We had a family room at K House which was light and spacious. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the buffet was surprisingly good for a small hotel, and comparable to a breakfast we had at a 5 start hotel. The location was good, within easy walking distance to the shops and beach. The staff were as ever helpful and welcoming. We particularly enjoyed the plants and greenery around the pool and as you enter the property. It seems the hotel is fairly recently opened, some of the wall boards in our room still had construction numbers on and the soft furnishings were sparse, for example, no pictures and basic couch with no cushions and the kitchen cupboards were nailed shut with no kitchenware, but we were quite happy with the space and the location.

We stayed here for one month. It has a perfect location for the family. 5 minutes walk to the not crowded part of the beach. We have a 10 minute walk to international restaurants. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Cleaning every day with free water delivery. We really enjoyed our stay with a beautiful pool and breakfasts.

There are 2 hotels nearby that are under construction right now that create some noise.

Apartment was one of the best apartments we have stayed in Vietnam. And we have moved around a few times all over. The plants and ferns as you enter give such a great vibe to the place and then we were greeted by by Savanna Trang who was very lovely and had a constant smile on her face, her english was great, she went out of her way to help us with everything for the 3 nights we stayed there. Apartment was cosy but spacious, very modern, AC worked very well, we had a garden view to look at. All amenities were fantastic. We even got some free drinks on check in and check out

Only small downsides were the construction workers outside that were constantly working and were quite noisy. Also the breakfast could of been a little more variety. But still was good!

A little green oasis amidst the chaos of Da Nang. Close to a good beach and Walking distance to My An beach. Lovely clean pool. Rooms are big, beds comfy and water pressure excellent. Good quiet Aircon. All round good 3 star smaller property.

Although the rooms are called apartments they are really just large rooms with a fridge and a few plates. Not an issue for those dining out! There is quite a bit of construction going on around the area. Can be a little noisy although with the door closed most of the noise is blocked out.

Summary: The whole relax vibe. I think this is what travelling should feel like. Arrival: We arrive in Da Nang with a looming typhoon coming. Everyone’s preparing for torrential rain and heavy wind, but hotel definitely made the stay calm and welcoming, with coffee and gorgeous interior, we didn’t really mind spending our time indoors. Staff: Despite some language barriers, all the staff were very friendly and all smiling and willing to help. This felt like home away from home. Room: Room was spotless and pretty. We stayed in the fifth floot with balcony and en suite toilet and bath. It was comfortable and relaxing. There’s a view of the sea but the constrution in front kinda ruins the view, so if this is important for you, then worth taking note. For us, it wasn’t really an issue. Others: There’s more good things to mention, but overall, it was such a great stay.

My wife and I stayed here for 9 nights and had an awesome stay. The location is great, very close to the beach and near lots of restaurants and cafés. The room was spacious and with a nice big balcony. Breakfast was great, often with lots of local treats to try. Above all we have to commend the staff, and especially Jasmine and Savannah. They are so friendly, genuine and helpful. They really made our stay feel special and also gave us heaps of great tips and help.

The hotel is located on the second line from the beach, which can be considered an advantage: the road separating the first line from the beach is completely inaudible. At the same time, there is convenient access to the beach near the hotel, as well as plenty of shops and massage parlors. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is polite and helpful. We really enjoyed interacting with the young people at the reception. A special thanks to the staff for congratulating my wife on her birthday. The breakfasts were excellent.

One small suggestion: it would be great to have clothes drying racks in the rooms or on the balconies. Beach vacations usually mean wet clothes that need drying! :)

Very pleased to have stayed in this hotel. It was clean and modern with everything worked as expected. It was one black away from the amazing beach and easy to walk around the 'beach town' where there are heaps of restaurants and places to get great massages. The main Da Nang city is a very cheap taxi ride away, and the hotel is also happy to arrange taxi transfers to Hoi An which is an absolute must-see (an easy 20-min drive away). Although I was expecting an "apartment" with a separate bedroom our bedsit (Apartment with partial Sea View) was quite roomy. The pool was also clean and a great place to chill out away from crowds, etc. The "continental breakfast" was fairly basic although it was actually offered cooked Vietnamese food along with eggs any way you want them cooked, every day. The staff were super helpful, flexible and friendly - especially Long, the young guy on the front desk :-) I would happily stay again.

K-House is in a great location, close to beach, coffee shops and restaurants. Savanna was extremely kind, always smiling and very helpful from the time we arrived until our departure, seven days later. She efficiently made travel arrangements and helped us with a Grab food delivery when we were hungry but most restaurants were closed on our first night. The breakfast was very good and different dishes each morning. The staff ensure your needs are met. Large rooms, beautiful garden plants and a pool makes your stay great!!

It’s a lovely little hotel one street back from the beach, where the water is so warm, just like a bath! The room was cleaned and towels replaced every day. Breakfast was served in the little dining room overlooking the small pool, and served a variety of hot and Cold dishes with juice and all the ingredients to make your own sua da coffee… yum! Eggs cooked to order, but be aware that the omelette might be a little underdone by western standards, but with the addition of salt and pepper were tasty and filling. Lovely staff, special mention of the lady on duty at breakfast time who always made sure I had my coffee.

It’s not the property, it’s great! Construction is going on just across the street at the moment so it could be a little noisy during the day.
