Everything- Staff were amazing, so welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Special big shout out to Bobby, who went out of his way to ensure we had a pleasant stay. Rooms were so clean, spacious and everything you need. Fabulous rooftop pool/bar (best mango smoothie) will an incredible view. Breakfast buffet one of the best we had in Vietnam with wide selection of delicious food. Perfect Location- Everything is on your doorstep, restaurant, shops, and walking distance to the beach too. Will definitely stay there again when I come back to Da Nang. Can’t rate this hotel enough, thank you for making my holiday that bit more enjoyable☺️😀 was very sad to have to leave.

The staffs are all very friendly and helpful. Weeks before our trip staff Hana was in contact to ask if we needed anything to be arranged. She helped to arrange airport pickup and room decoration for wedding anniversary. Staff Micky made our check in very smooth and fast. Had a handful of queries and they were all patient and explaining it to us. During check out staff Luna helped us through out till we left in the car. Swimming pool was nice with the views and bar. Loved the whole experience at Golden Lotus Luxury Hotel. I am already missing it….

Rooms were clean, modern and new. Beds are comfortable. Great breakfast has great variety everyday. Very close walking distance to the beach. Staff were very helpful.

I saw the staff that checks our room after we check-out steal the money we left for housekeeping.

We really liked this location - right near My Khe Beach in beautiful Da Nang. It was easy to walk around, both to the river and the ocean. There are great restaurants and coffee shops in the area. The ocean view room we reserved was comfortable and spacious, with a large and comfortable king bed. The staff at breakfast and in the lobby were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast assortment was fresh, varied, and delicious. The housekeeping did a great job each and every day! There was a nice bonus of afternoon tea on the rooftop, which also has a nice swimming pool.

The bathroom flooded a bit during showering. It would be nice to have a larger bath mat or a squeegee brush to push water down the drain. We also ended up not using the laundry service through the hotel, as the price was shockingly high. They should consider contracting with local laundries that have rates by the kg instead of by piece.

The hotel was very new and it looked great. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Around the hotel were many good bars and restaurants (try the Vietnamese Daily Cuisine, I can only recommend this restaurant.) Even when off-season you find plenty to do around there.

When I am on vacation then I usually want to sleep longer and therefore go later for breakfast (10am or later). In this hotel (and in general in Vietnam) the breakfast is latest till 9.30. So I never went to the breakfast which was included in the price.

I stayed for two nights on a last-minute booking and was impressed from the start. Helen at reception went above and beyond—showed me the room before check-in, gave me a high-floor room, arranged a complimentary afternoon tea, and even a free airport limousine drop-off. Ryan, the relationship manager, was also fantastic—great local tips and lovely to chat with. Both spoke perfect English and made the stay feel very personal. You can tell they treat every guest with genuine care. The rooftop pool has a great view of the sea, and the location is perfect—close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Overall, the service was exceptional and I’d definitely return!

The hotel was great and the staff here were exceptional! Bobby at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. Even when issues came up he was right there to help resolve them quickly! He had good recommendations for things to do in the area (which by the way - the hotel is situated in a great part of the city). Anh was just as amazing.. she greets everyone with a smile and remembers faces when you go in for breakfast and even makes conversation in a professional manner! For a solo traveller, they definitely made my visit to DA Nang a memorable one. Thank you Bobby, Anh and the gentleman at the front who helped with my bags.

Only issue I had was fixed right away so it would not be fair to ding them on this. That said, I'd recommend the rooms be fumigated and aired out from time to time given the humid climate in DA nang.

The location is very convenient, just a 3-minute walk to the beach, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options and is quite good. The staff is very friendly—they even upgraded our room as a gesture for our two-week stay. Check-out was also a pleasant experience, as they kindly gave us an extra hour.

The towels are a bit worn out, and after just one day of use, they tend to develop an unpleasant smell. Although they are changed daily, a more thorough wash could help prevent this issue from occurring so quickly.

The hotel is in a great location. Wonderful staff and spotlessly clean. The buffet breakfast was fantastic, east and west food with egg station. Top quality produce. The roof top bar was lovely. We enjoyed complimentary afternoon tea. We also enjoyed 2 for 1 cocktails at happy hour. The staff helped with bags, taxis etc. The room had a view of the beach. We had a gorgeous bathroom, big living and bedroom area with a big TV. The sliding doors could be opened for fresh air. I also booked a masage, very good, and clean, peaceful spa inhouse. It was quiet, yet very close to the action and mini mart. A swim would have been great but the weather was a bit rainy. Checked out the gym, well equiped.

Loved everything about this hotel

Just want to say that we love everything at the hotel. However, We didn't have time to enjoy the Spa service. The staffs: they are helpful, nice and very friendly. When we waited at the reception for our taxi, I have a very nice chat with Olivier Duong. Thank you Duong ( as we are a little bit early for our booked taxi) The room: a very big and comfortable bed. We have all, room service, mini bar with the price more than correct. We have fruit welcome when we check in. All are well prepared. Check in and check out: very quick and you will have someone who bring you to your room and explain everything. Price: very good value for what we got. We got offer an afternoon tea Location: very close to the beach, so for sunrise, really great😊 Swimming pool at the rooftop: my daughter really enjoyed it. It was not crowded at all. From the rooftop, we have a manifiy view to the ocean and the city as well.
