The accommodation has a great location – everything is nearby: laundry, currency exchange, restaurant, café, massage, and even a shop. The beach is just a 10-minute walk from the accommodation, which is also great. You can rent a scooter directly at the accommodation, which was very convenient for us. The staff were very kind, helpful, and accommodating. Every day, we had fresh drinking water in the room for everyone.

The room had no windows, so it was very dark. Around 7 a.m., construction work started nearby, so we had an early wake-up call.

Five star deluxe hotel! Among the best hotels I've stayed in Da Nang. We initially were 4 nights at the hotel and extended another 3 nights. I'll start with the amazing hotel staff! They have an excellent service. From the moment we entered the hotel, they smiled, were super nice and interested in helping us as much as possible. Thank you everyone and especially Gigi, Helena and Nancy! We could not have asked for a better staff. We booked a premier room - a large room with two comfortable beds. The room is nicely decorated, with a large desk and a comfortable chair, a small sofa and next to it another small table, a closet and a small safe. Nothing was missing. Every day they came to clean the room and gave us small bottles of water, tea and coffee. The bathroom is large and spacious and very comfortable. The water in the shower is excellent, there is cold and hot water throughout the day (which is not everywhere here in Da Nang). We didn't hear any noise from the street except for a few bus sirens, but from the corridor we did hear people coming out of the rooms, talking loudly and waiting for the elevator. The air conditioner in the room works great. The wifi works well in the room and in the lobby. The lobby of the hotel is very beautifully and impressively designed! There are comfortable sofas for sitting/waiting. There is air-conditioned at the lobby. On the same floor as the lobby is the spa area and also a small gym overlooking the street. The breakfast is on the 10th floor. There is a very large and diverse selection of delicious and fresh food. In addition, there are many delicious juices, tea and coffee. The pool is also on the 10th floor, a very nice pool overlooking the city and the sea, with 4 seats outside the water. The hotel is in an excellent location - about 7 minutes walk from the sea from the main beach. There are many restaurants around the hotel. There is a large supermarket a minute's walk from the hotel.

Very friendly staff (Helena, Lyna, Nancy, Bella, to name a few) at this good value hotel in Da Nang. Spacious and clean room (junior suite with city view). Not quite seaside, but a short 5 minute walk away. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of hot and cold food on offer including some fresh fruits, I wouldn't describe it as 'amazing' as a lot of reviews do. Close to good cafes and restaurants. They offered a laundry service for 35,000 dong per kg. The staff helped us book our tickets for Sun world Ba Na Hills (we highly recommend sparing at least half a day for this)

The managers were perhaps overly keen about obtaining feedback from us, sometimes three different staff in a day asking the same questions, but thisn't meant to be a critisism as a lot of guests would find this a good thing. The pool is located very close to the restaurant and isn't as big as the photos appear. The gym is very basic. The pillows were too hard for my liking (personal preference).

We had such a fantastic time at this hotel. The staff are so friendly and try very hard to make your stay the best. A big shout out to Nancy and Gigi, who made our visit the best. Both so caring and always attending to us asking if everything is alright or do we need anything. It is located very near the beach and in quiet street, so not much street noise. Breakfast is a mixture of Asian food and continental and fresh fruit. Lots to choose from. Rooms are clean and they are cleaned every day. Even during the Vietnamese New Year. We can highly recommend this hotel.

First of all, I would like to thank all the staff who were so helpful during our stay 5-day stay at this hotel. Whenever we needed something, they were always there to assist us, very efficient and friendly. A big thanks to Ms Nancy for always checking in on us. She gave me chocolate for International Women's Day, which was very nice. I asked her if the chocolate was sold around Da Nang, but unfortunately, we couldn't find it in the supermarket. Nancy gave us extra chocolate - she's very thoughtful. To the manager, please keep this staff as she is very caring and knows how to do her job.

I always looked forward to starting my day with their delicious spread. Rooms: While my room didn't have a view, it was incredibly comfortable and spacious. The bed was cozy, and the overall ambiance was relaxing – perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Location: The hotel's location is incredibly convenient. Just steps from the beautiful My Khe Beach and within easy reach of shops, restaurants, and bars, it's the perfect base for exploring Da Nang. Cleanliness: The hotel was spotless and well-maintained, creating a pleasant and welcoming environment. Staff: The staff at Grand Sunrise truly deserve all the praise! Helena, Hailey, Nancy, Gigi, and Chau were incredibly friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make me and my family feel welcome. Their hospitality was exceptional and made our stay truly memorable. Overall, I highly recommend the Grand Sunrise Boutique Hotel for anyone visiting Da Nang. It offers a fantastic combination of comfort, convenience, and outstanding service.

I stayed three nights at this hotel in Da Nang and had a great experience. The location is ideal — just a short walk to both the beach and the main street. The breakfast was good, with a nice variety of options to start the day. The gym, while small, still allows for some training, though a few equipment upgrades would definitely be a plus. The area is full of small shops and great restaurants, making everything very convenient. The staff is great and super helpful, I especially want to thank Nancy for her impeccable hospitality and constant support throughout my stay — she was truly wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back.
