Excellent location..Everything is within walking distance. Breakfast is very good indeed with plenty options to choose from. Polite and helpful staff. Clean rooms. Amenities and facilities are quite good and satisfactory.

Noise, especially at night..Obviously, double glazing is not efficient and certainly not really soundproof. Quite annoying when you want to rest. TV options are not existent. I don't understand why they provide all tv channels through Viettel (which is quite good for locals, but rubbish to foreigners), resulting in no access whatsoever, to international channels such as Netflix etc..Rooftop skybar could have been better organised and maintained

To sum up our whole experience with Cicilia, everything was perfect, from amenities, the location of the hotel is just few meters from MY KHE beach, ambience was great, breakfast buffet was very good with lots of choices, hotel was also in the center of absolutely everything restaurants, supermarket, laundry shops etc. Staff were very friendly & accommodating. Also, me & my partner would like to commend TINA, one of the hotels staff that was very charming, welcoming, polite, & friendly. She was truly a Gem/asset to the company, staff like her makes the stay even much better. We would love to come back again soon. Thank you!

The location is walking distance from the beach,night market and lots of restaurants. The bufet breakfast was absolutely fantastic. The staff were very friendly and treated us like celebrities. We love this place and I highly recommend this place.

I had a wonderful stay at Cicilia Hotels & Spa Danang, and I can’t recommend it enough! The hotel offers a great view of the beach, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the ocean breeze. The suite I stayed in was spacious, well-designed, and truly comfortable. Everything was thoughtfully laid out for a premium experience. The location is also fantastic, with lots of amenities nearby and easy access to the city—just a quick Grab ride and you’re in the heart of Danang in no time. Definitely a top choice for both relaxation and convenience!

One small area for improvement was the breakfast area, which tends to get quite busy and crowded. It could benefit from a little more space or perhaps a rearrangement to make it easier to move around and find a seat. Otherwise, everything was excellent, and the hotel still offers great value for its price. Highly recommended!

The staff at Cicilia are so warm and welcoming specific staff that are amazing - thaum thaum, nhong and Tiffany. The rooms are spacious and really comfortable. We had a room with a balcony and it was great to be able to get some fresh air. The breakfast had great options and was delicious. I like that there are 2x pools so you have the option of which one to use. Sometimes the rooftop pool was very busy. Excellent location close to so many great cafe, restaurants, massage etc.

Highly recommend staying at this hotel, it is great value for money. Great location, very close to the beach, and there are convenience stores and restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. The room is just like the picture, bright and spacious, and you can see the sunrise from the terrace. The breakfast varies every day and tastes good. All the staff are warm and welcoming, with friendly smiles, making you feel at home.

The only problem is the shower area, which is not well designed and will make the floor full of water when taking a shower.

Beach and fantastic cafes and restaurants all within easy walking distance. Fantastic staff, especially Nhung who went out of her way to ensure that we had a great stay (thanks Nhung!).

The gym air conditioning was on ineffective and we found the door wedged open on most occasions in an attempt to cool the room. The exercise equipment did not match the photos on their website (a complete fabrication) or on Booking.Com.

The staff was kind and accommodating especially the supervisor named Nguyen Ha. Her service was exceptional and went above and beyond. Truly a nice place to stay here. There was laundry service just across the hotel. Supermarket and souvenir shops nearby. Great place. The view in our room was magnificent. Food and coffee was great too. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

A really good choice for Da Nang. 3 minute walk to the beach, shops right across the road, tons of restaurants.. staff were really good and breakfast had a huge selection. The room was spotless and the bed super comfy. Was a bit noisy from the busy street and the hallway, even on the 9th floor, plus there is no iron available at all (only pricey laundry service options), but these wouldn't stop us from booking again, it was great!! Really glad we chose it, thank you

Not criticism, but suggestions. Rooms should have refrigerators, rather than coolers in the rooms as they are not cold enough. This is common in most hotels, but better lighting in the bathroom, particularly near the vanity mirror
