I was given a sea view room on request which was fantastic, not just because of the sea view. The room was also spacious, with large windows on two sides and with a pleasant and comfortable interior. The place is very quiet, given the vicinity to the hustle and bustle of the nearby main street leading to the beach. The beach can be reached within a couple of minutes walk and is full of people swimming and jogging by 6 am! The nearby shops and restaurants still allow access to all the required amenities, without the noise experienced closer to that infrastructure, and there is also a Vietnamese restaurant right next door. The pool is a bonus and the whole atmosphere was pleasant and comfortable during my 10-day stay

Breakfast, while reasonably priced, only allows for one option of a particular Vietnamese dish on that day, and there is no designated breakfast area (it will be brought to the room). This is fine for someone interested in exactly that choice but a long shot from a mixed Asian/ Western buffet breakfast.

Clean and cheap

I truly enjoyed my stay in this hotel. It's around 15mins walk from the hotel to the beach. It's quiet and relaxing and the room was neat and tidy everyday. Staffs are very friendly and accommodating. The laundry fee is cheap as well. One time I spilled my coffee on my white dress and it was so messed up. I asked some help from the staffs if they can possibly remove the stains. At night I finally got my dress back and it's good as new. Kuddos to the staffs!

the property is very near to the beach 5 minute walk. the room I stayed was very airy ,full of sunlight all the sides window and sea view .the host is very very cooperative and friendly they are always ready to help you and very soft spoken each and every person in their team is very amazing they also provided the scooter at their premise so highly recommend this property very reasonable at the price. the kitchen is also very well equipped and daily their stuff used to come to clean the dishes which was very convenient for us

Lovely staff. Very down to earth, they really made me feel at home. There was some struggle at the beginning with the exact room I booked but they were very accommodating. The only really critical thing I could say is the lighting in the room is exceptionally dark. But the bed, water pressure and room temperature are extremely comfortable. Maybe the best value for the money in the area. I will definitely be back!

Room lighting could be improved.

The room was much larger than I expected. The location is amazing, very walkable, lots of food, massages, bars, etc right outside your room. 5 minute walk to the beach, 12 minute walk to tourist streets.

The pool is at the front of the motel, next to the street and next to reception.

1)There is a washing machine in the toilet area - excellent. 2)The room type we booked was spacious, the small hall, the bedroom and the toilet are separate areas. 3) quite a few eateries just about 300-400 meters near the hotel

1) The ceiling of the bathroom, one corner just above the washing machine leaks water, small amount of it. Needs to be repaired.

Enjoyed the simplicity of this place - we wanted a spacious, clean and comfortable room and that's what we got. It was good wifi for working remotely online and I enjoyed the roof terrace for a quiet tea in the mornings

Pool was very shallow and quite cold at times! Still nice for a swim. There wasn't a breakfast option however there are plenty of places close by which were cheap for breakfast. So fairly expensive considering there wasn't breakfast but still worth the money in my view
