Staff were fabulous. As soon as we pulled up, their conceige came out and immediately helped with our luggage. Great breakfast included every morning and afternoon tea, every day staff always at hand but not lingering around. Mini Mart inside the hotel, which was great for quick snacks or drinks when heading out. Driver available to take around at a really good price, should have got the hotel to pick up at airport. Will do next time. Great location, 5 minute walk to the beach. Definitely will visit again.

Use 2 frying pans for the eggs at breakfast. Simple. Everyone is always waiting for eggs every morning. Have to walk 3 flights to get to rootop pool, no lift. No hand basin in the toilet/ bathroom so you have to turn the shower on to wash hands. Really strange and unhygienic for a high end hotel.

The hotel and rooms were nice and clean, and I liked that they added two bottles of water free of charge every day. Breakfast was really good with a wide variety of foods for every palate. We booked the room that included included afternoon tea and a massage which was really nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful, also when I needed to park our scooter in the basement

The pool was nice, but be it is smaller than what you think. The facilities seems a little underdimensioned for the size of the hotel. But during our stay it was manageable There’s a lot of construction going on the area right now - and the walls and windows does not absorb a lot of sound….

The whole family really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Throughout the whole stay, we were treated as royalties and we really appreciated that. I was looking forward to meet the world famous Helen. I say "world famous", as whoever read any comment from booking.com about the hotel, must have learned about Helen. In all comments she was praised for the help and kindness, going above and beyond, and I can confirm it's really like that. Even better. She greeted us at the reception, she helped us with suggested tours. Every morning, she would be in the breakfast room, greeting people and helping them. I also have to mention Mr. Hai (hope I got the spelling right), who was also very helpful at the pool/restaurant area, giving advises, having a chat with guests, helping with getting around the hotel. If Helen was not there, Hai would be there to assist. Both of them made such a nice impressions on us. Especially my daughter was really happy to have a chat with Helen and tell her about our adventures. As for the hotel, we had two extra large beds, for four of us. The beds were comfy and the room really clean. The bathroom was also modern. We were given daily complimentary water for each person. If case we needed something, it was only a phone call away. As for the pool, even though it looked a bit smallish, it was actually quite ok, and we enjoyed very much swimming in it. I would classify it as a heated pool. The water was the perfect temperature, not cold, not warm. We found the location really good, one block from the beach - 3-5min walking. Otherwise, the Grab app will sort all your transportation needs. And it works extremely well. Finally one last thing I need to mention. On our last day, we were invited to the hotel's big celebration of the National Reunification day (30/04). There was an afternoon tea and some other activities. The whole family participated and we would like to thank Helen and the rest of the staff.

Staying here with my family of 6 for 7 nights was such a delight and made our trip to Da Nang so special. The staff are exceptionally kind, especially Helen who was always keen to help us with various things. The rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. The breakfast buffet had a variety of food so we were very satisfied every morning. I would definitely come back here if I get a chance to visit. The location was superb too, very close to the beach, restaurants and convenient stores.

The views from our room wasn't ideal. We had a torned down building next door and it was not a nice sight to see when you wake up. We had an unfortunate accident with our toddler where she acciddntly broken a bowl during breakfast and the staff made us sign a bill to pay for the bowl. However after expressing our disappointment at this gesture, the staff were nice enough to waiver for the cost of the bowl before we checked out.

The room was spacious and had two very comfortable beds for Asian Standards. The a/c in the room was a great plus. Very comfortable pillows and blankets aswell. We were also able to easily connect our Netflix Account to the tv. We had enaugh Space as a Family of 4.Our Kids loved the Hotel Pool despite the fact that it was rather small. All employees were extremly friendly and very polite. The Hotel is just minutes from the famous mykhe Beach and there are plenty of Restaurant options close by. The mini Supermarkt at the First floor was also very nice to have. The breakfast Buffet was amazing & had new options Daily. It is def more for asian tastebuds but we still found plenty of food that we loved. Esp the donuts were our kids favorites. We would def Book this Hotel again for our Next Trip to Danang!

More hangers, more options in the bathroom to store sth Otherwise I would even rate this whole stay a 10/10 esp when you think about the Price that we paid to stay for one week including breakfast

🌟 A Perfect Stay at Golden Lotus Da Nang — Truly Beyond Expectations! 🌟 From the moment we arrived at Golden Lotus Da Nang, everything exceeded our expectations. The location is excellent — central, convenient, and easily accessible to all the must-visit spots. There’s even a mini-market right in the lobby, which came in super handy during our stay. What made the experience truly exceptional, though, was the incredible staff, Everyone we interacted with was kind, helpful, and incredibly accommodating. We had a few requests — extra pillows, an iron, and a room on a higher floor— and every single one was fulfilled quickly and with a smile. A special thank you to Ruby, Edward, Helen,and especially Win (the bellboy) and Luc (our driver), who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and seamless. Their hospitality is next-level — it honestly felt like being cared for by friends. Our stay included complimentary breakfast and afternoon tea, which felt like such a treat. The food was great, and the whole experience felt far more luxurious than the price would suggest — especially considering we booked a sea view room! The room itself was cozy, modern, and spotless— exactly what I look for when booking accommodations. The shower had great water pressure, and we appreciated all the thoughtful touches: free slippers, bottled water, coffee, tea, and all the essentials provided throughout our stay. For those who like to stay active, the hotel also has a fitness center, perfect if you don’t want to skip your workout while traveling. And don’t miss the rooftop area— it’s a beautiful spot to unwind and take in the Da Nang skyline. If I ever return to Da Nang (and I hope I do!), I’ll absolutely book Golden Lotus Da Nang again. I loved everything about this stay — it was truly a 10/10 experience. The only sad part is… we can’t stay here forever. 😭 Thank you for everything, Golden Lotus!

We were 2 families of 6 and 4 travelling and staying in Da Nang for 3 nights. The hotel was spotless, rooms although not huge were fine. The beds were comfortable and the super king size was a great size! We especially liked the adjoining feature which was great for our 2 younger girls. The staff were exceptional, especially Helen who could not do enough to ensure we had a great experience in Da Nang. Breakfast area was a great size and the options superb!

Being a large group it was unfeasible for us all to go to the pool together as the area could not fit us without taking over the area! The pool is also in full shade. Smoking is allowed at the pool bar…

Exceptional Stay – Warm Hospitality in a Perfect Location From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. The hotel is in a perfect spot. Just a few minutes’ walk to great restaurants, cozy bars, and the beach. But what really made this stay so special was the people. Our room was clean, spacious, and super comfortable. We loved relaxing by the pool, and the breakfast buffet had something for everyone. I especially looked forward to the freshly made omelettes each morning, such a nice touch! What stood out the most was the warm and attentive service. Every single staff member went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and happy throughout our stay. A heartfelt thank-you to Helen at the front desk. She was simply amazing, so kind, helpful, and genuinely interested in making our trip memorable. Thanks to her, we got to experience beautiful places like Hoi An, the Coconut Boat ride, Marble Mountains, Linh Ung Pagoda, and the magical Ba Na Hills with the Golden Bridge. Her help and kindness meant a lot to us. We will definitely return and are happy to recommend this hotel to all our friends back in Norway.

Good location a street back from the beach. Had a beach view room which although small was comfortable. Nice rooftop pool and bar, with great cocktails. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Helen gave us her WhatsAp number and we could message her with any tours we wanted to book or general questions about the area/markets and restaurants. Breakfast was great, big selection each morning. Easy walk to many bars, restaurants, pharmacies, laundry’s and massages places.

They are onto you as soon as you arrive at breakfast to try to sell/organise you tours and activities for the day, which can be helpful but just seemed a little pushy. Also everyone wants a review

We had a generally pleasant stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our visit—special thanks to Helen, who was truly fantastic. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and we really appreciated her support. The room itself was beautiful, spacious, and clean, with a large bathroom that added to our comfort. However, the bed was extremely firm, which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable for us. Unfortunately, there were a couple of downsides. The breakfast was quite disappointing and didn’t live up to expectations. On our first night, we experienced a significant amount of noise—so loud that it seriously disrupted our rest. Disappointingly, there was no apology or offer of compensation for this issue. Overall, while there were some shortcomings, especially with breakfast and noise, the warm service—especially from Helen—and the lovely room made our stay enjoyable.
