Lovely Boutique Style Hotel, as most hotels in Da Nang are high rise, which I am not fussed on. Breakfast was Ok, would not rave about it. Tea was always cold. Swimming pool was nice. Good location, 2 mins walk to beach, restaurants around hotel and 10 mins walk into main hub so was nice a quite at night. Staff very nice and helpful.

Swimming pool was nice but in the shade a lot of the time and they also have a policy where pool is closed between 12 noon and 2pm so you cannot use pool as apparently that is when guests relax, not sure why you could not relax around the pool.

We loved the location, so close to the beach but also quiet. The hotel seemed welcoming and low key compared to some of the giant hotels being built nearby, it felt cosy and friendly. The photos on the website don't do it justice, it was much nicer in real life. Breakfast was excellent and the pool was lovely. The spa was cheap and easy to book.

The family room was quite small for a family of four. The front desk staff often made mistakes on pricing, charging and we had to keep going back to re-do payments as they corrected them.

Had a pool access room which was fantastic. The pool really is as beautiful as it looks in the pictures. Staff were really efficient and friendly. Location is great as 5 minutes walk to My Khe beach but not on the busy road in front of beach. Breakfast was tasty and varied.

Being handed a list of rules and charges as soon as you are checking in - doesn't feel very welcoming. Lack of food options except for breakfast time. Only pizza or pasta. Would be nice to be able to stay in hotel all day including lunch or dinner.

Everything was pretty good: front desk helpful and personable, good service throughout, clean, quiet, swimming pool good size and clean, breakfast quite adequate and well laid out, location in the city very good.

The only negative was that the location of the hotel was down a very narrow ally quite far from the main road. It was raining when we arrived and our large van was unable to drive down the ally, which necessitated carrying our luggage in the rain to the hotel entrance. When we moved on to our next city our smaller vehicle was able to get to the hotel's front entrance.

Everything is clean and in good shape. Very nice swimming pool. The courtyard is really beautiful. Close to the beach. Quiet neighborhood. Decent restaurants in the area. Very helpful staff. They gave me advice on where to go, and booked everything for me. My room faced the inner courtyard, so I could enjoy perfect silence at night. The A/C is remarkably quiet. 2pm check in, noon check out: very convenient. Decent breakfast with good (strong!) coffee.

The bar/restaurant seems like an afterthought. The manager even seemed surprised that I would have lunch there. The minibar was just two bottles of water in an otherwise empty fridge. On that subject, the complimentary bottles of water are too small. The music in the restaurant and pool area is a 1 hour loop of low-quality instrumental covers of famous songs. Gets old real fast.

This lovely little hotel was so comfortable and welcoming that we were sad to have to leave. The staff were outstanding; they helped us with everything from arranging a car to pick up and drop us off at the airport to helping us book a boat cruise on the river. The location is perfect -so close to the beach with numerous convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The buffet breakfast each morning was delicious.

Smaller boutique hotel. Staff were very friendly. We took a pool view room which was a good size and very quiet being down the back of the hotel.

Found breakfast area very congested with hotel being at capacity. Possibly move tea/coffee to a location away from toaster as everyone trying to stand in one corner. On that note, food was lovely and fresh with a good variety

Incredible hotel and so great staff! Everybody was so kind and always with a smile. We spent 10 days with my family and had a room with pool access. The only bad thing was the cold weather in january in Da nang so never go there in january or february if you want to enjoy hot days. The location was superb, very close to shops and dining places. Overall excellent hotel!

Very good location near the beach and close to a few good restaurantants. Dragon Bridge is about 2km. Very nice hotel, lovely pool and courtyard. Nice breakfast (we even got extra mango) Friendly and helpful staff regularly checking up on you. Room was comfortable, even with the extra bed (they set us up with a couch iso chairs as we were travelling with 2 kids so they each had a bed).

A few remarks more on a personal base: guests above us were moving furniture every night which was a bit of a nuisance when we were trying to sleep. Beds were quite hard but that's personal preference.The only thing worth reviewing for the hotel would be the wet floor & elevator. People tend to go to their rooms all wet from the pool and it makes the floor very slippery. Also the pictures on booking for the deluxe double room apparently show the honeymoonsuite so that was rather confusing as we thought we had booked that room which wasnot the case.

I love everything about this hotel, from the moment of checkin. Literally the hotel is very clean and comfy from head to toe ( rooms, pool, dining areas, lobby , etc.). The breakfast was amazing and change of selection for the hot entrees and noodle bar was a great treat. The chefs who made the fresh eggs selection was top notch 👍🏼.
