First of all, the location is perfect. Its directly on the beach front with beautiful views. The room itself is just as the pictures suggest where everything lived up to our high expectations. Furthermore the staff really made the visit special, they went above and beyond for us at every occasion making the experience truly 5 star. I came with my girlfriend to celebrate her birthday and had let the staff know in a message just to be cheeky and see if they'd do anything for it. They absolutely did. At the check-in desk, they wished her a happy birthday and upgraded our room to a full ocean view which was amazing. On her birthday the following day they came to our room (at a time they had arranged with me) to bring her a birthday cake which I will add a photo of. It's a little detail, but it really topped off the experience for us. The swimming pool was lovely and quiet. The breakfast was a vast buffet with countless choices (and changed options each day), and the complimentary afternoon tea was a lot of fun. 10/10 experience and at a great price. When choosing which fancy hotel to stay with in the area, we felt there were a lot of choices that look similar on paper. If you're in the same position, then choose this hotel. We had a great time, and so will you.

Location is 10/10 at the middle of best area of the beach super convenient and lively all restaurants and shops are close by Hotel is excellent : staff are super friendly breakfast is rich and upto highest expectations They gave me 2 vouchers for afternoon tea as I booked 2 separate bookings each 2 nights Also they arranged for my airport drop off and pick up I highly recommend this hotel to any solo female traveller visiting Vietnam for the first time Special thanks to ms.QUYNH at the receptions she took care of all my tours and even rescheduled. Last minutes when I didn’t feel well If I come back again surely will stay at this hotel in Danang

Excellent staff - room cleaning superb Airport drop off excellent and efficient

Tv remotes had flat batteries and then TV didn’t work. The toilet bidet was leaking and water would pool Someone was smoking and it came through the air conditioning - we are non smokers Hotel doesn’t really cater for non- Korean or non-Indian guests with food buffet and generally the restaurant was dirty - tables not wiped clean, place mats not changed between guests, food by 0830 was not hot or replenished Questionable with 5 stars - more 4 star but exceptional view

This is a 5-star hotel with an affordable price, very well located in front of the beach in Da Nang. We took the family room, which was big enough, comfortable, clean and had e nice ocean view! We had a complimentary tea at the pool upon arrival, which was very nice and tasty. The pool, by the way, is fantastic, with an ocean view, warm water and great for relaxing. The breakfast was amazing, full of great options and also the restaurant for dinner and lunch offered great food! We were very please with that place, since the location allowed us to enjoy the beach and the costal sidewalk during the day and night, always feeling safe and happy to be there!

Minor things: Little disappointing guests need to pay for snooker albeit only 150k dong for an hour Our bed in the room was comfortable but was very squeaky and felt lacking in cushioning of mattress. Chair at desk was also very squeaky and needs repaired Struggled to get English on TV and work out the channels in general

Good hotel opposite the beach. Walking distance to restaurants. Wide variety of breakfast, mainly for the Asian community. Reception staff when we checked in allowed us to check out at 2pm. Bana hills 40min taxi ride. Coconut forest 30 min taxi ride. Overall excellent stay. .

Was charged For a broken glass! Afternoon tea was disappointing not the same as in pictures, just 2 fried rolls and some cakes. On route to airport the free taxi ride. Driver dropped us to the wrong terminal, clear instructions were given to drop at terminal 1. We had to drag our luggage 10 mins to the correct terminal

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and was overall very happy with my experience. The hotel is advertised as a 5-star establishment, but it felt more like a 4-star in some aspects. However, the quality of service from the staff was definitely 5-star plus! -Location: The location was fantastic. We had a direct sea view from our room window, which was breathtaking. The hotel is perfectly situated, close to restaurants and shops, and just across the road from the beach, which had all the facilities you could need (bars, toilets, showers). - Room: Our room was spacious and very comfortable. - Service: The staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. - Breakfast: The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of choices from different Asian cuisines, including Vietnamese, Japanese, and Korean, as well as Western-style options. - Airport Transfer: The room booking included one airport transfer, and we chose the airport drop-off. This service was extremely convenient. -Bonus: We were offered the afternoon tea as a gift from the hotel, and we really enjoyed it.  - Overall: This hotel provided great value for money, and I would definitely consider staying here again

Friendly and quick check in. Offered complimentary return to airport and room upgrade with sea view. Beautiful and spacious room with bath and comfortable bed. Breakfast included and offered a variety of food. Staff very helpful and friendly. Food was very good (tried room service and dinner at sky roof bar and cafe-again very friendly staff, a young man called Sang in particular). The pool area is wonderful for relaxation with a beautiful view. The spa is very good and reasonably priced. Access to the beach is just across street.

Not much to dislike. It would have been even more convenient if the hotel could have offered day trips e.g. to Da Nang city centre or further afield like Hoi An. However, they were happy to arrange taxi e.g. taking us to Hoi Ann and back.

Perfect location. Fantastic view. We visited the spa every day. The beach is just across the street. Nice and clean sandy beach We body surfed. Sunbed and parasoll for hire. Nice walk on the not so lively beach. We spent 6 days at this hotel. The breakfast has lots of "European options as well" Very friendly staff. Vietnam is a lot of value for money. Clean hotel and we had an ocean front room on 22nd floor

Somewhat more options of equipment in the gym. The, not so heated, pool is covered by a roof to 80%.

It was a short break. The staff were lovely and really helpful with all manner of things. Room was comfy enough and good size. The shuttle back to the airport was a pleasant surprise. Beach is across the road and there is a pool on 6th floor. Nice. Sky Bar looks nice, although we did not manage to grab a drink there. As for Da Nang if you are visiting for tourist reasons make sure you go Hoi An. The taxi ride from the airport was around 120,000 dong and took 20 minutes.

Hotel at the moment caters for visitors from the region. This is reflected in the cuisine - especially breakfast. Curry and noodles may not be to everyone's taste early in the morning. The patisserie section could be much improved. But that is detail for the future perhaps. The hotel is surrounded by many other hotels... not sure what the difference may be - but Rosamia is really good - don't look further.
