I liked the staffs, very helpful and polite. As I understood that they were understaffed at the time we checked in, but they still try their best to accommodate us. I saw one of the staff helping us to check in, carry luggage to our room, work at the counter at night, appear again early morning to serve breakfast in the restaurant. They worked really hard. Location is nice, near the beach, easy for grab to access. Breakfast was basic but nice.

Perhaps the lobby is a little too small, can be crowded if people are checking in and out.

The rooms were really good, had 2 large beds and a big tv in the room. Breakfast was unreal. Good location

Did laundry with the hotel and they lost an item of clothing

Room - It was nice and cozy room for staying alone. The bed was pretty comfortable and clean. Cleaning service was also great and the room always kept clean. Also, at night over the weekend, I could see the fireworks of Dragon Bridge from my room. (I was staying at 7F.) Breakfast - Fantastic. Food was great and staff was very friendly so that I could start a wonderful day. Location - 5 mins walk from the beach and there were so many local restaurants, spas, cafe so it was a perfect location. Staff - Wonderful staff with kind hospitality. I would say I come back to the hotel to see them again.

Room - During my stay, there was a construction going on in the building right next to the hotel. There were people working there all the time so I could not open the window or curtains at all. The shower in the room was too weak and sometime it took a time to get hot water coming out.

The staff at this hotel are so sweet, kind, and helpful. They really make the experience that little bit more special! The hotel is clean and the bed was the most comfortable we have slept in in nearly 6 months of travelling Southeast Asia! The shower was really powerful and had hot water. There was an issue with the electricity when we were there and the staff offered discounts on tours and Grabs as compensation, which was nice. The included breakfast is very good quality for the price. Location is close to the beach and near to nice cafes and restaurants. This is an excellent value hotel and I would absolutely stay again if I was in Da Nang!

That I can't copy and paste this hotel to other cities!

It was small, cozy type bedroom. However, it was clean and I really liked the room even if it's small. According to the price, It was very nice. You get 2-3 India restaurant nearby. My khe beach is nearby hotel. We had two night stay there. You can keep luggage at hotel after check out if you have to go for lunch or you have to catch the bus at night. They are helpful.

Nice comfortable hotel, good location. Breakfast was fine.

Water pressure and temperature issues

Everything was perfect Hospitality stuff Everyday was cleaning with change towel and free bottles of water for the guests Very good location. 5 minutes by walk to the beach. And not noisy street. Breakfast was tasty and every day different dishes. Perfect coffee for the breakfast. Will recommend to our friends for sure and will come back again Thank you for everything

The hotel is located close to the clean and beatuful beach, quite close to the airport. I ordered transfer and it was convenient and fast. Breakfast was really delicious with a wide range of food available (I could enjoy both Asian and European food). Aircon worked perfectly. I also rented a bike and could use for the whole period of stay. The staff was polite and supportive.

The only thing I didn't like was windows facing the construction side, so it was uncomfortable to open the blinders as there always were workers right in front of my window.

Service: 10/10 . My compliment to the staff (guy) in evening shift. He doesn't always wear a smile but very helpful during our stay and offered upgrade to one of our rooms, so that our family could stay in the same floor. Room: Clean, spacious (Family and Twin room), family room with balcony to main street. There is currently a construction in the building opposite to twin rooms, though it was not so noisy during our stay. Breakfast: quite small breakfast options but it is relevant to the boutique hotel size. If you are looking for wider Western breakfast choices, go for bigger size hotels or resorts. Bigger size hotels means high probability of sharing common space with tour groups :). Location: super location, close to beach and we don't feel hustles from big tourist street. We have stayed a couple of hotels in Da Nang and as of now, this one has been our favourite.

Proximity to beach was nice, room had a balcony, and was very comfortable. Great value for the price. Room was clean and A/C worked well. There were a few restaurants within walking distance.

Breakfast could have a bit more choices. The noise level was a little loud, but not unbearable. Otherwise, we liked everything else about our stay.
