Well located n clean .

Staff at reception too strict n too stress out . Like a jail facility. Management need to train staff to more professional more helpful. Also no tissue I room n no hand paper towel in toilets if restaurant n lobby .

Practical location near everything. Larger swimming pool compared to similarly priced hotels. Exceptionally good tasty omelette (thanks to the lady chef). Special thanks to the receptionists who helped me find a place to fix my phone. (Especially the very pleasant and intuitively intelligent clerk, standing next to the smart-smile good-english-prononciation clerk).

The hotel is getting busier and the staff seem to be over-worked. Thus didn’t see any sincere smiles. Most seemed stressed with stiff appearances. Although i had been upgraded to a larger room, holiday flexibility is not to be expected. If hotel had a ROH, i would go with that. Early check-in or late check-out should be given 2nd thoughts by visitors.

Good swimming pool. Nice big room and a European size bath with plenty of hot water. The location was good and they organised a couple of day for us with excellent guides. We enjoyed our stay.

Well, the buffet breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold foods and you could get eggs freshly cooked or get warm noodle soup, they did not have cereals.

Room wasn't super big but big enough, bathroom was a bit cramped but big shower. Didn't feel any "weird" smell from bathroom/plumbing either as someone complained about. Window for bathroom was although open a bit the whole time I stayed there. Cleanliness was spot on, I did triple check cheats for both stains and "other" stuff and was perfect. Bed per usual in Vietnam was hard but not super hard, say 7/10. Only had room cleaned once as I only stayed three days, but seemed they don't clean too early in the morning FWIW. Roof pool was really niece, at least when I stayed there there was always seats available. Actually, was as most five guests up there at one time including me. Pool bar doesn't seem to be used though, not sure where to get beach towels either but at the same time I didn't even ask staff. Only had breakfast one morning, sure a bit different selection, maybe some mostly for Asians, but you had bread, butter, coffee,juice and eggs, and that's good enough for me as breakfast. For the price I payed this was excellent value for the money and would stay here again. Stayed mid Feb 2025 payed 20 EUR per night including tax.

For this price not sure I can complain about anything :)

The bed was extremely comfortable, with very good pillows, and the air conditioning worked so well, so combined, I had some of the best night sleeps I've ever had...staff were very friendly and helpful too. It's location is very central, very close to the beach, just a short 5 min walk or so, and there are so many places to eat, get massages and convenience stores all within a stones throw from the hotel. The roof top has a nice pool, you can actually swim in it, as it's not tiny, and the views are very nice of the city from up there. Not that I had a chance to watch it too much, but the TV has some great channels to boot.

Since 99%+ of the guests are Asian, the breakfast is catered for them. So, not really for the western palate, there are eggs and toast available with fresh fruit if you really want to eat there, but a short distance away there is a superb bakery. The room doors need a bit of maintenance, as they don't fit inside the door frame so they require slamming which you can hear quite loudly from all the other doors on the same floor.

Good location, spacious rooms. Comfortable beds excellent shower pressure.

The breakfast was poor standard. Asked to book an additional night had to rebook through booking . Com as cheaper had to move room and move cases ourselves out for check out then leave cases in reception and move when allowed to check in.

The best part was how close it was to the beach, with amazing restaurants all around the hotel. Plus, the receptionist was incredibly friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

What we didn’t enjoy was the breakfast. For example, the rice porridge was watery every single day, which was disappointing as it’s something I usually look forward to. Most of the food was also cold, which really affected the overall experience. With warmer dishes and more authentic Vietnamese rice porridge, the breakfast could be amazing. Additionally, the Wi-Fi wasn’t strong enough to use on our phones or laptops, and the rooms were noticeably older than what was shown in the photos on the booking site.

Cosy room, clean bathroom. Good breakfast. Located near the sea. The swimming pool on the rooftop. I liked everything.

When you are inside the pool, you can not really enjoy the view because of the tall swimming pool borders. The bar on the rooftop did not work, no pool towels offered as well.

I’m currently using this Hotel for my accommodations & I could not post a review on Booking until after I checked out, so I put a review on google google to clear up some bad reviews travelers posted on Booking that I find to be false. I’m an American Female Solo traveler & I have stayed in a few different places in Da Nang & Hoi An. This Hotel is by far a 5 star Hotel & is the best Booking that I have had. I liked my first few days here so well that I canceled my other Hotel stays to stay here longer. I also have Family coming to Vietnam who I Booked another two weeks with. The Hotel is very clean & the staff are so friendly & so polite. Despite complaints from other Westerners about the Breakfast Buffet (which can be included with your room price if you choose, or pay $4/ USD) myself & other guests have really enjoyed the large variety of foods. They serve several different kinds of local Vietnamese cuisine, the soup is a must try! make your eggs/ omelets fresh to order. There are plenty of drinks, orange juice, milk, soy milk, passion fruit, etc. & coffee options, plenty of fruits, & toppings. So far it’s been the best Hotel breakfast that I have had & even found it better than Sala Resort Hotel. I booked the Twin room which has a large window & a partial ocean view. My room was very clean & very spacious. The TV has many APP options & local channels & the Air conditioner works exceptionally well 😀! They provide different WiFi channels, each for each floor, so WiFi has been super fast & really reliable. It’s in a great location, just 2 blocks to the Beach. A few block walk to Paradise Beach Bar, I highly recommend! The neighborhood has tons of food options, Marts, Restaurants with worldwide cuisine options, tons of coffee shops!
