The location on the beach. Room had full height windows to take in the whole coastline

When we arrived they said our suite had been cancelled. This was despite numerous messages assuring us the room would be held. The rooftop bar doesn't serve wine. The lifts are atrocious. Despite 6 lifts, on busy days we were crowded into a few lifts. The overflow breakfast room didn't keep the food and tea/coffee hot. All was cold. The hotel is minimalist, relying on the location as a drawcard. Not a five star hotel.

The perfect location, amazing view and very spacious room

Initially the mattress was very hard. Even after they put a padding on top of it. The first three days the spa bath in our room wasn’t working. On the fourth day they made a major repair, but refused to compensate for the inconvenience. We were on the 34th floor. Piano music could be heard in our room from 5.30 am every day. Staff level of English was very poor. However staff mostly were very polite and courteous.

- Rooftop bar in the 40th floor: is a must try, even if you don’t stay in the hotel. The view there is sooooo stunning, either in a moonlight light or a sunny day. - Excellent service: we got a free upgrade thanks to booking.com promotion from a no view, no window room to a twin room with partial seats view so I was happy enough but Định the bellman made us even more happy as he walk our luggage to the room and realised we are travelling as a couple so he ask if we want to request a room change to double room and then the hotel is very nice to change it for free. Such a very thoughtful gesture. Định really went extra miles for customer’s satisfaction. He helped us a lot with hotel information and taxi, too. Other staffs are also very welcoming. They really exceeded my expectations which premade from reading other reviews. Oh, and we got welcome drinks and food too :) - Location: very near the beach and An Thuong areas where lots of shops and services are available. Our room is on the back corner of the hotel, floor 21 so we got a very beautiful view of the beach and the city while stayed away from the noise in the beach in the evening.

- The building and room was built a long time ago I guess so furniture and carpets look a bit old and worn out here and there, although still very clean. - The breakfast is not specially tasty but it’s common in other Muong Thanh hotels too

staff is attentive

u went to the spa….. the massage staff have no skill at all……. massage was terrible……. she offered sex service instead…… was very disappointed to see such service in a five star hotel….

The view from the room was amazing looking out onto the beach, the breakfast was excellent, so much variety, the rooftop bar is definitely worth a visit just for the view all around da nang

The bathroom could do with a few alterations because when you take a shower it floods the bathroom

The suite was great! Amazing view, Good value for it too. cleaning was good. Location is great too.

Restaurants were closed in the hotel, less sense of food & drinks for breakfast. Staff at counter did not help on my requests and sent me out to check myself (rent motorbike, exchange money)

Locations with spectacular beach view, nearby restaurants and convenient shops.

Breakfast menus and qualities can be improved better.

Good breakfast, and AMAZING OCEAN VIEW! Just across the road from the beach and it has everything nearby - spa, restaurants, convenience store right downstairs

The curtains could be thicker & more light blocking

the breakfast was ok would of liked more chicken options and sweeter fruits. still enjoyed the breakfast.

my first room was located where construction was happening. the staff swiftly moved my room for my comfort. also the amount of noice you could hear from people walking outside of the rooms. rooms need to be sound proofed.

The bed was hard, but in my experience, this is a common finding in Vietnamese Hotels. It how they like to sleep.
