A fabulous beachfront hotel, with options for dining, cafes, beach activies and massage/spa right at your door step. Room layout and design was great, complete with a very good shower & bathroom. Try to choose a corner suite on a high floor on right hand side of building as these rooms offered the best unobstructed views. The afternoon tea served in the lobby each afternoon is lovely and often was accompanied by someone playing the piano. The breakfast buffet is excellent, so many options- we recommend you try their Noodle soups. Roof top pool is great for cooling off in the heat of the afternoon sun. The staff are all very professional and incredibly friendly and kind. Rooms were spotlessly clean and bed was super comfy. We loved our stay at this hotel and would stay here again.

High polished tiles in the lobby are very slippery when wet so caution is required. Had a bit of trouble with the TV trying to access our streaming services so a how to guide for this TV would have been helpful.

How to sum up Haian Beach Resort and Spa in one word? Exceptional. In every respect! First time guest, many time visitor to the country. I booked a 14 night stay at Haian and from the outset the communication was prompt and informative. Transportation from the airport was arranged easily and my smiling driver was there to greet me in a vehicle which had massage seats! Now where do I start? You are absolutely spoiled for choice with the phenomenal breakfast buffet. A wonderful fusion of Vietnamese and Western offerings, many different fresh fruits, an egg station cooking omelettes and your choice of eggs, the pho station, the freshest and most beautiful salads, an extensive range of cakes and pastries, fresh juices, coffee and tea and more. You won’t find a better start to the day than this one! There is something for everyone. Happy Hour cocktails up on the rooftop were a wonderful end to the day overlooking the ocean and the spectacular horizon pool and the bar staff were so attentive! The cocktails were actually the cheapest I found. An impeccable housekeeping team who always greeted you with a smile and who brought your room back to spotlessly clean every time. The Hanatural Spa Treatments. Absolute bliss! And the location. Right opposite the beachfront overlooking stunning My An Beach within walking distance to everything! Very quickly I started to feel like part of the Haian family on this trip and I cannot wait to return with my next trip already booked! I booked a partial ocean view room and it was spacious and equipped with everything you need on a vacation. Drinking water is provided each day. An extremely well managed and run hotel. The owners and management should be very proud! Value for money and location 10/10. Staff 11/10! I couldn’t recommend Haian Beach Hotel and Spa more highly!

The location of the hotel is fantastic for access to the beach and beach clubs. Lots of eateries, a mini mart and massage vendors are within close walking distance. The pool is big and there is a reasonable amount of seating - though it is a large hotel so could get squishy when it’s full. The hotel breakfast buffet was amazing. You could eat Vietnamese, Western and many other options in between. Hard to get a table close to 8am. The afternoon tea was average. The bed linen and towels (bath, beach and pool) were great quality. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly.

We were located in the south side of the building on the 7th floor. It’s a building site. They started very early in the morning and on our last morning, they worked throughout the night. Steel banging at 2am in the morning and then various preparations to pour concrete at 4am. There was nothing the hotel could do about it, but did offer a free transfer to Hoi A when we raised the issue on checkout. We wished we’d ask to switch rooms earlier, but we didn’t know that they worked overnight to avoid the heat when we checked in.

The hotel staff were efficient and very friendly. Breakfast was very good and we enjoyed afternoon teas. Th location was excellent being close to two amazing beach bars. We werehappy that we were offered a limo service to the airport. Enjoyed use of the free bycycle which was great for ridinig along the beach front.

The pool area surroundings doesn't seem large enough for the number of guests, but was always clean and well maintained. The children playing the hockey game were noisy and perhaps it should be relocated. Also the bar staff were very efficient and friendly. Perhaps the happy hour should start at 5.00 pm and maybe offer 2 for the price of 1 instead of three for the price of 2.

This is our second time staying with HAIAN. Salute to every single staff who work tirelessly dealing with the "not very easy" guests. HAIAN is the best value for money compare to all the facilities provided. Services received from staff working in every department, from front office, concierge, house keeping, bar staff, restaurant staff - everyone. Salute to everyone working at HAIAN, they deserve a big bonus for their hard working. For those who read the review to get the right info about this hotel, please book it - do NOT hesitate. Location is best, room size is big enough even the cheapest room which I booked, restaurants are top quality, the spa, pool bar, the complimentary breakfast is adequate and good enough for you to start your day, besides, hotel offered free afternoon tea with lots of cakes and pastry every afternoon at the hotel lobby. Ten out of ten, though there are few little flaws at the hotel but it is the best value you could get for the amount you pay. As a whole, this hotel is one of the best hotel in Danang.

Nothing I do not like about this hotel, except the noise from the construction of the adjacent building which has nothing to do with the hotel.

The hotel’s location near the beach was excellent. While the staff were friendly, they didn’t offer much of a greeting upon check-in, though they were noticeably more attentive and welcoming during checkout. The pool area was beautiful, with exceptional service from the staff there. Our room was comfortable but smaller than we had anticipated. Overall it was good value for the money.

The two main issues we encountered were, firstly, the hotel’s proximity to a very busy road, making access to the beach somewhat challenging and contributing to noticeable noise levels at night (though the hotel does provide earplugs). Secondly, construction is underway on both sides of the hotel. While there was no active work during our stay, guests on our side of the building had their view partially obstructed by a high-rise. That said, the hotel was considerate enough to offer compensation in the form of vouchers for use during our stay. Also don’t expect too much from the afternoon tea.

Amazing stay right from being picked up at the airport through to checkout! We booked 5 nights in Da Nang at Haian Beach Hotel and were picked up by what has to be the most comfortable transfer van in Vietnam! Greeted warmly at reception by staff with a delicious lemon iced tea, this was the perfect start to an amazing stay at the hotel. The room was fantastic - spacious, quiet, clean, comfortable with a great view out over the bay! And such a comfortable bed! But the standout for us was the daily breakfast included in the stay. This was definitely the most variety and best tasting of all our stays in Vietnam- didn't need to eat for the rest of the day! Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and organized a takeaway breakfast for our early checkout on the last morning. Couldn't recommend this hotel any higher!

Can't fault it!

This hotel was absolutely beautiful, with excellent facilities and a well-maintained atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was a standout - despite being packed with guests, the food was always replenished, and the variety of options was incredible. The staff throughout the hotel were incredibly sweet and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Our room was clean and exactly as expected, which added to the overall comfort of our stay. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant, and it was a fantastic experience with both great food and exceptional service.

Unfortunately, we didn’t get the chance to use the pool, as it was always quite full whenever we went up. It would have been nice to experience that part of the hotel as well.

Absolutely perfect service! Everyone we met was so helpful and friendly. We had a wonderful room with sea view and a seating area. Bathroom was large with two sinks and a lot of amenities. Breakfast had a lot to offer (even banh mi and pho). Very delicious. I used the Hanatural Spa for a back massage and foot service. The nice frontdesk lady helped me book it. Due to construction outside we even had 400.000 Dong vouchers. Special thanks to Tuyet at the Spa who really made a nice massage. They treated me like a queen.

Not the hotels fault: on the second night, there was a band playing music outside until 3 am and there was construction next to the hotel at 2 am (!!) with hammering, crane and cement truck. I really dont understand why the city allows this next to hotels because this also harms their business. Apart from that, nothing was a problem at this hotel.

The staff at Haian were very lovely and welcoming to their hotel. They always said hello and goodbye as you walked through the reception. The breakfast was magnificent there were a lot of options and the biggest buffet I have seen.

The mattress was very hard but manageable to sleep in. Before booking you should know there is construction next door. It is very loud and it is continuous banging from about 7:30am till around 8:30pm. So if your one that is a light sleeper or likes a nap during the day it’s probably not ideal. However, as I spoke to the staff there about this, they were very apologetic about this as it is out of their control.
