We stayed for two weeks. In that time we created friendships with the staff. From the cheerful doorman to the housekeeping staff that always had a smile and were accommodating to our needs. The breakfast buffet offered a glimpse into Vietnamese cuisine. There's an omelette station that also has a different type of soup or noodles available. You access the pool, on the roof, by way of the 11th floor stairs. Upstairs you will find a small lounge, an open air patio and a pool with an ocean view. With a 270 degree view of the city you're able to watch the sunrise and sunset. The Lady Buddha stands proud to the North along the base of the Son Tra Mountains. The Cham Islands are visible to the southeast.

The only real beef is the card contactor at the front door. Put in the card and the room becomes energized; AC, fridge, lights. Take it out and the room will lose power. This means NO AC, no lights, and the fridge goes warm. PRO TIP; ask for a second card to keep it in the contactor. You can thank me later.

Good location, close to the beach and a lot of restaurants and Spas around. A good option for the budget. The room had ample space. The bathroom was good. In-house laundry service by weight is an economical and convenient option.

The pool is hardly used probably because the water was not clear. Hardly anyone at the bar. The spa doesn't seem to have full-time staff, it was closed and lights off but reception mentioned it is open. Bit of a noise coming from a nearby karaoke at night. Not much of a nuisance if you're used to it.

None of the preferences I asked for were met. Rooms facing the road are subject to traffic noise especially when Vietnamese drivers have an obsession to constantly press the vehicles horn. The Staff very kindly changed my room to a more quieter side of the Hotel (there isn't one) only to discover the room once had a joining door that was closed off but not soundproofed. The next six nights comfort level was solely dependent on who was occupying the room next door.

Value for money and very spacious with all facilities .The staff here are exceptional and go beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Unluckily during our stay, it's cloudy and windy, we don't go to the beach and just swim and enjoy drinks with family at pool. View from infinity pool is wonderful and peaceful.

The location is great for walking around the My Khe area and the beach. The staff were all great and exceptionally helpful, especially Henry at front desk and Kelly in the restaurant. They all went out of their way to make sure our family had a great time in Da Nang and booked all the excursions and transport at no additional cost to the published rates of the attractions we visited. The family suite with seaview was comfortable enough for a family of 5. We will definitely come back again

Some more vegetarian options for breakfast would be nice

Good breakfast, nice view from the room and staffs are friendly and attentive. The location is big plus, It's easy to access to beaches and many local restaurants. We have tried to go to local market near hotel, I don't remember that name. The view of infinity pool is awesome too !

The hotel is beautiful, everything look new and very well tended. The position is very convenient. The staff was very nice and helpful, and I want to mention in particular ms hailey, her knowledge of the entire city and how to get around, what stops to take, her helpfulness, friendliness, and charisma are unparalleled. We had Breakfast included in our stay and it was very impressive. There is a generous spread of both hot and cold food. I went for a few rounds of the breakfast and felt very satisfied. Thank you for the amazing stay!

WE liked the beach ,the sand , and tranquility and so close to hotel 5 mins walk. AT the beach we had facilities of bench and umbrella for about 2 euro for the full day (VERY CHEAP). The "caretaker" at the beach had a menu of drinks...e.g COLD coco water 1.5 euros , COLD (TIN) heineken beer 1 euro. The staff at the front desk were very helpful helping me with transport when needed ...also before arrival Hanna was super kind and fast in answering questions about my tours and needs ...because her English was "perfect" , communications progress was so simple. Nearby the variety of sea food restaurants and other was amazing...The area was calm and clean ...not like HANOI where we were recently (WHICH WAS TOO CROWDED with motor bikes and people and noisy ). next door to the hotel there is a laundry facility and if one drops off the clothes by mid day (2kg @ 1.5 euros) collection is same day at 18.00 hrs (no ironing/wash and dry only).Nearby 1-3 mins walk ...there were several CONVENIENT supermarkets and souvenir /gift shops...VERY HELP FULL!! could not ask for more than this ! we will come back again...WE LOVED DA NANG !

The breakfast had a huge variety of Vietnamese food (soup, noodles, curry etc...) : we wished for donugts, croissants, cakes yogurt (healthy) bacon and scrambled eggs, variety of cheese and cold meat (salami, ham, pate etc...) anyway we always have a light breakfast ...

I enjoyed the breakfast, lots of foods to choose from and it was sufficient. The staff members were amazing. They helped me set up the taxi app Grab and also advised on lots of things. A very big thank you to everyone at the hotel. We enjoyed our stay and you made it easy and worthwhile. Indeed, value for money! If we happen to visit Da Nang again, we will book this hotel again. By the way, the swimming pool was awesome.

Nothing out of what they can do. Maybe reduce the price of water bottles.

The room is absolutely gorgeous, with beautiful wood paneling and a view of the ocean and the surrounding mountainside. The staff were so pleasant when we checked in and we got glasses of tea while we were completing check-in. The included breakfast is also incredible and has plenty of options (varied each day!). Location is very close to the beach (about two blocks) and is surrounded by plenty of cafes + plenty of nearby restaurant options.
