This hotel is so nice! I loved that the pool was right in the middle . We enjoyed the pool from our room , so nice!! We had a full kitchen (didn't use it but great to have ), the room was a great size. Very comfortable bed with good pillows and very soft linens . We got our laundry done here and she returned it to us so fast , within the day. The ladies at the front desk were so kind and helpful. The neighborhood is really nice to walk in too. We found great spots with locals for coffee , good breakfast . So many things. Easy walk to the beach too. I can see why this place is always booked! It's really so cozy .

Nothing! This place has everything with the kindest staff.

I had another absolutely amazing stay at Mai's Boutique. The room was spacious, clean and had nice décor. The à la carte breakfast was delicious and freshly made! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure comfort – nothing was too much trouble. A big thank you for their warm hospitality and for the beautiful surprise birthday cake! The hotel's location was very good for sightseeing. I highly recommend it and will continue to stay here when in Da Nang.

Nothing to dislike.

Really nice hotel. So calming, nice interiors, comfortable bed, friendly staff. Cute note and gift on checkout.

Only negative was that when I went to pack up, the shelf where I had kept my suitcase was full of ants that got onto my belongings. I don't judge them too much for this though, it happens! Hopefully they can rectify the issue.

Staying at Minh House felt like staying with close friends or family on vacation. It’s a great place, with a beautiful hotel and wonderful staff. Special thanks to the hotel staff who maintain a kind and pleasant atmosphere, and are attentive to each client. Our stay here was truly wonderful, and we even extended it for two more days. Breakfast was different every day and incredibly tasty, filling, and varied. It was a delight to try authentic cuisine each day. We would have never believed that this was a three-star hotel because the attitude, care, and attention we received here exceeded what we’ve experienced in premium hotels! We will definitely return, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

Great location for us. We were only in Da Nang for one night and unfortunately it was very rainy so we weren’t able to do much but Mai’s Boutique was a good location for getting to and from restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The bed was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly. They offered to look after our friends bags who arrived in Da Nang with us but weren’t staying at the hotel, which was very kind!

The bathroom in our room had a transparent window so you could see each other when using the toilet 😂

Excellent hotel in a convenient location. Situated on a quiet side street for a peaceful night's sleep, yet still within walking distance of My Khe Beach and various restaurants and bars. Very easy and cheap to get a Grab Car to key locations and attractions, including Da Nang International Airport, Marble Mountains, Lady Budha and 30 minutes to Hoi An. The staff are exceptionally friendly, consistently providing outstanding service. My room was clean and spacious with direct pool access, which was a welcome relief during Da Nang's hot summer days. The breakfast was very good, with a selection from the à la carte menu. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would stay again.

Nothing to not like.

The staff was absolutely lovely, always helpful, kind, and smiling — we felt welcome from the very first moment. The hotel was very clean, with constant cleaning around the pool area, which was also well maintained. The rooms were clean and beautifully decorated, with a cozy and tasteful design. The hotel has a wonderful atmosphere, and we truly felt at home — it was a peaceful and relaxing stay. The breakfast was also delicious, with a great variety of fresh fruit — generous portions and really fresh. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we felt incredibly comfortable throughout our stay!

It’s modern and well designed, and small (less guests this less noise) The rooms are well laid out and cosy and clean. I like the huge wash basin top with large mirror. The staff are very friendly and helpful, ready to answer all our queries. I also like the small balcony that overlooks a swimming pool. The price is very reasonable for such a nice boutique style hotel.

The shower runs out of hot water pretty quickly and I had to finish washing hair in less than like warm water temperature. The hotel had 4 storey including ground floor but doesn’t have a life. However the staff was attentive to help us lug our big luggages when we checked in and checked out.

The staff were really nice. There was paid laundry service at 40vnd/kg (higher price than the ones outside at 20vnd/kg but i chose to pay for convenience)

Pool was freezing cold. The room was very dim when the curtains are closed. People could see into the room given the layout of the rooms. Having a room that was by the corridor means that you’ll have full glass panels with curtains - had to draw it for privacy. When you exit the room you can’t draw the curtains past the door as you need to close the door so the room is exposed. The bathroom door knob was broken and had to be fixed and the shampoo/body wash/conditioner pumps didn’t work well so they had to be opened to be used. I kept hearing insect sounds and one morning I saw a half dead cockroach on the floor- had problem sleeping after that.

Stayed here twice as it was really nice. Staff are great and the breakfast is good. Beds are super soft.

The pool is a bit public, not the best. The main thing is they are SO KEEN for you to rate them 10/10 it becomes quite annoying. We had this alot in Vietnam but this place were whatsapping me all week. It's a shame because the hotel and staff are both great - just calm down a bit and let people give honest ratings :)
