I stayed at Golden Star Hotel in Da Nang for 4 nights and had a great experience. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything I needed. The hotel was spotless, with daily cleaning service, which made the stay even more comfortable. They also offer a very affordable laundry service, which was super convenient during my trip. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the beach, and with supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants right downstairs—it made everything so easy. The best part was definitely the price. It was very cheap and affordable, offering great value for the quality and service you get. Overall, I would highly recommend Golden Star Hotel for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and budget-friendly place to stay in Da Nang!

In the reception, I 'd like to thank the staff, Linh and Tram, for doing their best to make my stay comfortable, answering all my questions and enquiries with smiles and a friendly manner. Also, I have had my room cleaned everyday, 2 bottles of water, they do a good service in laundry with reasonable price, I really love the the coffee shop attached to the hotel, good service there and affordable price. The location is handy to many restaurants, western and locals, in addition, massage shops and mini and full markets.

The best part is the staff at the reception; Suong, Linh and Tram who are lovely and super helpful. The housekeeping staff Ngoc, Nga, An and others have made my room clean, tidy, and neat every single day. The coffee shop attached to the hotel has a good service thanks to Linh, the friendly manager. The location is great, close to the beach and handy to the restaurants, massage shops, pharmacies, ATM a nd supermarkets. Actually I extended my stay in this hotel for feeling comfortable. The price is reasonable, and the laundry is cheap through the hotel, only 30,000 Dong, per KG. I really recommend this cool hotel to everyone.

central to all DaNag My Ke Beach and good food and restaurants. I only picked this because it had reviews for "quiet" and it was pretty quiet to sleep at night so that is good.

Hot tip if your looking to start a business in VietNam you should run a toilet manufacturing business because you will be solving a huge problem here with their toilets. It never flushes properly and they all have signs to not flush toilet paper down? Whats the point then of flushing then? Nothing agains this hotel but all other hotels in Vietnam I stayed in had this problem also.

Hotel staff &location are terrific; cleaning checks with you daily, plenty of good restaurants nearby and my khe/my an beach a 10 minute walk. For me, motorbike or grab unnecessary as I enjoy the beach or just simply walk to wherever I want to go.

Still have a problem with solar or hot water heater, takes time wasting water. Also, on this trip multiple problems with noise from loud students above and next door, they are packed 3 /room and up until 2 am or later.

I was very happy to have stayed at this hotel. They gave me a room upgrade and I stayed in a huge room. The room and bathroom were cleaned every day. Towels were changed every day. Fresh water every day. The room always smelled nice. The bed was super comfortable and the linens were impeccable. The room and beds were extremely comfortable. The girls at the reception were also excellent. They were super kind and willing to help. I highly recommend this hotel. Not to mention the location, which is close to everything!

I really like the friendly and smiley receptionists Lynh and Tram, They go above and beyond to make my stay comfy and memorable, I extended my stay 20 nights because of these reasons, the cheap price, cleaning, the laundry service, the coffee shop attached to the hotel and Lynh, the manager and who does the service too, the location which is handy to everything you can imagine, mini markets, pharmacy, massage. restaurants and more.

One of the better budget options in Da Nang. I was initially given a room that was different to photos, but once clarified, I was switched to the correct room. Daily housekeeping is very thorough compared to other hotels, so the room is always clean. View from window was okay. Hotel itself is clean and organised.

Hard to complain for the price, but some minor issues that didn't really affect my stay too much - water in the shower took a long time to heat up sometimes. There were noisy guests on my floor. Soundproofing is okay, but could be better.

Great location, next to the best vegan restaurant, cozy room, nice staff, close to the beach ;)

They should not promote a swimming pool like that because the pool is in a garage with open space for street and motorbikes. And you can not take an elevator down there, so you need to go outside and go thru the garage door It is not recommended for somebody who is looking for a nice relaxing place at the pool.

By far the best accommodation I’ve ever experienced in Da Nang! I couldn’t believe the size of my room and how little I was paying for it. I extended my stay three times! Amazing service, including daily room cleaning, friendly 24-hour front desk and a laundry service. Highly recommended!
