Everything was good.

They request a deposit in cash 25$, which is not stated on the booking. You can’t take the pancake you couldn’t eat at the breakfast to your room, they’d rather throw it than let you take.

Very good location, spacey rooms, good breakfast. I appreciate shampoo and bath gel dispensers instead of small plastic bottles.

Despite the green sign in the bathroom and declaration that towels left on hangers will not be changed, my towels were changed every day. The staff is nice but their command of English needs improvement. The X bar on the top floor is not welcoming, for sure not for a woman traveller. The hotel lacks a proper rooftop bar.

Every thing. But most of all the staff - they were amazing, made my whole family especially the kids feel so welcome -

The fridge in the room was not cold enough for Australian beer drinkers haha, but the staff were quick to solve this first world problem with an ice bucket when ever I wanted it. The tv system was a bit annoying but I didn’t go there too watch TV so again it was not a big issue.

Excellent location with walking distance to restaurants and of course the beach . Rooms were very well appointed , comfortable and clean . Front office staff very efficient, courteous and helpful . Will definitely return . Offers great value too. .

Sadly no Netflix , ( smart TVs ) and very very limited English TV . Tv all running on streaming and buffered more often than not . pool is super nice but no service . Have to get up and order .

The room was spacious, nice view of the beach and clean. They made us a nice display on the bed for our anniversary. Good location across from the beach.

The lobby and the elevator were very hot all the time. The breakfast room was narrow and so packed full of people you could barely move. Not much food to cater to vegetarian and vegan options. Plenty for other people. It was a clean comfortable stay but nothing exceptional like the other places we have stayed in Vietnam.

Good location, had a great view of the sea from the 6th floor. Staff were friendly and very good service. Breakfast buffet had plenty of choice.

Very disappointed with the very expensive sky bar which you could not see the sky and were unable to seat in the seats near the window. This bar needs renaming. Crossing the road to walk on the beach and to the restaurants, not a pleasant or safe experience. If Da Nanag is planning to encourage tourism they will need to improve this.

Room was beautiful with a wonderful view of the sea. Breakfast was good with many choices. Location was great with many restaurants nearby. Watching the sunrise at the beach at 5.15 am was priceless. Beach was clean and the crowd is amazing, both at sunrise and sunset.

Had to cross a road to reach the beach. Traffic can be heavy at peak hours. Lobby was hot and not comfortable. Check in was delayed and I had to endure the heat inside the stuffy lobby.

Great hotel on the beach road at the start of the town center. Check in easy and quick . we had a town view room which was fine, large and spacious with a nice sitting area. The room was clean and service daily always had water provided. Restaurant for breakfast was very good with western and Vietnamese options available. Evening quieter but the food choice again is good and very reasonable. The beach opposite the hotel is clean and with plenty of space. For us the big benefit was the hotel pool private and plenty of place to sit. We used the hotel transfer to Danang airport ,very convenient and dropped us off at the domestic terminal for our flight to Hanoi. Staff were very helpful and a credit to the hotel. I would stay again on a repeat trip.

Disappointed that the Sky lounge bar on the top floor was closed at the time of my visit . This maybe due to just reopening after covid.

Fantastic 4 x night stay at Grand Tourane. Staff are amazing - friendly,helpful and so polite Breakfast included in the price was absolutely beautiful Bed was large and accommodated in a very well appointed large room Swimming pool and gyn by are great with pool /beach towels available on request This hotel is an excellent value for money hotel and I highly recommend
