Excellent location minutes from the beach. The room was lovely and big. The bed was soo comfortable and a good size for two. Bathroom also a good size and great shower. Room was cleaned everyday with new towels. Staff were very helpful with booking a tour and laundry. They also had great communication via the booking app to let us know as soon as our room was ready as we arrived earlier than the checkin time.

Gym facilities and pool chairs were a little run down but good to have still

Location is very good, near the beach with nice restaurants around, hotel is clean, Dragon bridge is nearby, walking distance.

Behaviour of the people in the reception is not good, indifferent and shrewd, they charged me extra for the tour and when I questioned them, they refunded me back the extracharged amount after the tour Rest everything is good,place to stay in Danang at a reasonable price.

Location is perfect. Near the beach, restos, shops. Easy to hail a taxi. Towels are changed everyday. Free bottled water everyday, coffee, tea, sugar. Basics are provided - toiletries, towels, slippers. Front desk can help book tours and rides. Wifi seems ok and the A/C. The room is fixed everyday - trash, mapping, sweeping, towel change, supplies replenishment. Shower is fine, hot water is working both in the shower and the sink. you just have to wait a bit for it to get hot. water pressure is good.

I booked a room with 2 double beds but was given a room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. It's fine if the price was reduced but I still paid the price of the room with 2 double beds. Seems to me that I was given a downgrade. There's a bit of a smell in the bathroom. Not that clean. There isn't any rack inside the shower where you can put your soap, shampoo, etc. The kettle is rusty so I had to request for another but they gave me a plastic one so the boiled water tastes like plastic. Though the room is fixed everyday, not much cleaning was done. The cup, saucer and teaspoon I used are not washed. Toilet bowl was not cleaned so it tends to smell after several days of stay (stayed for 7 nights). Pillow is too thick and not soft. Bed has a certain smell too, not the clean smell of linen.

Some of the places we visited were stunning. The beach is kept very clean and you are not hassled by anybody unlike Patong beach in Phuket. The people of Vietnam are very friendly and helpful. A site to see is Dragon Bridge at 9pm on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday as the dragon breathes fir and water. But it is fully lit up every night with a constant change of colours.

Unfortunately the weather was not on our side we had 4 sunny days out of 10. So. That limited going exploring as it was strong northerly wind and the temp dropped to 20.

The location of the hotel is very close to the My Khe beach. Two minutes walk. A true royal hotel. Very clean and decent room. Breakfast was OK. Not much of choice. Overall our stay was very pleasant. The downside was there was only one young girl who was available at the hotel when we checked in at about 9PM. So bringing our luggage up the stairs to the reception was very difficult for us as being a elderly couple. There was no one to help us. I wish there is some one available at nights.

Coffee, breakfast was just what you need to start the day. Mother and daughter are both amazing, patient, helpful and resourceful. With no commission or personal gain. Other then just being good, genuinely nice people. The room was clean, the view was nice to wake up to. Even taking your shoes off before entering. Give it a personal touch, whilst still be a comfortable and clean, hotel stay. If you have any questions, problems or concerns. Don’t think about it. Ask them. You will not regret the service you get in any way It’s out of the noise via a short bridge and so close to walk to everything you need

I couldn’t stay for longer cause it’s popular

I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel - exceeded expectation. Staff, location, comfort and convenience - all wonderful.

Location is perfect. Ambiance is very nice. Roof top swimming pool have a great view. Dragon bridge is very near and we enjoyed fire show.

Room cleaning every day. English speaking recrptionist. Views. Hot water. Fast wifi. Very competrnt personal and very nice ptoperty.

Lobby does not have straight access to the street. I had to carry all my family luggage up and down pretty steep staircase. Bedsheets do not fit the mattress. They are almost the same size and most of the night you sleep on the bare mattress. Very sirious hygenic mistake of the managrment.

Room was adequate, bed comfortable, good bathroom. Had everything I needed. Close to restaurants and food, markets and beach.

Rooftop pool not very inviting, some paint work and maintenance on building would make it top notch. Paint peeling as you go up steps to pool and gym does not look inviting. There is a storage space between the too which is very messy. A few plants or pots would really make it nicer. The whole place could do with fresh paint. Otherwise very good for the price.
