We stayed for two weeks. In that time we created friendships with the staff. From the cheerful doorman to the housekeeping staff that always had a smile and were accommodating to our needs. The breakfast buffet offered a glimpse into Vietnamese cuisine. There's an omelette station that also has a different type of soup or noodles available. You access the pool, on the roof, by way of the 11th floor stairs. Upstairs you will find a small lounge, an open air patio and a pool with an ocean view. With a 270 degree view of the city you're able to watch the sunrise and sunset. The Lady Buddha stands proud to the North along the base of the Son Tra Mountains. The Cham Islands are visible to the southeast.

The only real beef is the card contactor at the front door. Put in the card and the room becomes energized; AC, fridge, lights. Take it out and the room will lose power. This means NO AC, no lights, and the fridge goes warm. PRO TIP; ask for a second card to keep it in the contactor. You can thank me later.

The staff were amazing, especially the front desk staff, Gusmi on the front desk was amazing and friendly, very helpful in getting us tickets to Bana Hills at cost price, definitely seek her help for things to do in Da Nang. The room was clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast is very good. The location is excellent, a few minutes walk to the beach.

There isn't really a gym, which was the main reason we booked this place, just a very small space with an old treadmill and a very old weight machine. The pool was not in good condition, needs repairs. The Suna and steam room are a paid service.

So close to everything, from the beach, to amazing eateries, to ice cream and baked sweets, top notch souvineer stores and bars. The room was lovely with lots of space and a superb view of the beach and horizon. The pool was great and the included breakfast was excellent. The staff were excellent. Gusmi was very friendly and helpful whenever we had questions or needed assistance :)

The room's windows are only single glazed so music from bars and noise from the street was quite loud and made it difficult for the kids to sleep. Recommend double glazing the windows to make the rooms more sound proof if possible.

This was our second year staying here, and once again it was a wonderful experience. The location is perfect, everything is kept very clean, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. It was especially nice to reconnect with familiar faces from last year—great to see our old friends again, especially Mateo, who always makes us feel so welcome. Looking forward to our next visit!😊

While it is not the hotel's fault, it was sad to see this year many guests being very loud or not always mindfull of social etiquette.

Good location, close to the beach and a lot of restaurants and Spas around. A good option for the budget. The room had ample space. The bathroom was good. In-house laundry service by weight is an economical and convenient option.

The pool is hardly used probably because the water was not clear. Hardly anyone at the bar. The spa doesn't seem to have full-time staff, it was closed and lights off but reception mentioned it is open. Bit of a noise coming from a nearby karaoke at night. Not much of a nuisance if you're used to it.

None of the preferences I asked for were met. Rooms facing the road are subject to traffic noise especially when Vietnamese drivers have an obsession to constantly press the vehicles horn. The Staff very kindly changed my room to a more quieter side of the Hotel (there isn't one) only to discover the room once had a joining door that was closed off but not soundproofed. The next six nights comfort level was solely dependent on who was occupying the room next door.

The hotel is beautiful, everything look new and very well tended. The position is very convenient. The staff was very nice and helpful, and I want to mention in particular ms hailey, her knowledge of the entire city and how to get around, what stops to take, her helpfulness, friendliness, and charisma are unparalleled. We had Breakfast included in our stay and it was very impressive. There is a generous spread of both hot and cold food. I went for a few rounds of the breakfast and felt very satisfied. Thank you for the amazing stay!

The location is great for walking around the My Khe area and the beach. The staff were all great and exceptionally helpful, especially Henry at front desk and Kelly in the restaurant. They all went out of their way to make sure our family had a great time in Da Nang and booked all the excursions and transport at no additional cost to the published rates of the attractions we visited. The family suite with seaview was comfortable enough for a family of 5. We will definitely come back again

Some more vegetarian options for breakfast would be nice

I enjoyed the breakfast, lots of foods to choose from and it was sufficient. The staff members were amazing. They helped me set up the taxi app Grab and also advised on lots of things. A very big thank you to everyone at the hotel. We enjoyed our stay and you made it easy and worthwhile. Indeed, value for money! If we happen to visit Da Nang again, we will book this hotel again. By the way, the swimming pool was awesome.

Nothing out of what they can do. Maybe reduce the price of water bottles.

The hote is located near My Khe beach, only 2 minutes by walk in. There are many restaurants, minimart, .... around this hotel. Breakfast buffet is very delicious, if you have any special request, you can inform to staff, they will help you. You can rent the motobike, book the tour or car ....at the reception, laudry services is very cheap. The bar on the top floor is very nice with sea view.
