The location is downtown. 5 minute walk to the beach. Lots of restaurants around.

I couldn’t use international card at for paying. We have arrived a bit late and were not able to change the money. At the reception we were told that only cash was available acceptable. I offered to leave foreign currency as a bond and pay next morning, but they wanted to keep my passport instead. Thankfully my friend came and paid with Vietnamese QR code. So, checking in was not a good experience. It is not beach front location as they claim on booking.com. It is close to the beach (5 minute walk), but it is not beach front.

Lovely, welcoming receptionists and a great location. The beach is a 2-3 minute walk away, heaps of restaurants etc at your feet. You're also a block away from the best banh mi you will ever eat. (a stand opposite Maia Beach Bar)

The location of the accommodation is excellent, less than a 5-minute walk from the beach and right next to several shops. Despite that, it’s not very noisy. It has an elevator and a heated shower, and they always provide bottled water. The value for money is great. It was so worth it that we were supposed to stay only 3 days and ended up extending for 4 more.

The cleanliness could be a bit better, but nothing that ruined the stay. It’s not cleaned every day, but you can always ask the lady at the front desk and they’ll send someone to clean it. If you’re really picky about that kind of thing, it might bother you a bit.

I had some of the best days of my visit to Da nang in this hotel that I kept on extending my stay for weeks. The room was clean and soundproof, even though it's almost on the main street. Everything that's needed was close : coffee shop, bakery, restaurant, .. But the highlight was definitely the welcoming staff, especially receptionists, who will make your everyday with a warm smile. They were really kind & helpful, and I'm grateful for such souls Overall, this place is a great value for money, and I wouldn't think twice to stay here again

The location was really great. Only a few minutes to the beach and located on a side road, so not having the heavy traffic directly in front of the window. They offer laundry service for a good price which is very convenient. Also, early check in was possible and storing the luggage before checking in. Complementary water and toiletries.

Unfortunately, there were tiny ants everywhere in the room during the whole stay. But had the issue with another hotel too, so maybe it’s just the season. Housekeeping didn’t work daily and sometimes not in the afternoon, so ask upfront for the working hours. Although it was on a side road, it was still noisy but had that issue with every hotel in Vietnam so far. Unfortunately no coffee mug even though description states “coffee making facilities”, so bring your own.

My room was really spacious and sunny, with a full glass wall and 2 big beds, although I was alone. The position is excellent to reach pretty much every spot in town, in walking distance to the beach, the markets and the main food roads.

Internet connection could be better, if you have to do some online work, I'd recommend trying the speed before moving in..

Great location,impressive layout. The staff were helpful.

You need to walk a flight of stairs to the reception.There was no one to help with the luggages coz they cannot see you.From there there is a lift.

Very casual hotel with wonderful staff. Great value, would return.

At times hot water was limited. This didn't bother me because Da Nang is never that cold, and neither is the cold water.

This property is very close to the beach and the bed was very comfortable.

There was a bad smell in the room which we couldn’t get rid of. Smelt like smoke and the outlets were a little dodgy

Even though the staff was lovely, they have poor English but we managed using the translator
