Counter staff were really friendly and helpful.

The cleaning staff were REALLY loud in the morning. Kept waking us up. Breakfast wasn't much to write home about

+ clean and comfy room, although the building of the hotel is a bit old + excellent position, 5 mins away from My Khe beach and 20/25 mins from the airport + very good service + swimming pool on the top

- when taking a shower, the bathroom quickly gets flooded - the breakfast was ok, but there are not too many options for vegetarians

Nice, clean, spacious (triple) room, good location with plenty of cafes, restaurants, massage places and a short walk to the beach. Breakfast buffet reasonable.

Access to pool somewhat awkward and area not as well maintained as the rest of the hotel. Wireless was often weak and needed to be replaced with phone hotspot

location is perfect , so close to the beach. Rooftop pool. Renting a motorbike or using a bicycle is possible. breakfast is mostly Asian but you can order eggs the way you like them too. Bread and jam is also available. Rooms are spacious and quiet. Best asset is the pro active staff at the reception . Mr Nguyen was present at the reception or at breakfast. listening to his customers and making sure they get all they need. Most friendly and pro active manager I have seen in years . This gentlemen should work in a 5 star hotel. Before departure we received a thank you mail for staying there, and mr Nguyen came personally at breakfast to say goodbye. He ordered a taxi for us and helped us with our luggage. well done, Golden line hotel, keep your staff the way they are, coz they are the best.

The location is near to shops. Just walking distance to shops. Staff were very accomodating. We were looked after very well.

Swimming pool was not we expected. Small and there was a rope barracading the pool.

Clean room, good breakfast with a lot of variety, location is central. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. They gave me an iron board and iron so I could do my clothes. This rarely happens in VN if some reason. They also offers rental bikes at a good price. They followed me to the gas station as the scooter 🛵 I got was short on petrol. The bed was very comfortable and the room convinient. Walking distance to amenities a d the beach.

I would have given you max stars (10/10) if the breakfast was more international and if I would have received the motorbike filled with gas.
