A fabulous beachfront hotel, with options for dining, cafes, beach activies and massage/spa right at your door step. Room layout and design was great, complete with a very good shower & bathroom. Try to choose a corner suite on a high floor on right hand side of building as these rooms offered the best unobstructed views. The afternoon tea served in the lobby each afternoon is lovely and often was accompanied by someone playing the piano. The breakfast buffet is excellent, so many options- we recommend you try their Noodle soups. Roof top pool is great for cooling off in the heat of the afternoon sun. The staff are all very professional and incredibly friendly and kind. Rooms were spotlessly clean and bed was super comfy. We loved our stay at this hotel and would stay here again.

High polished tiles in the lobby are very slippery when wet so caution is required. Had a bit of trouble with the TV trying to access our streaming services so a how to guide for this TV would have been helpful.

How to sum up Haian Beach Resort and Spa in one word? Exceptional. In every respect! First time guest, many time visitor to the country. I booked a 14 night stay at Haian and from the outset the communication was prompt and informative. Transportation from the airport was arranged easily and my smiling driver was there to greet me in a vehicle which had massage seats! Now where do I start? You are absolutely spoiled for choice with the phenomenal breakfast buffet. A wonderful fusion of Vietnamese and Western offerings, many different fresh fruits, an egg station cooking omelettes and your choice of eggs, the pho station, the freshest and most beautiful salads, an extensive range of cakes and pastries, fresh juices, coffee and tea and more. You won’t find a better start to the day than this one! There is something for everyone. Happy Hour cocktails up on the rooftop were a wonderful end to the day overlooking the ocean and the spectacular horizon pool and the bar staff were so attentive! The cocktails were actually the cheapest I found. An impeccable housekeeping team who always greeted you with a smile and who brought your room back to spotlessly clean every time. The Hanatural Spa Treatments. Absolute bliss! And the location. Right opposite the beachfront overlooking stunning My An Beach within walking distance to everything! Very quickly I started to feel like part of the Haian family on this trip and I cannot wait to return with my next trip already booked! I booked a partial ocean view room and it was spacious and equipped with everything you need on a vacation. Drinking water is provided each day. An extremely well managed and run hotel. The owners and management should be very proud! Value for money and location 10/10. Staff 11/10! I couldn’t recommend Haian Beach Hotel and Spa more highly!

The location of the hotel is fantastic for access to the beach and beach clubs. Lots of eateries, a mini mart and massage vendors are within close walking distance. The pool is big and there is a reasonable amount of seating - though it is a large hotel so could get squishy when it’s full. The hotel breakfast buffet was amazing. You could eat Vietnamese, Western and many other options in between. Hard to get a table close to 8am. The afternoon tea was average. The bed linen and towels (bath, beach and pool) were great quality. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly.

We were located in the south side of the building on the 7th floor. It’s a building site. They started very early in the morning and on our last morning, they worked throughout the night. Steel banging at 2am in the morning and then various preparations to pour concrete at 4am. There was nothing the hotel could do about it, but did offer a free transfer to Hoi A when we raised the issue on checkout. We wished we’d ask to switch rooms earlier, but we didn’t know that they worked overnight to avoid the heat when we checked in.

The hotel’s location near the beach was excellent. While the staff were friendly, they didn’t offer much of a greeting upon check-in, though they were noticeably more attentive and welcoming during checkout. The pool area was beautiful, with exceptional service from the staff there. Our room was comfortable but smaller than we had anticipated. Overall it was good value for the money.

The two main issues we encountered were, firstly, the hotel’s proximity to a very busy road, making access to the beach somewhat challenging and contributing to noticeable noise levels at night (though the hotel does provide earplugs). Secondly, construction is underway on both sides of the hotel. While there was no active work during our stay, guests on our side of the building had their view partially obstructed by a high-rise. That said, the hotel was considerate enough to offer compensation in the form of vouchers for use during our stay. Also don’t expect too much from the afternoon tea.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful, with excellent facilities and a well-maintained atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was a standout - despite being packed with guests, the food was always replenished, and the variety of options was incredible. The staff throughout the hotel were incredibly sweet and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Our room was clean and exactly as expected, which added to the overall comfort of our stay. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant, and it was a fantastic experience with both great food and exceptional service.

Unfortunately, we didn’t get the chance to use the pool, as it was always quite full whenever we went up. It would have been nice to experience that part of the hotel as well.

The staff was polite, helpful and very accommodating for my needs. Especially Mr. Nguyen Tran Trung made sure I was taken care of.

We loved our stay and the big beds, the city view and the food at Ca Go. The staff is so friendly and polite and we were so lucky they packed a breakfast package for us for our 5am flight. It was cold and misty and windy on the beach front so we did not use the pool but everything in the hotel made our stay special despite no sun. Definitely use Grab if you can and wlak around for the first day. There's a pom Cafe near and it is safe. The shower is good, just does not have a closing door so it can get cold but just close the bathroom door also. We enjoyed the Pho and breakfast variety and the staff was fantastic. Thank you Haian team🙏✨

The shower does not have a door so it can get open and cold. Everything else is great. Netflix would be nice but we were out most of the day and there are local English channels. We liked that there was an iron and daily water.great service, great price.

Staff were amazing and very helpful. Rooms and pool very nice. A very nice place to stay. There was a bit of work going on in foyer lounge so afternoon tea was quite noisy, we made one but skipped 2 of our 3 days. Our room view was blocked due to abandoned buildings site next door, we were given two vouchers to cover this. The other room I booked was on the other side of our room of building. There was new building being built next door with construction all day and Crane working all night, this was very noisy of an evening but this could not be helped as accommodation have no control over this, they were very apologetic about it though. If we came back we would consider staying here again, however would check if building work finished.

Just all the building work, which could not be helped. In time this will not be an issue once finished.

Subeo, the Senior Guest Relations Supervisor went out of her way to make me and my friends feel welcomed, organised a birthday treat with much detail and constantly checked in. There a great bar and pool area. The location is prime. Breakfast was great and rooms are super spacious.

There was construction on either side of the hotel, luckily we were able to get rooms higher up and the noise was minimal to nothing, so the staff reacted well. The beach is super busy, it isn’t much of a resort feel though still vibrant. The breakfast area is so large and it gets dirty and messy during the breakfast period.

Great hotel located right opposite My Khe beach. We booked 2 rooms for our family - a double city view and an ocean front suite. Our suite was lovely and spacious. We were located on the 20th floor so had amazing views! The breakfast buffet was massive with lots of options.

We chose this hotel for the rooftop pool but only had the afternoon on our first day to enjoy it as we were notified 9pm that evening that it would be closed for the next 2 days, which was the rest of our stay. We were extremely disappointed and although we were offered transfers to another hotel pool, it was a ground floor pool and not as nice. This put a damper on our stay otherwise we would’ve scored this hotel 9/10.
