⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hotel Soco is truly a home away from home, and it’s all thanks to their phenomenal staff. Amee at reception deserves a special mention—her dedication to guest satisfaction is unmatched. No matter how many requests I had, from managing deliveries to organizing courier pickups, she handled everything flawlessly, even going out of her way after hours to assist me. Her warmth, efficiency, and genuine care make every stay feel effortless. It’s rare to find someone who consistently exceeds expectations, and Amee is the reason I choose Hotel Soco time and time again. With comfortable rooms, excellent amenities, and an unbeatable team, this hotel is in a league of its own. Highly recommended!

While the Wi-Fi could be a bit stronger during the evenings when usage is likely at its peak, it’s a minor inconvenience compared to the hotel’s overall excellence.

The location is perfect! It’s walking distance to the beach and there’s plenty of delicious restaurants and street food nearby. There’s two 24/7 marts right next door which was really convenient as we could buy bottled water at anytime. Also, there’s always multiple grabs near the hotel so you never have to wait. The staff was very kind and helpful. Finally, you can’t beat the price! In my opinion, the service, cleanliness, and comfort is beyond the price! Would definitely stay again! Check out the roof, there’s an amazing view!

The toilet, sink, & shower are all in one room (there’s no divider). However, this was shown in the pictures so it’s not an issue, but just a reminder for those who are not used to this kind of bathroom layout.

Location certainly makes a difference and the Soco is no exeption with everything from the beach to restaurants and a variety of shops on the doorstep. The rooms are spotless and extremely comfortable. The front office staff and room cleaning staff are extremely polite, friendly and full of smiles. They go the extra mile in welcoming you and assisisting you without hesitation. My stay has been nothing but a pleasure

THE ROOM ARE VERY CLEAN

The room was noisy, and I could hear the neighbour. Additionally, despite having booked the room for two people, the manager told me that since I had checked in alone, I couldn't bring a partner to the room later. What sense does that make, considering I paid for a room for two?

Great value friendly staff clean and comfy rooms

The Gym has had all the weights removed not very useable. Unfortunately this time far too noisy the fridge gurgling away the Ac rattling from the box mounted by the window outside and the karaoke bar opposite has upgraded its speakers blasting music that sounded like a cat in pain until 12am followed by continuous horn blasting throughout the early hours as nothing is soundproofed struggled to sleep

Stayed at the SOCO Hotel for nearly a month, and the experience was satisfying overall. Key highlights include: Convenient Location: The hotel is perfectly situated just a 2-minute walk from the beach. The area is surrounded by numerous restaurants, cafes, and bars. Popular attractions like the Dragon Bridge and the night market are approximately a 20-minute walk away. For those interested in fitness, the nearest gym with an open swimming pool is just 10 minutes on foot. Attentive and Customer-Focused Staff: The staff is responsible and highly customer-oriented, always willing to assist whenever needed. Additionally, the hotel has a flexible policy and is accommodating with refunds for early check-outs. For backpackers looking to immerse themselves in the unique vibe of Da Nang and experience Vietnamese culture and lifestyle, SOCO Hotel is a great choice.

I stayed in the executive suite. Big room . Not 4 stars and a bit outdated but overall i had a nice stay.

It was clean but the place need a big deep cleaning.

Rooms are large & clean. Close to all amenities. Very walkable location.

Rooms are poorly designed. The seaside corner where the balcony SHOULD be, is where they decided to put the a/c unit!. The actual balcony is way off to the side, so most of the view is city, you must stand right at railing to see the sea/beach. Balcony furniture is also not comfortable. They need cushions on the oversized wood chairs. Don't have a bath! The tub drains onto the floor & then down a drain. I ended up with wet clothes that I had put on the floor due to water going everywhere when I drained the tub. Room is NOT "soundproofed". Yes, the walls are concrete, which dampens sound. BUT, the windows are loose fitting, single paned slider windows which do not block sound at all & also rattle with the wind. I could actually see the blinds blowing as the wind howled.

Everything was fine! Soft beds, plenty of restoutants around, beach is very close to the hotel, 20 min walk from Dragon Bridge and night market!

The room was facing the street, so it's noisy. Karaoke and street noises stops after midnight and start again in7 in the morning, so if you're not an early bird it's a problem

Had a wonderful stay here. Totally recommended. Best value in this price range. Convenient location less than 5 minutes walk to the beach and lots of food options in the area. Rooms are spacious, bright and clean. The buffet breakfast is good and affordable and you can choose to buy it directly in the morning whenever you feel like it. The highlight of this hotel however is definitely the great staff working here: from the housekeepers to the receptionists and the waiting staff at breakfast. Everyone has been so kind, helpful and professional and I would like to thank you all for your hard work and warm smiles. A shout-out in particular to Hanah at the reception desk who has been my main point of reference during my stay and has graciously handled all my requests. I will book here again for sure next time I'm in Danang.
