My husband and I loved our month long stay in Da Nang at Lagom Apartment and Hotel. It is in an excellent location, that is close to everything you need - food, coffee, massage, mini marts, pharmacy and bars etc - and only 3 to 5 minutes walk to the beach. The staff are fantastic, especially Joyce whose beautiful nature, kindness and helpfulness is such an asset to this organization and made us smile with each interaction we had with her. Joyce recommended where to go for best money exchange, where to get the best deal on SIM cards and gave us valuable information on local sightseeing etc. The apartment was well laid out, roomy and the washing machine was an awesome addition. There was construction works happening next door however we were informed prior to our arrival that this had commenced and would potentially be noisy. We were given an opportunity to change our mind after a few days of staying in the apartment if the noise became too bothersome. This transparency and honesty was really appreciated and respected as it does not occur often when travelling and needless to say we did not leave and decided that the positives of staying at Lagom Apartment and Hotel far outweighed the negatives of a bit of noise. We enjoyed our stay so much that we hope to come back again maybe next year ❤️

I absolutely loved staying at this apartment complex. It’s tucked away on a quiet street, just a short seven-minute walk from the beach and Starbucks. There’s a little garden across the road with roosters that give the mornings a charming local vibe. The front desk staff are super friendly, and there’s an adorable white cat who inspects your luggage while you’re checking in — such a fun touch! The rooms are clean, fresh, and comfortable. You can see some normal signs of use, but everything feels well-kept and pleasant. The rooftop pool is fantastic — it offers a beautiful view of Da Nang and is open 24/7, perfect for a late-night swim. Highly recommend this place, whether you’re staying for a few days or planning a longer visit.

- Good location - Spacious room - Nice decor - Built-in kitchen - Big and comfy bed - Two tables and a sofa in the studio room - Amazing hot water and water pressure in the shower - Very helpful and friendly staff. They also message you on WhatsApp when the room is ready I stayed here for one night and overall it’s great

- Some of the walls are dirty - The big mirror is dirty - The shower smells strange when you open it - Construction nearby starts at 9 am and you’re forced to wake up because of the noise (I like to sleep more) I could stayed longer but the construction noise made it hard for me to sleep and rest. The mirrors, the wall behind the fridge and the shower require a good cleaning.

Construction noise next door made it difficult to stay in room during day. I was offered chance to move, but I didn't bc I was familiar with rooms I would move to and didn't want hassle of packing up. I do think I could have been told about construction way ahead of time before I arrived. I might have changed. Also, I stayed 10 nights and had one room cleaning, upon my request. I am not sure if I was aware of that. I really like Lagom. But for the price, there are probably better options in DaNang.

The location is perfect, very close to the beach, to restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and everything you need. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. You will find everything you need in the apartment, for example necessary kitchen amenities etc. The rooftop pool is a nice extra and everything was clean.

At the time of our stay (beginning of March '25) there were 3 construction sites close by. Next to the hotel 1x on the right a few buildings away and 1x on the left side of the building, directly next to the apartments + behind the hotel. They started around 7:30 so they were our alarm clock...

We stayed almost a month. + Location is perfect - 5min walk to the beach, plenty cafes and restaurants all around, its a very central location but its on a quite street which is rare in Da Nang. + I love the interior of the rooms (we stayed in Deluxe Apartment, One-Bedroom and Sea-View studio), very minimalistic but cozy and basically you have all you need. There is no washing machine but there are dozens laundries around for a good price. + Cleaning wad good, very nice and friendly staff. - Some rooms need a bit of repair on the walls, floor and the furniture. Its not crucial but the overall experience would be much better.

The location is a great plus and even there are construction sides going on in the area it's still super quiet, also at night. I had such a good sleep as the bed is really cozy. The room is spacious and the interior really nicely done. I could even see the sea from the balcony. Also the bathroom is great and the flat has everything you need. The staff is amazing, everyone is really welcoming and friendly. The walk to the beach talks around 4-5 min. which is great. It's really good value for money!

The room could be slightly cleaner and needs a little makeover in some areas, like I had a huge stain on the wall. A paint would be nice. But for me personally not a big deal at all.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The area is generally quiet and peaceful, although it can get a bit noisy during the day due to ongoing renovations. I’m sure it will be even more comfortable once the work is finished. The location is convenient, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. One thing that could be improved is the bed linen and some of the towels — they seem quite worn and could use an update. A big plus is the washing machine and detergent available for guests — that was really convenient!

The Apartment is situated in a well located area approx. 2minutes walking distance to the beautiful My A Beach & convenience with equipped Kitchenette facility and most importantly Washing Machine. Huge Balcony usage and Lobby has room for reading n relaxation area. All Staffs are friendly and efficient and my request was met several times, appreciated their hospitality including Joyce, very warm feeling during our conversation & also many thanks to especially Hung, he is a sincere & genuine young man that went beyond and we really appreciated his services to us. Very happy with our stay there and will definitely return to stay at Lagom again. Also, wish to express thanks to the cleaning staff for cleaning our room in within time frame requested too.

During our stay, we have noticed huge Door slamming noise next to our Apartment and eventually realised that the Door has a problem and not the Guest habit. I hope the maintenance team could get the Door fixed urgently in future to avoid disturbances to all Apartments nearby due to huge slamming& shaking noises that affects people’s relaxation n resting time and especially after midnight..

Lagom Apartment was one of our favorite apartments during our 3-month visit to Vietnam. We booked 2 apartments for 16 nights, both were spacious, the kitchen was well-equipped, the bed was huge and the living room was also a great plus. The staff is incredibly helpful, speaking well English, and acting professionally and kindly. They were the best staff we have met during our travel. However, our standard apartment on the 2nd floor was the same as the deluxe one on the 7th (except for the wall color and the view from the room), and it was even better equipped.

A broom and a mop would be great extra for the apartment.
