I liked the size of the Apartment and all the included facilities. Top drawer! The location was just a short walk to the beautiful beach. Safe storage for your motorcycle and it was managed. All good, no regrets.

I didn't know when booking that there was no window in the Apartment? This is now stated in the Booking.com app.

-Cheap price for 5min walking distance to one of the best beach in the world -Strategic location where you can find everything within walking distance -Studio room for a solo traveler is big enough and comfortable -Free Netflix -Facilities are fine and clean -Friendly staffs One night I was return hotel at 1.30am and forgot to bring my room card out, luckily staff still available at this hour, appreciate!

The location was perfect! Only a short walk from the beach, restaurants, and more. Yet far enough away up a quiet street you could sleep well. The pool area and the sauna were epic and a great way to spend some time if you don't want to go to the beach. For us, it was all the little things, the coat rack, the shoe rack, loads of wardrobe space and the washing machine and dryer made all the difference for our 20 night stay

There was only 1 fork and knife for 2 people.

We loved having a swimming pool and a washer and dryer. Bright lights in the room helped make up for no windows.

Walls definitely need to be painted also there were little tiny bugs on the walls each day. Not sure where they are coming in because we have no windows. I would kill about 20 each day.

due to our short term rental -2-3 days, we could only be allocated lower floor rooms with no view-back of next building. this is understandable as they reserve rooms with views for long term residents-weeks/months.

Lovely facility close to everything. Fine big studio apartment.Staff at desk and cleaning were great. Seems every other day they trying to change everything. Only 4 of the 40 apartments are for open rental. Rest are long stays.Apartment has wash/dryer. I booked early and price was good. Been coming here for three years and no disappointment.

Cleanness and well-furnished facilities. Especially a dryer is the most unexpected. I liked utensils and electric appliances well maintained. The management sent cleaners for air conditioners during my stay while house cleaning were twice for 6 nights, that means they care about the rooms' conditions. A mild English conversation issue but the staff members are gentle and sincere to solve our questions. I loved a small violet in a pot on the small table at the entrance. It is owner's spirit here.

A lock of the door to veranda did not perfectly lock.

The hotel is in a great location and was a really good value for money. The housekeeping usually comes every other day, and clean the whole apartment, the cleaning staff is very nice. The wifi is fast and pretty stable. Washer and dryer are available in the apartment, and are very convenient for a longer stay. Kitchen is pretty well equipped even for a longer stay, it has a pretty big fridge with a freezer, electric stove, microwave, kettle and utensils.

The apartment we got was in a bit worse state than in the photos. The walls could definitely use a new paint, cushions on couch and chairs were dirty and could use a deep clean. The same goes for curtains, which were stained and not changed during the month of our stay. The towels we got were always clean, but obviously older and sometimes had yellow stains. Same goes for bedsheets. Also note, that this apartment faces the neighbouring building (like 3 meters apart), so you won't get much natural light.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Monalisa Apartment. The unit was clean and comfortable, the staff were very kind and friendly, I felt a sense of security, the key-card is needed when entering the elevator to choose your floor, as well as needed to access your room, and there is always someone down in the lobby at the front desk. It was a lovely stay. Thank you Monalisa Apartment! =)

No cons, nothing bad or negative I can think of. Everything was great! =)

The staff were always very friendly & welcoming, great sized room, comfortable bed, full sized fridge, cold AirCon, strong shower, washing machine & dryer and free wifi & Netflix. The rooftop pool was fantastic and never to busy. Only a 5 minute walk to the beachfront, and there are numerous eateries, coffee shops and mini marts in either direction. Great accommodation and value for money. If I ever came back to Da Nang I would have no hesitation staying here again.

Only thing I didn't like were some of the behaviour from other visitors staying in the complex, rude, pacing passage way talking and yelling without consideration for others.
