I have had the opportunity to stay at the hotel for nearly two months, and I am truly impressed with the quality of service I received, especially from the front desk and housekeeping staff. The front desk staff is always cheerful, friendly, and ready to assist me with any requests, from a quick check-in to providing useful information about local attractions. They consistently make me feel welcomed and comfortable, as if I were at home. Additionally, the housekeeping team works very professionally. My room is always kept clean and tidy, with attention to every little detail. They ensure that I have a comfortable space to relax after long days. I am very grateful for the dedication and professionalism of both departments, and I will definitely return to the hotel in the future!

The hotel has a perfect location, just a few minutes from the beachfront of the famous Danang coastline! The hotel has two nice communal areas by the front desk where you can relax away from your room. There is also a lovely swinging seat on the ground level. There are 2 lifts that take guests from basement to level 16. There is a restaurant that serves breakfast every morning for 60K, I didn't try this so cannot comment on what it is like. There is a nice gym on level 18, with mirrors, a treadmill, bike, chest press and free weights. There is also a shower/toilet room which is great 👍 The rooftop infinity pool may be small, but it is very clean water, good to swim in, and has beautiful lighting at dusk. There are pool towels to use, 3 sunlongers and 2 chairs. My room didnt have a window, but you get a great nights sleep as it is quiet and dark. The room was a good size with everything you need. The hot water is available any time of day and the shower is powerful and great! The beds are comfy and linen is soft and fresh. What makes this hotel superb is that all the staff are welcoming, friendly, always smiling, and will answer any question you have. They can arrange trips and transfers too. Definitely see why this hotel has rating it has !

I’ve stayed here for quite a long time and honestly, it’s been a really comfortable experience. What stood out to me wasn’t just the room or the design (which are all perfectly fine), but the way the staff – especially the front desk – treat their guests. Always welcoming, quick to help, and easy to talk to, yet still professional. The longer I stayed, the more I appreciated the consistency in their service – it never slipped. That kind of attentiveness and warmth made me feel more like I was staying somewhere familiar, not just a hotel

Wifi is not good

The hotel’s swimming pool is truly a highlight. The water is clear and clean, and there is a very comfortable sunbathing area. I spent a lot of time here, relaxing and enjoying the fresh air. One of the things that impressed me the most was the friendliness and enthusiasm of the front desk staff. They were always ready to assist and advise me on sightseeing spots as well as the services offered at the hotel. Their attentive service and cheerful smiles made my vacation even more special. My trip to Da Nang was the most enjoyable part of my return to Vietnam

The room was very clean and the bed very comfy: we really appreciated that! Good restaurants nearby. Friendly front desk staff. We checked in in the evening because we took a day trip and that was not a problem.

The housekeeping ladies started making a lot of noise at 8 am. If you’re a light sleeper, this hotel is not for you because you can easily hear the traffic noise from outside. There is no one to help you out with the luggages over the steps at the entrance. One night we needed the garage door to be open in order to park our scooter, but the doorman didn’t want to wake up from his sleep in order to do it. He waved at us not to disturb him, sleeping like a baby in the main lobby. Luckily, the guy at the reception helped us.

Big clean room very comfortable bed

The suite with sea view was very different to what was pictured. The advert showed big beautiful windows, in reality all we got was a tiny window in a corner where if you looked at an angle close by you could just about see the ocean. Nothing like the pictures. They also allowed guests to play really loud music and drink glass bottles of alcohol everywhere by the pool, it was so unpleasant and wrecked the pool for us

Great location only 1 minute walk to the beach. The hotel is good quality 4 star hotel and the room matches what I experience back home in Australia but for only $30/night cheaper than the western prices of $150/night. The bed mattress is comfortable and the linen and towels are good quality. Small partial views of the beach and city from the windows.

Only minor issue which is nothing the hotel can do about is the construction noise nearby as there are new buildings being developed but that only happens during the daylight hours and is quiet at night. Just bring some ear plugs to help you sleep in any case.

A huge part of that is thanks to the amazing front desk team — Chelsea, Selina, Linh, and Jessi. From the very first moment I arrived, they greeted me with warm smiles, genuine kindness, and a level of hospitality that went far beyond expectations. Every single one of them was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive. Whether it was answering my endless questions, helping with directions or recommendations, or simply asking how my day was going, they always did it with such warmth and sincerity. What stood out to me the most was how consistent they were — no matter what time of day, they were always cheerful, approachable, and ready to help. Their energy and positivity made me feel not just like a guest, but like a welcomed friend. Their professionalism is matched by their genuine care for guests, and it’s clear that they love what they do. In a world where good service is becoming rare, Chelsea, Selina, Linh, and Jessi truly shine. They are the heart of Hotel Delicat, and they made my stay unforgettable. Great stay at Delicate Hotel - location is great, close to the beach and some great restaurants around. Manned parking so we could leave out motorbike overnight. Extended the stay with one night without issues. Staff was very helpful. The room was clean, spacious and was tidied up every day. Free bottled water, tea and coffee packets were provided.

The hotel is not exactly at the beachfront - it's kind of on the side of the beach. We booked a "sea view" room - "sea view" in this case was a bit of a stretch as the direct view was that of a building site. You have to look at an angle through the window to see the beach. This will eventually be lost when the build the next tower hotel. Overall, not a massive problem, just heads up.

Rooms were clean, ac works, staff are very friendly and helpful Good shower pressure. Soft bed All blackout room if you turn off the shower light. Very quiet room (little less the second night/neighbours room)

Tv quality isn't good for your eyes. I'm thinking it's some sort of digital box. The pixel viewing is like 240px. So you can't really watch without hurting your eyes, but you can listen. The washroom door does not really close. You have to really push it to have it close. The shower door will let water run all the way to the toilet. Warm water more than any hot water.
