Everything- Staff were amazing, so welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Special big shout out to Bobby, who went out of his way to ensure we had a pleasant stay. Rooms were so clean, spacious and everything you need. Fabulous rooftop pool/bar (best mango smoothie) will an incredible view. Breakfast buffet one of the best we had in Vietnam with wide selection of delicious food. Perfect Location- Everything is on your doorstep, restaurant, shops, and walking distance to the beach too. Will definitely stay there again when I come back to Da Nang. Can’t rate this hotel enough, thank you for making my holiday that bit more enjoyable☺️😀 was very sad to have to leave.

The hotel facilities were great, the pool area was fabulous with a nice bar open most of the day and a beautiful view of the city and ocean. The staff were very nice and helpful. Location wise, you can't do much better. It is a block from the beach and many restaurants, massage spas, cafes and marts within blocks of the hotel. The breakfast was very good with a wide selection of items, but half the items weren't really my type of food. I think there would be something there for everyone though.

The only thing that didn't quite meet my expectations was the breakfast buffet. There was a wide selection but there were some issues. The toaster wasn't working correctly, the juices were not ones I really liked, and have of the entrees were not appetizing to me. However, the other entrees were good so I always found something to eat. The tea time snacks were great.

A Perfect Stay at Golden Lotus Luxury We stayed at Golden Lotus Luxury for six nights and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always smiling. The hotel’s rooftop infinity pool with beach views, elegant rooms, and top notch food and drinks made the stay unforgettable. The location is unbeatable, just a 2 to 3 minute walk to the beach. We also enjoyed unexpected perks like a complimentary cooking class. Overall, it’s excellent value for such a refined and well run hotel. Highly recommended and we wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

We had a fantastic stay at this wonderful hotel. The location could not have been better. Just a few steps from the beach and within easy walking distance to loads of great restaurants. Even when we wanted to venture further out getting a taxi was no trouble at all. A special thank you to James and Cara who made us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we arrived. The breakfast each morning was a real highlight. So many delicious options to choose from. There was something for everyone in the family. The pool was another big plus. Especially on those really hot days. Perfect for cooling off while enjoying the amazing view. The hotel itself was spotless. The staff were always happy to share tips on what to see and do. Not just locally but also for the rest of our journey through Vietnam. Their recommendations were spot on and helped us make the most of our time. I would happily recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Clean. Friendly. In a great spot. It really ticked all the boxes for us.

Maybe not in every room but the shower/toilet was full glass and looked directly into the apartment block across the alley. When we arrived in the dark didn't realise this and didn't realise a blind needed to be kept down if you didn't want people looking directly into the bathroom. An odd design feature.

The staff were so friendly - especially Bobby on the front desk who was also hilarious! Our room was huge and overlooked the ocean plus the location is wonderful, within walking distance to the beach and some of the absolute best Banh Mi! We enjoyed the dinner on the night of the firework festival up on the rooftop and it was absolutely lovely. The pool was incredibly nice to go for a dip in and we utilised the fitness centre for a quick session! We would definitely stay here again and couldn't recommend it more.

The staffs are all very friendly and helpful. Weeks before our trip staff Hana was in contact to ask if we needed anything to be arranged. She helped to arrange airport pickup and room decoration for wedding anniversary. Staff Micky made our check in very smooth and fast. Had a handful of queries and they were all patient and explaining it to us. During check out staff Luna helped us through out till we left in the car. Swimming pool was nice with the views and bar. Loved the whole experience at Golden Lotus Luxury Hotel. I am already missing it….

Really enjoyed my 5 night stay here at the Golden Lotus Luxury. Breakfast and an afternoon tea were included which was really convenient when traveling with kids. The staff were amazing. I had ordered something online and ran into issues. Helen, Boonie, Bobby and Quang were able to coordinate with the vendor and make sure my package was delivered on time. Staff were so kind and really made us feel welcomed. Any time I needed help, they didn’t hesitate. The location was just a block from the beach, with plenty of restaurants, nail shops and massages parlors to choose from. We stayed on the 12floor and could see the dragon bridge and part of the beach from our balcony. We were lucky enough to be around for the Fireworks festival and had a great view from our room. I would stay here again.

Beach view suite was spacious. Breakfast was ok. Staff were very attentive and lovely. Close to restaurants and coffee shops.

It was very hot in the foyer..no AC. Checkin took a bit of time before being shown to my room. The room was very noisy from other guests walking up the hallway and staff accessing the cleaning closet. There is a lot of construction happening all around the hotel at present and there was heavy ground smashing machinery going until very early hours of the morning each night making it difficult to sleep. There area seemed to me more backpacker vibe and party central so may suit younger guests. The pool is very small and is only accessed via a flight of stairs to the rooftop area.

Rooms were clean, modern and new. Beds are comfortable. Great breakfast has great variety everyday. Very close walking distance to the beach. Staff were very helpful.

I saw the staff that checks our room after we check-out steal the money we left for housekeeping.

We really liked this location - right near My Khe Beach in beautiful Da Nang. It was easy to walk around, both to the river and the ocean. There are great restaurants and coffee shops in the area. The ocean view room we reserved was comfortable and spacious, with a large and comfortable king bed. The staff at breakfast and in the lobby were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast assortment was fresh, varied, and delicious. The housekeeping did a great job each and every day! There was a nice bonus of afternoon tea on the rooftop, which also has a nice swimming pool.

The bathroom flooded a bit during showering. It would be nice to have a larger bath mat or a squeegee brush to push water down the drain. We also ended up not using the laundry service through the hotel, as the price was shockingly high. They should consider contracting with local laundries that have rates by the kg instead of by piece.
