Staying at Minh House felt like staying with close friends or family on vacation. It’s a great place, with a beautiful hotel and wonderful staff. Special thanks to the hotel staff who maintain a kind and pleasant atmosphere, and are attentive to each client. Our stay here was truly wonderful, and we even extended it for two more days. Breakfast was different every day and incredibly tasty, filling, and varied. It was a delight to try authentic cuisine each day. We would have never believed that this was a three-star hotel because the attitude, care, and attention we received here exceeded what we’ve experienced in premium hotels! We will definitely return, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

Stayed here twice as it was really nice. Staff are great and the breakfast is good. Beds are super soft.

The pool is a bit public, not the best. The main thing is they are SO KEEN for you to rate them 10/10 it becomes quite annoying. We had this alot in Vietnam but this place were whatsapping me all week. It's a shame because the hotel and staff are both great - just calm down a bit and let people give honest ratings :)

The staff was absolutely lovely, always helpful, kind, and smiling — we felt welcome from the very first moment. The hotel was very clean, with constant cleaning around the pool area, which was also well maintained. The rooms were clean and beautifully decorated, with a cozy and tasteful design. The hotel has a wonderful atmosphere, and we truly felt at home — it was a peaceful and relaxing stay. The breakfast was also delicious, with a great variety of fresh fruit — generous portions and really fresh. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we felt incredibly comfortable throughout our stay!

It’s modern and well designed, and small (less guests this less noise) The rooms are well laid out and cosy and clean. I like the huge wash basin top with large mirror. The staff are very friendly and helpful, ready to answer all our queries. I also like the small balcony that overlooks a swimming pool. The price is very reasonable for such a nice boutique style hotel.

The shower runs out of hot water pretty quickly and I had to finish washing hair in less than like warm water temperature. The hotel had 4 storey including ground floor but doesn’t have a life. However the staff was attentive to help us lug our big luggages when we checked in and checked out.

The staff were really nice. There was paid laundry service at 40vnd/kg (higher price than the ones outside at 20vnd/kg but i chose to pay for convenience)

Pool was freezing cold. The room was very dim when the curtains are closed. People could see into the room given the layout of the rooms. Having a room that was by the corridor means that you’ll have full glass panels with curtains - had to draw it for privacy. When you exit the room you can’t draw the curtains past the door as you need to close the door so the room is exposed. The bathroom door knob was broken and had to be fixed and the shampoo/body wash/conditioner pumps didn’t work well so they had to be opened to be used. I kept hearing insect sounds and one morning I saw a half dead cockroach on the floor- had problem sleeping after that.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Mai's Boutique in Da Nang! As soon as I arrived, I was immediately struck by the serene and peaceful atmosphere that made me feel completely at ease. The entire space exuded calm and charm, with thoughtful design details that created a cozy, welcoming vibe. The beds were incredibly comfortable, providing the perfect rest after a day of exploring the city. One of the highlights was the breakfast—it was incredibly fresh and delicious! The staff were also super polite and warm, always making sure I felt welcome and well taken care of. I highly recommend Mai's Boutique for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with fantastic food, super comfortable beds, and a warm, inviting atmosphere!

The people working at the hotel couldn't be nicer, always friendly and attentive. The rooms were decorated with a modern touch, comfy beds, and with everything you need at a hotel. The pool was nice, and the breakfast was very good. Location was superb, close to the beach. Totally recommendable if you're spending a few days in Da Nang. ;)

The hotel was beautiful and clean. It was convenient to get to and we could easily walk to nearby attractions or hail Grabs when needed. The staff were lovely and friendly - they were accomodating and helpful (e.g. helping us to book restaurants, carrying our luggage up and down the stairs). Breakfast provided was home-cooked and we enjoyed it! The room we were in was so spacious and well-organised!

It would be helpful to note beforehand that the hotel only has stairs and no lifts- so be prepared to climb up and down the stairs! We found that the room had limited power points, especially in the kitchen area (e.g. to plug the kettle into). The water heating was also slightly inconsistent and the water would run cold after a few minutes. However, these did not affect our overall experience and we had a great stay here :)

Mai’s boutique was truly a little oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the main strips of Da Nang. The photos are accurate and it was the cleanest accommodation we stayed in during our travels. The staff were all so helpful and accommodating. While there isn’t an elevator, to our pleasant surprise the staff took all of our luggage to our room and even helped load it to our taxi when we left. The stairs are wide and easy to navigate too. Our room was made up and cleaned everyday which was a bonus too. Additionally, you can rent a scooter directly from Mai’s at a reasonable price which made the process of hiring a scooter so smooth and easy.

Though the hotel is like in a residential area, I felt safe specially I am a Solo Traveler. I like the ambiance of the boutique hotel, the spacious room and most specially friendly and helpful staff. The lovely ladies in reception (kim, karina and Lan) always going above and beyond their duties like: offers a helping hand booking transport and giving useful tips for my tours.. I always see them cleaning and polishing the wooden decor/detail up to every corner. Every time you sat down on the tables in reception they will automatically serve you with cold tea. My room was on the third floor, they do not have lift but the steps they have made it easier to ascend. The boutique hotel is walking distance from the my khe beach and little more walking distance from dragon bridge (straight way). There is also La Ma Restaurant and cafe near the hotel, 24 hours convenience store. Hotel itself makes you feel that you just want to stay whole day and enjoy the pool, it actually made me extend my stay for another day. You can contact the staff through whatsApp at any time. Hotel is complete with amenities shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, toothbrush, towels, bathrobe and etc. Grab Bike was not that expensive to go from one place to the other.

At first i had hard time locating the hotel in online map. As per online map it is named Minh House. They do not have other social media like instagram or facebook.
