Incredible staff who were so kind and extremely respectful. Wonderful hotel, great gym, nice pool although small and not heated 12.5 m length). Excellent area. They did my laundry for a very small fee. Highly recommend. Front desk staff said hi to me everytime I walked in. Thien and Vi treated me like a queen and were the kindest people I ever met. Highly recommend!

Large groups of noisy Korean and Chinese tourists. Filled the dinning hall in the morning. Woke me up at all hours during the night sometimes. Played their music in the hallway during the day. Hotel also had some renovations so loud drilling and hammering during my first few days .

As a European, I found the Breakfast options a little strange. They were more akin to an evening meal. There were however the option of boiled or fried eggs and toast. A couple of more usual European breakfast options would be welcome, particularly say, sausage or bacon. Staff were extremely good and helpful. As seasoned traveller, I was impressed by their support and attention to ensuring my stay was comfortable and ensuring that any assistance they could offer was provided.

The gym was basic, and used home styled equipment, not professional equipment. Also, at 40C in the room, it would have benefited with air-conditioning.

We enjoyed our 4days & 4nights. My kids enjoyed the pool. Thank you to all the staff for your hospitality. All were accommodating & welcoming. Most especially Ba Thien, thank you for helping me navigate places and upgrading it to the family balcony room. One of my recommended hotels in Da Nang!

The massage room. There were not so many options. I suggest having an essential oil diffuser inside the room so the smell and vibe would be more relaxing. And also to separate the small head shower sink from the bed as the sink smells awful when your face is facing the hole of the bed. Overall the room is spacious.

The location was really central, close enough to the beach and lots of restaurants, cafes, bars, etc. The staff were so friendly and helpful at all times and we never felt like we needed to ask for anything as they had already offered it. The breakfast was decent, with options that suited different tastes. The facilities were good too :)

The pool area was a little dated and didn’t seem to be as well maintained as the rest of the hotel. It was still useable and we had fun but compared to the rest of the hotel, it was not as modern. We also had the air conditioning unit leak significantly on our last night but the staff offered us to move to a new room even though we were checking out in just a few hours.

All of the staff were very friendly, room was clean and they gave us a free room upgrade. The breakfast staff cooked something extra for us, because we were vegetarians. We would stay here again next time.

More varieties for vegetarians could have been better, but if you ask, they cook something extra for you.

This hotel is absolutely outstanding! Where do I start ! The staff , my goodness Tan and his team and Thien at the door incredible. Always smiling, kind, polite, warm, inviting and helpful. Every time we left hotel and returned we were welcomed with warmth and interest in our day. Morning was ever too much e.g we asked for iron and ironing board and within minutes it arrived The room was really good , beds comfortable, clean , reasonable size , we had the family room for 3 girls on 9th floor and it was good . The bathroom was a good size with a walk in shower The breakfast on 2nd floor was in a bright pleasant room with lovely soft music playing and very attentive staff . The food choices I think were really good. Plenty of variety for a vegetarian The location is fantastic. A short 10 minute walk to the beach and very handy to sit at the Maia beach bar. It is located in a quiet street so there is no noise and there’s lots of little cafes and other facilities around like a supermarket and bank. It really is the perfect location. It is a short grab ride to Dragon Bridge and the night market.

I didn’t use the pool but had a look, it was okay and more than adequate however not amazing The gym wasn’t great but I didn’t mind there was plenty of room if you wanted to do body weight exercise . The pool or gym didn’t impact my stay at all

I stayed in this hotel for 12 nights and it exceeded all my expectations. I was upgraded to a room with a balcony which was a really nice touch. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was really comfortable. All the staff members were very friendly and helpful, I'd like to give special praise to Thien who greeted guests at the door. He was always cheerful, humorous, and extremely helpful, He is truly an asset to the hotel. The free airport transfer was also a pleasant bonus.

We stayed in 3 hotels during our trip in Vietnam and this was our favourite. The staff are so accommodating as soon as you arrive into the beautiful lobby. Our stay in Danang was short but great thanks to this hotel! Greeted with a delicious peach juice, we were able to check in early. The room was large with lots of natural sunlight, after staying in Ho Chi Minh with no window this was perfect for us. We had a decent sized balcony too. Bathroom was big and clean which is one of my main necessities for a hotel room. Everything in the bathroom worked smooth. The bed is huge and very comfortable, as well as lots of room around for us to keep our luggage and belongings. We didn’t get to use the pool unfortunately as the weather wasn’t the best but maybe next time. Breakfast had lots of options and changed daily too, it all tasted great. I would stay here again next time I come to Danang! Thanks again to all the staff ☺️

This is our second time on this trip that we have stayed at the Aria Grand and we also extended our stay!!! Tam and all his staff are so nice. Always smiling, friendly, happy and very helpful. The hotel is spotless and we had a great room with lovely light and a view. Tam is a wonderful manager, very professional and you can tell that his team are valued and happy in their roles. It's a great location, close to everything! The pool was refreshing with fabulous views. Excellent value for money. We were always greeted with a smile and nothing was a problem. I would highly recommend staying here. We will be back. Thank you so much.

Aria Grand is an absolute gem! I had an amazing stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The rooms were spotless and modern. Honestly, the breakfast buffet was a highlight, delicious with a wide variety of choices. I also like the hotel’s location, just a 5 min walk to the beach, making it very convenient for my morning strolls. Everything exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be back on my next trip to Da Nang.
