No matter how many requests I had, from managing deliveries to organizing courier pickups, she handled everything flawlessly, even going out of her way after hours to assist me. Her warmth, efficiency, and genuine care make every stay feel effortless. It’s rare to find someone who consistently exceeds expectations, and Amee is the reason I choose Hotel Soco time and time again. With comfortable rooms, excellent amenities, and an unbeatable team, this hotel is in a league of its own. Highly recommended!

While the Wi-Fi could be a bit stronger during the evenings when usage is likely at its peak, it’s a minor inconvenience compared to the hotel’s overall excellence.

The location is perfect! It’s walking distance to the beach and there’s plenty of delicious restaurants and street food nearby. There’s two 24/7 marts right next door which was really convenient as we could buy bottled water at anytime. Also, there’s always multiple grabs near the hotel so you never have to wait. The staff was very kind and helpful. Finally, you can’t beat the price! In my opinion, the service, cleanliness, and comfort is beyond the price! Would definitely stay again! Check out the roof, there’s an amazing view!

The toilet, sink, & shower are all in one room (there’s no divider). However, this was shown in the pictures so it’s not an issue, but just a reminder for those who are not used to this kind of bathroom layout.

Location certainly makes a difference and the Soco is no exeption with everything from the beach to restaurants and a variety of shops on the doorstep. The rooms are spotless and extremely comfortable. The front office staff and room cleaning staff are extremely polite, friendly and full of smiles. They go the extra mile in welcoming you and assisisting you without hesitation. My stay has been nothing but a pleasure

The rooms are really nice, massive and modern.

- Noise really carries at the hotel, come 6am onwards you will be woken up other guests. - WiFi was rather unstable and even had to get a technician out to improve the quality as it was nonexistent to begin with.

Highlight is the staff and service quality. I want to especially mention the lovely receptionist LOUIS Nguyen who has been nothing but friendly and helpful to me and my family throughout our whole stay. There were some hiccups which she dealt with professionally and swiftly, ensuring a smooth family vacation experience. They even upgraded my room! Communication in both English and Vietnamese was clear. In total, we stayed for 4 nights. The hotel is close to the beach and accessible by foot. The room quality is decent and rooms are cleaned daily. Can recommend this hotel as an affordable beach hotel that does not make large compromises in quality and boasts fantastic staff!

I regret not having more time to stay longer.

THE ROOM ARE VERY CLEAN

The room was noisy, and I could hear the neighbour. Additionally, despite having booked the room for two people, the manager told me that since I had checked in alone, I couldn't bring a partner to the room later. What sense does that make, considering I paid for a room for two?

what i liked was ,there was a problem with the air con in the first room i had. the room smelt wet and musky. the air con wasnt cold on on 18. with no arguments they changed rooms for me with no hassle. the staff was very helpful and hanna lisa alinsa lucy on reception great girls. the cleaners came every day prompt and cleaned the room to a good standard.the location of hotel was great just what i wanted. cannt comment on the breakfast as didnt have it. but smelt delicious.

what i didnt like that the was no pre warning that they doing building work right next door and surrounding area. i did ask when booking the hotel if there was any works and they said no but there was. being on the 11th floor and the workers outside starting at 7am bit annoying. hotel should inform customers.on booking if works are being done. didnt like that to hire a bike you have to leave your passport. there wasnt even a 5 million dong deposit return offered.

For backpackers looking to immerse themselves in the unique vibe of Da Nang and experience Vietnamese culture and lifestyle, SOCO Hotel is a great choice.

Great value friendly staff clean and comfy rooms

The Gym has had all the weights removed not very useable. Unfortunately this time far too noisy the fridge gurgling away the Ac rattling from the box mounted by the window outside and the karaoke bar opposite has upgraded its speakers blasting music that sounded like a cat in pain until 12am followed by continuous horn blasting throughout the early hours as nothing is soundproofed struggled to sleep

My stay was made exceptional by the incredible staff at this hotel. From check-in to check-out, the service was impeccable. The reception team welcomed me with warm, genuine smiles that made me feel instantly welcomed, despite what seemed like a busy time for them. The housekeeping staff deserves special praise. Their daily service was efficient and thorough. They paid close attention to details, like checking if the bed linens needed changing. They were always smiling and working hard, which was greatly appreciated. The breakfast team was wonderful. One morning, I arrived quite late when the selection was smaller. A young lady on the team handled the situation with incredible grace and professionalism. She personally apologized and even brought me a candy with a note. This was a small gesture, but it meant a lot and showcased a true commitment to guest satisfaction. I am truly grateful to her. Thank you to the entire team for a memorable stay. Your professionalism and positive attitudes are this hotel's greatest asset.
