Rooms were clean and well appointed. Surroundings are well kept and quite pretty. Staff were amazing. Always had umbrella ready when it was raining. Breakfast has a lot of options and it changes every day. Coffee sucks as you'd expect, so just go to Heart (see below) for coffee on way the breakfast. Very Asian cuisine as you would also expect but there is eggs as you want them, bacon and toast for Western, plus cereal, fruit and yoghurt. Multiple convenience stores, spas and coffee shops in street, 150m to the beach. We like the location (and Sum Spa across the road for massage, Mango Spa for foot scrubs, Heart next door for morning coffee, Mui's coffee shop across the road for the Vietnamese coffee experience later in the day).

Pool only good for 30 second dip in rainy season as doesn't get any sun and is not heated; damn cold. Also pool shut during the middle of the day; is a little odd. Only not giving 10 because of the pool, everything else was great.

Everything!! I was here in 2023 and I came back in 2025 because in this hotel I feel at home. Excellent service, very nice and attentive. Installations are very good, very nice swimming pool. Location is great, one block from the beach, neighborhood very nice, with stores, restaurants, spa’s street food, and at walking distance from great restaurants.

Good size room and very functional. It was peaceful and quiet. The pool was cool and refreshing. The staff was very kind and caring. Mr. Quan the doorman was always very helpful and helped us with parking. Great location with many coffee shops, restaurants and mini marts close by. Short walk to beach.

Breakfast had many asian selections but not enough western foods. No fried rice or steamed rice. Had bread but need some pastries, sweet cakes, pancake and waffles. Bed was too hard for me.

Lovely breakfast with many options. Loved the fresh fruit. Pool and sauna were awesome. Location of the hotel is convenient. Close to the beach and restaurants. Staff was absolutely delightful. Nice spas close by.

Considering we hit a patch of bad weather in Da Nang, the hotel was the best place to spend a few rainy days. Nothing we didn't like.

The location was ideal for a good family vacation. The hotel is situated 20 mins from the airport and the my the beach was just around the corner. The buffet breakfast was good and plenty and had variety. We tried the food in their restaurant, it was way better than many other food joints around the hotel. The hotel staff were friendly and were excellent in their service. We had a good holiday thanks to the amazing staff - Yen, Binh, Huong, Na, Ha, Manh and Quoo. They arranged for a nice surprise cake to celebrate our child's birthday - a lovely gesture.

The rooms were smaller than anticipated. The restaurant is not open in the evenings for dining considering we had kids and going around searching for a dining was sometimes difficult.

Convenient location, clean room, friendly staff and good value for money.

Room was a good size, decor in hotel was really nice and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and catered to all tastes. Good location walkable to lots of eateries and beach. Laundry very close.

The shower head was fixed so couldn’t be adjusted and the lighting in the bathroom was bad. Buffet food was always cold.

Chi House is very nice, the swimming pool is great! The rooms are very comfortable, nice and modern. The shower is great for everyone including those with mobility issues. The personnel is incredibly nice and kind, very professional, they make you feel at home. Restaurant food and service is great. Among others I got the names of some of the great staff: Kevin, Hà, In restaurant: Hera FBM, NiNa FB,Duong FB, Duyen FB, Duyen FB, Duc Chef Sorry I miss other names, but all of them are really great!! Location of the hotel is also great! One block from a very nice beach, and in the same street you have a minimart, some restaurants, a very nice massage salon, and very friendly neighbors I stayed one week and didn’t want to leave. I will definitely comeback to DaNang and this great hotel! One last comment: The excellent service means they have a very good management.

Nothing wrong. Everything is great

It was perfect for the end of our trip. We got a two bedroom two bath. Clean. Modern. Good working ACs. Great buffet breakfast. Great location. Only 10 to 15 min ride to airport. Nice pool.

Not enough seating at buffet breakfast, but it was really busy. Guests were using the safety flotation devices inappropriately and staff didn’t seem to be aware or care. It wasn’t a problem for me or my kids, but god forbid in an emergency there may not have been one available since guests were floating around with them for fun. Otherwise, no complaints really about the facility really.

Stayed 1 night only. hotel is at a convenient location,200m from the beach,value for money. Receptionist called a car and send us to airport for free at checkout,very. surprised by this nice gesture. Left the hotel with a very good impression.

our room faced a pickleball court and someone started pickleball lesson at 5am.
