fabulous free afternoon tea between 2 & 4pm and fabulous staff! It's a 2 min walk to the beach with restaurants, bars, clubs, shops just outside the door. We hired a local guide to do the Hai Van Pass, Marble Mountains and Ba Na Hills. TOP TIP - go to Cua Ngo for THE BEST coconut coffee!!! Totally addicted and miss it dreadfully!!! Recommend eating at Emo's and getting laundry done across the road from the hotel. Thank you Sala for a fabulous stay!

We stayed at this property for 7 nights and 8 days and we loved everything about it. From the moment we checked-in. We want to say special thanks to MY for welcoming us with a big smile and also to Huyen for always being there giving us some tips about the city. The room was clean and comfortable. We loved the jaoanese style toilet, the big cozy bed and the beautiful sea view. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants and shops. The staff were all friendly and helpful. From the doorman Mr. Dong who is always ready to help with a big smile. And of course, the breakfast was good with nice options every morning. Shout out to all the staff who made our stay a memorable one and for preparing my wife's birthday cake. Thank you so much. It was worth every penny. A great place to relax and we truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!

Nothing about the hotel. It was the rainy and stormy weather, which made us miss a few of our planned and booked activities. But the hotel itself made our trip just a relaxing one. Maybe someday, we will come back again in better weather.

This hotel is so amazing that it feels like it’s a 5⭐️hotel! They upgraded my room. 🤗From the beginning all the staff was amazing, especially Mr.Bao. He is an additional vakue to this beautiful hotel. Once again, I’d like to thank him from bottom of my heart. Everyone is doing great job with a smile on their face. They serve real cafe latte & capuccino, smoothies etc at the breakfast. They have large variety of pastries including focaccia ! Everything is delicious. The hotel is spotlessly clean and they don’t hesitate to keep A/C on at public places. Also I love decoration of the hotel! Housekeeping is amazing too, they do great job. And they always replace all the toiletries like cotton buds, shampoo shower cap etc. They even made me a surprise by decorating my bed with rose petals 😍🥰 You must workout at the gym. It’s spectacular. On the other hand, bed is very comfortable and curtains black out the sun completely. No noise from other rooms during my stay. They helped me in the best way whenever I needed help. I felt welcomed as soon as I entered the the hotel and I felt the same way until I leave! The location was great, 5 min walk to the beach,seafood,pizza & steak restaurants and cafes. Next door a laundry to get your clothes washed, across the road mini market for supplies, coffee shops and massage places everywhere. Rooftop pool had awesome views, breakfast buffet had good choice of Asian and Western foods.

The beds were too firm, the furniture is very dated and worn, we had an ocean view room with great views of the beach but the balcony was so narrow it was only used to dry our swimwear. We only had one side of the wardrobe to hang clothes the other side had a missing clothes rod to hang clothes. Shower over bathtub could be an issue for older people.

This was our third stay at Sala Danang Beach Hotel, and we keep coming back for the consistently excellent service. The rooms are always clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet is delicious with a wide variety to choose from. We love the hotel’s convenient location—just steps from the beach and close to great restaurants and shops. The rooftop pool is a definite highlight, offering stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere. A special thank you to restaurant supervisor Them, who recognized us from previous visits and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well cared for. Highly recommended!

Stayed in a 2 bedroom panoramic apt which had plenty of room for our family of 4. Great views of the beach & coastline. Rooms were clean with comfortable huge beds. The rooftop pool was stunning with amazing views & we never had a problem getting a lounge. The beach across the road was clean & lots of restaurants nearby. Buffet breakfast was delicious with lots of options.

Not a fault of the hotel but it was a little noisy over a couple of nights due to a big concert being held on the beachfront. The beachfront has a lot of activity starting from about 5am & some of that noise could be heard in the room (level 6). But overall nothing major to complain about & part of staying in the city/beach area that never seems to sleep!
