Property was located a block from the beach however had ocean front views. It was nice to have a quieter street rather than right on the beach with all the traffic noise. We had stayed at 3 other properties to see what we liked for the value and this was one of our tops. Nice to have local shops and restaurants right out of the hotel. Very clean and safe. Staff was very friendly and considerate. Especially liked the restaurant manager Ling (Danish is his English name), as he had excellent staff, as well as accommodating special meal requests for us. Great view from the rooftop pool of the whole city and beach. We stayed 4 nights and plan on coming back again for future visits. Definitely recommend.

Stayed in the suite with balcony and seaview. Large spacious room with an amazing view, clean and tidy. Perfect space for 3 (or 4) whilst travelling through Vietnam. Friendly and helpful hotel concierge especially Alfie who was extra attentive 😊 Everything you need is close by and it's a quieter location of Da nang - which we appreciated Choose this hotel to spend time at the beach and were not disappointed, short walking distance, clean beach & water. Few minutes walk to the beach, hotel gives out beach towels. Affordable massage lounges at the beach directly in front- 40k for the day, free if you get a massage. Woke up at 5am for sunrise and was shocked to see how busy the beach was at this time!!

We liked great location of the hotel (just 5 mins walk from My an beach and surrounded by lots of restaurants and 24/7 marts), great view from the room balcony (#1201 - one can have a great view of beach, lady buddha statue on monkey mountain and beachside sports activities from the room itself), great breakfast spread, great pool environment and overall great helpful staff. I could remember the name of Noah and Helen from the reception who were always there with smiling face to help on any queries, Alfie the Bellman helped me while booking cabs with some information. There were many otheres who also made our stay enjoyable in the hotel. It was a comfortable and pleasant stay in this hotel. Thanks.

Took a suite with 2 connecting room, that had a bathroom each; one room with no windows, the other with ocean-view windows. Great location with lots of restaurants, spas and convenience stores around. The pool looked nice enough but did not get a chance to use. They had an offer for laundry service by the kilo which was useful. The wifi was fast. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was alright; limited choices for vegetarians though. The staff were polite and helpful.

There is an intervening block between the hotel and the beach so it takes atleast 5 minutes to walk around to the beach. The gym is a joke; does not serve any purpose. The coffee at breakfast was terrible; the 3-in-1 instant coffee sachets in the room were better.

The hotel is in a great central location, just one block from the beach. It had a lovely swimming pool on the roof, with amazing views. A few sun beds up there but some umbrellas would have been useful as it gets really hot up there. There's a bar up there too where we enjoyed cocktails. We had a lovely room, very clean, good space for clothes and lovely shower. Breakfast was good. Staff are exceptional. Alfie the bellman was super friendly and helpful.

Just a couple of improvements but they didn't affect our stay. Some of the sunbeds need repairing or replacing and some sun umbrellas would be great. The gym equipment (treadmill and bike) could do with replacing.

The location can't be beat; just a quick walk to the beach via an alleyway almost directly across the street, and so many great restaurants are just steps away. The staff, from the restaurant manager Danish to the lovely folks in the lobby and front desk like Alphie and Harry, everyone made us feel cared for and at home during our stay in Da Nang. They even looked after our big luggage while we took a trip to Cambodia, and greeted us with the same smiles and a welcome drink when we got back to claim our bags.

Room is same as advertised. Get the ocean view and a small balcony that you can open to enjoy the breeze. No building blocking our view. It is walking distance to the beach too and you can get towel from the receptionist to go to the beach. A lot of Korean and vietnamese restaurant nearby. Got a lot Mini mart as well. Got a drinking bar/restaurant right in front of the hotel with live band singing. Staff are friendly and helpful. Can speak some English so not difficult to communicate. Breakfast is nice as well. Got mixture of vietnamese and western food. Bed is comfy and soft. All the basic things are provided like toothbrush, hairdryer, soap, shampoo and towels. There is a small fridge as well. Swimming pool view is nice too but too cold to swim this month, very windy and cloudy. Electric socket is same with Malaysia or 2 pin.

Their lift is super small, can only fit like 4-6 big size adults. If you have big luggage then you need take few rounds. The staff can help deliver your luggage to your room too. Breakfast choice kinda similar for the 2 nights we were there. But it's ok. The TV channel got like Korean and CNN but the line can be weak so a lot of loading when watching, can be annoying. So we didn't really use it. Wifi is fast to watch from own devices. Everything else is good.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Da Nang and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, offering easy access to the beach and local attractions. One of the highlights was the buffet breakfast, which had a great variety of delicious options to start the day. We also enjoyed the stunning sea view from our room. A special mention goes to Noah, Helen, and Alfie, who made our stay even more enjoyable. They were incredibly helpful, ensuring we had a nice room and assisting us with our luggage. Their friendly and attentive service truly stood out. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Da Nang.

Breakfast was good. I just wished different options between the days. Otherwise, it was tasty and fresh!

The staff were so wonderful with our busy and loud family of four. They were warm, accommodating and nothing was ever too much to ask. This could be said of everyone we came across - food/beverage staff, housekeeping and front desk staff. Special mentions to Danish, Lisa and Daisy, as well as Hannah, Vi, Hau and Alfie. They were so lovely and made our stay in Danang incredible. Our room was huge with a spectacular views of the beach. The rooftop pool was an absolute highlight for our kids and again had breathtaking views. The breakfast buffet was generous and delicious, with omelettes and eggs cooked to order (another highlight for the kids!) The area is fantastic. A few blocks from the really touristy strips (which we were pleased about!) and very close to the beach and surrounded by excellent food and drink options. Perfect spot for us really. We will be back to stay at Alani. Thanks to everyone there for the excellent hospitality.

We have nothing bad to say! It was a truly wonderful hotel.
